I have a few gnats in my grow room too... The plants don't show any signs of harm, but I think I'll have to use a remedy. Off I go to research neem oil ;)

Redeyesquad Had small signs of nats in the grow tent, just gave them a spray of neem oil and so far so good no more pests, I included a apple cider dish within the growspace to see anymore signs of pests.
