J_D13 After seeing some super awesome crazy bud pictures of the Zombie Kush by Ripper Seeds i just couldn't resist to buy a pack. That being said ; 3 seeds popped, soaked in a glass of water for 8hours, a few hours between wet kitchen paper and BAM all 3 a little white tip out of the bean allready. so in the soil they went. Same thing with the Choco Haze from Zamnesia that i bought as a mystery seed when i ordered the zombies. The GorillaGlue was bagseed, just threw it in dirt and didn't really expected it to grow.. The Choco/Zombies are Feminised Photoperiod seeds, i guess the GG4 is a hermie, because i found the seed in a bag. we'll see, if it is, it will be removed. They are vegging in the same space as my autoflowers are now blooming, with 18h of light. as soon as the autos are done, and after a repotting, they will be flipped to 12/12. Enjoy!

J_D13 Tucked some leaves of the gorilla, because the leaves were blocking light for the beneath growth.. in 1 day the leaves popped back. so i removed a few fan leaves. then i LST the smaller stems so they grow more wide, to get more light. the handicapped zombie had a tiny bit of recovering i think.

J_D13 the chocohaze is leading in height 1 of the 2 zombies is not far behind, the other zombie is still recovering from transplanting i think. she is far behind in growth. and her leaves are bad. the GG4 is doing well, a bit of yellowing leaves but ok. ordered epsom salt for that

J_D13 This week i start to see what the epsom salts do. The new growth isn't weak anymore so thats a big difference allready, and the colours of the leaves are waaaaay more green, and not yellow, burned&crispy. so to use the epsom salt, is the best advice i got. it seems like my plants get healthier. So a big thanks to @Andrius & @Eauderay for that! i received my ph testpen but havent got the free time to try it yet. Switched to 12/12 and they are preparing for blooming now.

J_D13 Flipped the lightschedule to 12/12 like 1,5 or 2 weeks ago or something. We are booming&blooming. i see budsites popping up all over the ladies, and they develop quite fast. me likeylikey ! The 2 largest plants ; chocohaze and zombiekush are reaching towards the sky. as well with praying, as with the stretching. they are getting huge! The small ZK is looking better each day, and now makes new fresh green growth & leafs. the GG4 isnt stretching as much as the 2 giants, she shoots stems over the edge of her pot, alot of them lol. tested my tapwater with my ph pen. 8.0 HORRIBLE! So i need to buy some ph minus next

J_D13 I think i was a bit too enthusiastic with the nutrients. so this watering i didnt add any. the chocohaze is doing amazing, 95cm tall. and the buds are swelling and getting frosty. the zombiekush is also doing great, 88cm tall and a little slower than the choco, but im not in a hurry at all so we'll see. the gg4 is a lot smaller, but she makes more leaves. She is very bushy. So i took some fanleaves, hope she dont stress to much. the small zombie is having a hard time, i over watered her.

J_D13 This week sucked The thing i was 'afraid' for happened to me. My GG4 showed some strange behaviour, and when i took a closer look i saw a thing looking like a banana, and i pulled it out. there was some powder on my finger so all alarmbells where going off in my head. So i googled myself insane that day. but it was just 1 so i thought maybe that was it. the next day was fine. the day after that some pure idiot hit the electricity cable and the power was off for like 7hours. when i looked 2 days later She grew another banana. i didnt kill her, i took her to another place. i just couldnt kill her/him. My other plants dont look like they got inseminated. and i hope it stays like that! Both the Zombiekush & Chocohaze are doing great, the choco has all leaves green. the zombie shows some colours yellowish on older fanleaves but maybe thats because i fed her a bit to much. She starts to smell. a weird smell i didnt smell before on weed. And i spotted the first few browning growhairs, so they both went into a next phase in bloom. Oh and i killed the smallest zombie because she didnt recover. And i must admit it also was a bit of rage/frustration from the gg4.

J_D13 I raised my lights even more, so that im sure the bleaching will stop. im not very happy because i found some seeds in the tops. just a few, and not in all tops. I allready stopped giving them nutrients, and started with the flush. i checked the thrichromes, and its just at about 30% milky, 0%amber. 70%clear. as soon as most are milky and a few are amber im gonna pull them down. but i still hope the buds will swell a bit more

J_D13 The grow phase was awesome. she went neck to neck with my biggest zombiekush, even in blooming phase. I think she yielded good, but i didn't weigh them yet. will update in about 2 weeks. I had lots of troubles this round, PH problem, A Herming #GG4, that spread her pollen etc. Still managed to get 40 g dry buds. And she is a heavy hitter. i dont smoke but some friends went right into space

Hi there, I noticed that your plant is missing Nitrogen as well as deficiency of Mag. Usually the lightening color on the leaves tells you that it is missing N, browining/yelowing on the sides are signs of Mg deficiensy, the sides become crispy. You can try adding extra N to see if the leaves are getting back the color, and add epsom salts to your feeding solution every time to give her Magnesium. I add 1 soup spoon of epsom with every feeding, did not have mg deficiency ever since i started doing that, In the begining give plants more than that so she can start recovering. There is also a slight chance the ph is messed up and got nutes locked. Good luck with your ladies, keep them healthy and happy new years!
Andrius
Andriuscommented6y ago
Nice, how does it look? Tho keep in mind that magnesium problems are not that much recoverable, and it might not make your damaged leaves to look good, but it will stop it and all new branches will show whether its working or not
J_D13
J_D13commented6y ago
@Andrius, i have to give it a bit more time, but on the plant that looks most bad i start to see green new growth. so if that continues, it works! Also, my PH meter came in the mailbox today!
Andrius
Andriuscommented6y ago
Good to hear that! Yeah it will take time, check the young branches, I will check your diary when you post more pictures. Best of luck.

Hi, How far are LEDs from top of plants? Seems they are bleaching her top leaves, try to raise them. Also, switch to a bigger pot because soil lost its ability to maintain ph, add a handful of Epsom salt and seaweed, patience, they will recover! Good luck!
J_D13
J_D13commented6y ago
@Eauderay, Thanks for the advice, Yesterday i repotted all the girls, in to 5gal fabricpots! I'm going to read up on the epsom salt. And tomorrow i will measure at what hight the leds are hanging, and get back to you to let you know. i appreciate the input!😊
Eauderay
Eauderaycommented6y ago
@J_D13, which soil are you using? Thinking soil pH might not be ideal...do you have fluorescent lights? Might be better if you start plants under them switching to LEDs only when they are bigger.
J_D13
J_D13commented6y ago
@Eauderay, most times lightmix, but this round also has a lightmix/cocos substrate and perlite. i also think my PH is quite off, but i need to buy an ph pen to test that. i have a mars 300, 2 x autocobs 3500K, and a spectrabox that works half. I dont have FL lights

Andriuscommentedweek 106y ago
Dude, your plants are showing huge progress! except zk plant, she needs more nitrogen, some plants are nitrogen whores and need way more than other plants. But other than that, it looks great now, good job!
J_D13
J_D13commented6y ago
@Andrius, Yeah that small ZK was in the baddest condition from all.. but she is also recovering, and is developing new growth! i'm very thankfull for the advice, thanks a lot!!

Yo, for ph down you can buy some lime or lemon, and use the juice with your mixture, its easy to get and works the same untill you get the ph down solution. Plants are looking better, keep up the good work mate!
