Schlurpypurpey These guys seem to be really enjoying their new pots. Tested water for first time and have lowered PH to within a healthier range 6.2ph for runoff.

Schlurpypurpey Went up to a 3 Gallon pot this week just in time as it was almost root bound. Could have went up a size a week or two sooner. Fed nutrients the first time this week as well. Little bit of Fox Farms Grow Big at .5ml/gal. Will feed every other watering for next 2 weeks with Fox farms Tiger blood at 1/4 recommended. This will be in prep for lights changing to 12/12 in 2 weeks.

Schlurpypurpey Lots LST this week just to let some of the smaller main braches catch up. Also fed again this week. At this point I’m pushing veg a little longer to let a few smaller plants in the space get a little bigger before flower, another 5-7 days in veg then I’ll be flipping to 12/12 light schedule.

Schlurpypurpey This week we stopped all LST and have only fed with water,m. Switching to 12/12 flower light schedule in 3 days after 1 more watering. The smaller of the two had a pretty big growth spurt this past week with about 5 in of vertical growth and caught up to the larger one finally. This happened after finally moving it up to a 3 gallon pot

Grow Questions

Schlurpypurpeystarted grow question 1mo ago
Still pretty new to all this and only so much info I can Find online about internode spacing. I’m aware that this is very dependent on strain, genetics and phenotypes but just curious for some feedback, how does my internode spacing look now about 2 weeks into flowering?

Your internode spacing looks very good – nice and tight without being too cramped. You’ve balanced the light and plant stretch really well, especially for early flower. If anything, you could have allowed a tiny bit more stretch by easing light intensity earlier, but honestly, it’s better to stay compact for strong bud development. Keep your environment steady and you’re set up for a great structure!

Schlurpypurpey After the flip to 12/12 I had a few bottom leaves and leaves in the middle not getting much light die off I’ve pulled off as they depleted. I might have a slight calcium deficiency so have ground eggshells and extracted water soluble calcium with White vinegar and will be adding 1oz of this solution to 1.5 gallons of water to add calcium on next watering in 2 days. Also did a slight foliage feed 4 days ago with epsom salt in water to add a little magnesium.

Schlurpypurpey About 2 weeks ago I accidentally jumped up nutrients amount from .75tsp per gallon to 1.75 tab per gallon and have some burnt tips now, also about 8 days ago I noticed I had signs of thrips and spider mites both at the same time and started to eridicate by taking about 5 hours to closely examine the leaves and wipe down with isopropyl alcohol and remove any heavily affected leaves and flowers. I then made a solution of 1% isopropyl alcohol and 3% H2O2 and sprayed this solution to tops and bottoms of plants, after 48 hours I then brushed on diatomaceous earth to leaves still showing minor signs of the pests. Since then I have sprayed twice more with the mentioned solution. Pests seem to be well under control. Goal is to make it to harvest and then perform a bud wash.

Schlurpypurpey Pistils have all but turned red still got a few white ones here and there. I’ve started paying attention to trichomes this week and I’ve got a little more than half milky it looks like still some clear ones and no Amber trichomes so far that I can find. Pest issue from a from weeks ago seems to have been completely eradicated.
