At Seedstockers Seeds, we were a bit fed up with the endeloose range of hybrid ‘gassy’ cannabis seeds and thought it was time to look for genetics that give more than a flat Diesel flavour as if you were standing behind a roaring truck. The search for new, complex and layered phenos around the gassy spectrum led us to 2 cultivars. A sweet gassy GMO elite clone from the Barcelona area which we crossed with a spicy and kushy phenotype of our own regular Thunder Dawg. There were interesting specimens in the first generation but it took another 3 generations before we had a stable generation of offspring. We named this F3 selection Granny's Home, as an expression of love to our grandmothers and fond memories of their cooking. Features of feminised Granny's Home seeds Granny's Home is a feminised indica-dominant cannabis strain. The warm spicy smell is also reflected in the flavour, which has a sweet side as well as spicy. In cultivation, this plant behaves like a compact indica with nice colouring to purple and orange tones with beautiful orange hairs (stigmas). The effect of this strain is strong with a high THC content of 25% but in a mild way very suitable for daytime or during a social activity and so like many sativa strains.
