KanOrganics Here we have another CBD variety from Kannabia Seed Company - we're growing Swiss Dream Rosé Auto CBD!
Nothing much to report yet, as she just poked through the soil today. We planted her directly in the substrate 3 days ago.
Until week 1...

KanOrganics Well, she's doing quite well for the first week. We'll probably transplant her next week, as I still don't see roots through her clear container.

KanOrganics She was transplanted into the earth outdoors at the start of week two. I think she's doing fairly well out there. Not much else to report!

KanOrganics This week was pretty rough for all of my gardens, indoor and outdoor. We had a heat wave in the triple digits (Fahrenheit) all week, with humidity, at times, over 90% outdoors. However, this plant seemed to only be slightly affected. We had some leaf curling, but overall, she is turning out okay after some cooler nights.

KanOrganics She decided to start flowering, early this week. She wasn't quite ready yet after the brutal heat wave last week, with some deformed growth, but she'll turn into something good I think. This plant we are growing naturally without any maintenance. We let the rain water her, and we don't do any training or defoliation.

KanOrganics We are finished with the 2nd week of bloom for this girl. She was deformed from the heat right before bloom set in, but she stretched and got some more vegetative mass to support her reproductive growth these last two weeks, so maybe she'll turn out to be pretty decent!

KanOrganics She's doing fine for a small autoflower. No news is good news.

KanOrganics I like the inflorescence she has that is starting to bulken up this week. A nice rose color, just like the tin says. It looks like she'll produce a bit more than I was expecting, given her small stature. Her aroma is starting to emerge, with a sweet floral smell. Pretty unique to what I have grown before, so that is exciting in itself. I think she has a few more weeks left, maybe 2-3 or so. We'll see...

KanOrganics She's coming along good -- a cute little small plant to add a touch variety to my harvests starting to roll in. Maybe another week or so...
I ended up harvesting this small plant at the end of week 8, because it looked ready. I hung it in my garage and air dried it for 4 days, as I didn't want to risk cabbage loopers getting in my house and infesting my grow room (they will find it), like last year. We have cured it for about 2 weeks, and it is more than ready for consumption now. It has a nice rose color as advertised, and retained some of that through the curing. It was a fun to grow strain that was resistant to cabbage loopers and other pests, unlike most of my other plants outdoors. It also finished very quickly. This plant doesn't yield very much, but I think it would do excellent in a SoG indoor sometime. I'd grow it again for sure.

KanOrganics After drying, since the plant was so small, we trimmed it directly on the stalk without separating it into buds. It took about 20 minutes to do what I would call a mediocre trim job. I don't really spend a lot of time trimming outdoor plants because I have so many, and some very large. The small ones get a quick hand trim, and the large ones go through a machine trimmer. This was a tiny plant, so I did a quick hand trim.
I too have had a tough time with my own outdoor grow but mine is the cold nights. I live in the Rockies and have yet to have a low temperature above 49 degrees. I live at 8700 ft. I have started 3 Durban Poison seeds I found in an once of dispensary weed in hopes of one being female. Fingers crossed. Cold nights are not helping matters any. Will post DP pics tomorrow when I set up that diary.
