Stinkfox I soaked the seed in Oregon’s Only Bigfoot root stimulator, then planted into Pro-Mix HP soil. I’m looking forward to an energetic strain for video games, hiking, gardening, etc.

Stinkfox 2 weeks down. She’s a little slow, but there doesn't seem to be any transplant shock. I gave a teaspoon of Bigfoot root stimulator when I transplanted.
I can’t wait until she takes off.

Stinkfox I topped her yesterday and have given very light nutrients. I’ll be transplanting as soon as the flowering girls are finished. I got another carbon filter for this one. I have a feeling it’ll be pungent as hell!

Stinkfox She’s growing great. I’m pretty excited for a cheese strain. I got an extra carbon filter and fan, just in case. I’ll be defoliating and switching to flower soon. Just water between feedings this week.

Stinkfox One week of flower in the books. She stretched 3 inches in that time. The internodal spacing is pretty short, so lack of stretch doesn’t concern me much with this plant. Another week and we should start seeing some pistils forming. Bring on the cheesy funk!

Stinkfox Four weeks of flower in the books. Temps have gotten a little high, as my AC went out this week. Luckily, I prepared for this eventuality by setting the lights to be off during the hottest parts of the day. Wednesday will be the test. Supposed to get pretty hot. Stretch is done. Now we should just be packing on mass.

Stinkfox Coming along nicely. The branches seem a little weak, so I’ll probably need to add support in the next couple of weeks. No cheese yet. But there is a hint of sour milk, maybe. Sweet with a little sour.

Stinkfox I’ve been dealing with high temperatures in the tent. Some leaves have gotten a little crispy. Outside temperatures have finally decided to cooperate, since I’ve been without air conditioning for the last month of summer. Buds are fattening up. Looks like a couple weeks.

Stinkfox Getting close, but I think 10 weeks may do it. No real discernible cheese smell, but every cheesy smelling strain I’ve grown doesn’t exhibit that special funk until they get jarred. Temps have been better the last few days.

Stinkfox She’s reaching the end. Buds are getting heavy and dense. I think 77 days of flower ought to do it.
I’m going to need to add more support to get there though.

Stinkfox Cheese is looking good. Smells really piney and sweet when you get up close. I’ll be chopping this week. I’ll split the stem sometime mid week.
I can’t wait to try this.

Stinkfox Final post before harvest. I’ll be chopping by Sunday. I split the stem and put her in the dark on Wednesday. Trichomes are milky. I’m hoping for a good energetic smoke.
Harvested at day 84 of flower, when the trichomes were all cloudy. The high is energetic, with a mild body buzz to it. Makes me dance around, singing in the kitchen. Great gym strain. I’m not sure about any cheese, but this phenotype could be named Christmas Candle. Or Tits the Season. Tastes and smells INCREDIBLY strongly of pine and spices.

Stinkfox Great strain for energy. Didn’t get too tall, but flowered nice and long. I’ll grow this one again for sure.
IME cheese strains run out early and you are in week 8 of flower. It’s lookn good regardless dude - id trust ur own gut on when to chop👍. Your grows are bomb 💣!! F’n primo lookn 😎👊👌
@TheBudWhisperer, Thank you! These ones are supposed to be more of an energetic sativa than the usual cheese strains. I’m really hoping that’s the case.
@ROM101, Thank you! Im excited for it. Blue Cheese is the only cheese strain I’ve had so far. Growing Exodus Cheese in the upcoming round. Planted yesterday.
@stinkfox, love some cheese! Good luck with your upcoming grow I've got the exodus going as well. I'm kind of butchering the grow atm though from sheer lazyness but I'm pretty confident I can turn her round 🤞
@ROM101, I’ll know how that goes. I’ve had a mama Mia that has been kind of overlooked. And it sits at the edge of the lights. Red headed stepchild of the group. But still good. 😄
@Tazard, You May be right. I probably should have transplanted again before flower, but next time I’ll be able to predict behavior better. I went from 4 plants in SCROG to 10 in SOG. Still dialing in the setup. I should have either repotted, or flowered a week earlier.
Next time, Gadget. Next time. 😄
@Stinkfox, if you haven’t noticed stretch is important to me. I use 3 independent tanks with 2 plants each. The tanks cannot be moved vertically and more often than not the two plants are different strains with similar nutrient demands. They often have different stretch factors so one plant may go to flower at 12” another at 18” depending on how they stretch. I guess a scrog would be easier but I like the tall round bushes.
@Tazard, Last night I measured the tallest at 20 inches. The other two haven’t stretched much. But I just gave them a good feeding before the lights went out. So we shall see.
@ROM101, Thank you! I sure hope so! The pinene I’m smelling gives me high hopes for a good, energetic workout strain. Supposed to be good for relaxing the lungs and bronchials. I love the strains where you can just murder cardio and never feel winded. Because I hate cardio. Lol
Lactose free??? WTF!!!! That’s brutal - don’t care how awesome the buds look, I wouldn’t be smoke’n that “free from” crap!!! Lol 😉. Nice structure brotha! She’s lookn great!👍
@ROM101, It’s possible. Cookies buds seem a little frostier already, and just a little bigger. We’ll see what they do in the final 5-6 weeks. I just wanted a cookies strain for the peaceful high. I got this one going for high speed video games. I bet they’re both going to stink to high heaven, though, in late flower. I’d be interested to see how they stack up to my old grows in SCROG.
@TheBudWhisperer, Thank you! So far I’m really liking the look of the short internodal spacing. I’ve enjoyed cheese crosses in the past. Hopefully this one is good!
@Tazard, While they’ve been establishing their roots, about once every 7 days. Every 5 now. I like not using a scrog net this time. I can pick up the entire pot to see if they’re getting thirsty.
