Así que por lo seguro y porque las temperaturas en Mayo ya se encuentran tirando a lo veraniego, es llegada la hora de empezar a plantear el cambio de ciclo lumínico y tirar de la floración. Si es verdad que pudiéramos arrastrar el ciclo de 18/6 más unas tres semanas y esperar al casi medio medio de crecimiento vegetativo para con eso tener un cultivar con estructura a un grow más foliado, pero la estructura de la planta es quien al final dita las reglas y en una semana, iremos a cambio de luces de 12/12 a la octava semana de vegetativo, para después tener ocho más en mínimo de floración y las 16/17 semanas finales, con la estructura que hemos trabajado con los toppings y con la defolación de lo no necesario y seguramente tendremos una planta épica. Me planteo desde la tercera semana con un olor muy particular y eso es algo que me tiene en atención máxima cuanto a una posible explosión de aromas en la área de grow. Esta temporada ya en una parte de mi apartamento tengo conectado un ozonizador que resulta muy efectivo con los olores y será importante cara a la floración de la amiguita "serpiente enplumada". Después y como podéis ver en las fotos y el vídeo que hice, es muy visible que la estructura para el crecimiento de flores se ha echo con maestría y todo lo sobrante en las partes bajas, no sigue ahí. Así que a lo cierto y con dios Jah en el comando, la próxima semana - o sea- el miércoles 17, y justamente con 8 semanas de vegetativo, cambiaremos el reloj a 12/12 y con eso empieza, oficialmente, la floración. Las espectativas las mejores, la forma de nutrirla y regarla, inmejorable y condiciones óptimas para que a mediados del mes de julio, ya la tengamos con flush y lista a secado y con el secado de verano, tendremos un "fumito de la madre hostia que la parió"...como me encantan las fotodependientes y sobretodo lo que me pone loco de alegria, las ecuaciones donde todo lo que haces en el momento x te sale en previsión en el momento y y al final, la z es sobretodo la calidad de otro nivel que se obtiene...las automáticas son bromas si las comparamos a lo maravilloso que la expresión de las fotodependientes te termina dando. Glookie Bomb did great from Bomb seeds. Very sweet earthy smell. Lots of frosty goodness. I cut her, and will be hanging for 24 hours. Then I will trim fan leaves off, and put her in the cannatrol for 8 days. Once done I will do a final trim, and be back with smoke report. They seem to be doing well. The ayo stopped growing about two weeks ago. She was culled a few days ago. Replaced her with the twin flame so that diary has been hauled. The twine flame by Bodhi Seeds is a beauty with the stacking this early in veg I can only imagine what this will turn into. I'm so excited. The Candyland x Mac1 is still suffering. The #sourlemondrops by #irvineseeds is doing well still suffering from plant respiration. The #lemonkush by #irvineseeds is blowing up. She's still thriving even though she's looks sick trust me she is NOT SICK she's sleep, the light just came on when I took the pictures. That's all. Day 71 I didn't label the plants so I don't know which is Sheryl or Candace anymore. I'm also not sure what I did different to have such varying results. One is thick, the other is not worth trimming. Based on camera zoom photos it looks like we're at 10% amber trichomes, which means it's likely the last week. Lesson: Label each plant, take better notes. I bottom watered 6.5ph 1tsp of Terp Tea Bloom in 15oz each. Possibly the last watering. I ordered a digital microscope so I can be sure on the trichomes. Day 72 Microscope came in. It's not great but it was $15 so... anyhow I could see that the chunky girl is ready with high amber trich count (30%) upper plant and about 10% in the lower buds. I put her in dark and will chop tomorrow. The skinny girl that pissed me off last week has about 5% amber trichomes so she got fed and watered. Additionally, she stacked up and put on some weight. Nothing too crazy but it's noticeable. I'll give her another week or two. By the time the chunky plant is done drying (HerbsNOW dryer) and in a jar, the skinny plant won't be skinny anymore and she'll be ready to come down.

On day 1 week 4 flower the girls are bulking up smelling great and some pistils are turning orange. The trichomes are still mostly clear with some milky trichomes starting. On day 3 one of my blumats had a runaway I believe from fertilizer sediment all I can do this late in the game is to lower the flow rate and hope that will solve the problem. It is strange that this is the same blumat that flooded when I went on vacation earlier on in the grow. I will inspect the blumat closer when I finish the grow. I tightened the carrot down 1.5 carrots. Except for the minor flood the girls are doing very well, even though they are too close to my grow lights :). On day 6 almost all the buds are starting to have a second growth spurt with some small white pistils showing, the trichome concentration is visibly growing and I expect to harvest the girls between week 8 and 9 of flower.

This is my first Grow Report at first i thought i messed up some seeds because 2 of them was for about 24 hours under SANlight so i have plant new seeds from Norden Seeds , Nordic Gorilla Glue, but only one died and maybe that was my bad too so at the moment i not sure which plant has which genetics but we will see more in the flowering stage , i hope this is my last time i flush seeds out of the soil 😅 Germination Method was 24H glass of water and then 24H Paper Towel Germination start 16.7.2024 first leaves 19.7.2024 ( 2 out of 6 ) water i used : osmosis water with calmag ( proled )

A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Flattened canopy a little by bending and gently cropping stems over several days. Dropped hours of light to 16 and switched to a spectrum more suited to flowers. Saturday I switched to 12, I forgot for a second this strain is 100% Sativa, I thought she wouldn't stretch much because the PPFD was high. Switched to flower on wednsday. Gave them one feeding of nutrients and then 1 feeding of plain water. I'm starting to see some yellowing so I backed the light off a bit and I'm gonna give it nutrients as soon as first drys a bit. Prolly just hungry cus they have grown alot!.

Did a bit of defoliation this week, all the lowest leaves of plant to clear up some space - plan to top the soil when switching to flower. Moving to flower in 2 weeks, once banana kush is harvested.
