Day 57 from seed and these BCN’s are smelling the best so far. Very citrusy smell! I think this is my last week of feeding these girls, and straight to flushing the plants next week. Im going to give them an extra week or two and see how it goes!

Day 42-49 (June 11th - June 18th) (Day 43) I need to work on my early veg times. Things are just too slow in the seedling stage. Next round I will use a coco/Destiny blend for the better aeration and lower EC. Even with my indoor plants. I notice plants started in coco root way faster. Not just with weed either. All plants seem to like it better. Coco is far superior to peat imo. (Day 44) I’m pruning off the lower branches on my rooted blackberry clone. It’s cool to see it’s weird reveged structure. Lots of the fan leaves have trichomes on them. (Day 45) Something really weird is happening to Grapefruit #3. The leaves are browning and starting to gnarl. It could be an insect of some sort as it’s the only plant looking like that. (Day 47) It just hailed super badly and the leaves on some of the plants are pretty damaged. In my neighboring town the hail caused multimillions in damage so we got lucky here. I’m going to spray some method 1 pps prevention spray today to help keep pests at bay. I will try to do it in overcast or shade. I’m seeing what looks like thrip damage but there is no way they can survive the cold nights here. Dog shit in my yard is attracting flies which then land on plants spreading god knows what. (Day 48) Autos are still really stunted. I wasn’t able to find out how big they will get so I will just wait and see. I would guess they’re in their flowering stretch because their growth is unusually fast right now. I will probably just end up with 6-10 inch ornamental plants for autos. Definitely should have started them around mid summer in coco then transplanted. Time is of the essence with autos it seems. (Day 49) Photoperiod plants are looking really happy but growth is stunted from the cold and lack of light. I was hoping for bigger plants by now. A lot of growth can happen in 2 weeks so we’ll see. I’m definitely not transplanting on the 21st but the sooner I do it the better. The bbb clones are struggling hard to root but I can see new growth on them starting to push out. My clones are taking a really long time to establish. Every plant here, I don’t care how stunted, must be flipped by July 15th.

She's growing good! Was able to start some LST on this girl. I think I'll be flipping the light schedule in the next day or 2. As I said before, I don't want to veg long as this is my first hydro grow. Can wait to see how she turns out.

She is going to be huuuuuge! All branches and stems have risen up and are strengthening daily in order to produce big resin filled flowers! Its now day 10 hm i think everything is going fine maybe a bit slow but they have not so much hours of sunlight ,all look healthy though Mybe next week going to start a bit of feeding , fish mix and basic grow 🍁 *update maybe have some bug problem with one girl...hope its not to bad but some chalkrocks on top to keep them away from the soil * its now aswel raining Seems aswel its not going to stop for days “belgium” thank you So quick setup hope they will be fine its stil in there first weeks dont want to ruin the harvest

Bud sites started to appear everywhere, plants are looking healthy and are still stretching a bit. I've decided to add x2 infrared strips to the lighting setup, in order to improve the spectrum for blooming and trigger the emerson effect (infrared 15 mins before full darkness). I did notice in the past that infrared before darkness helps a lot and speed up the whole flowering process. I started to add some "Organic Bloom" to my soup. Various phenotypes are showing their traits, some plants are true sativas, others are more hybrids. I'm going to bet that the most sativas will take a few more weeks to finish. Stay tuned!

Now I have the lights at 100%, and the canopy at about 4’ tall. Water on the weekends mostly, get about 5 days between waterings. Daily checkups on the tent for temps and humidity. Girls are looking happy all around, forming beautiful buds stacked up the stocks. Glad I’ve got more seeds of this strain to play with in the future too after this haul. 🤙

Day 106 16/08/24 Friday Big feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Finally flipped her!! Excuse my mess of a Scrog it's first time. I'm cutting away squares to allow the new growth this week to pass through, the net will only be used them as support to allow her to fully express her flowers 💚 Day 107 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Moved the last plant out of the flower room amd positioned the Black Dog plants under the lights. Added my Canadian Redneck version of the scrog and spread out the branches. The plants looked completely different after doing that. This should help immensely. Backed off the veg nutrients a bit and added some bloom to the mix. I did veg nutrients for first week of bloom, then half veg and half bloom for this second week. Straight bloom nutrients for the remainder. I am hopingfor a bigger streach, I will see in the next week or two if this helps. I will keep using molasses. Thanks for looking

Veg box is starting to flourish. Both lemon and sativa clone are very bushy and healthy. All others are healthy as well, and will be topping these soon. Once they start shooting again they’ll be transplanted once more and thrown into flower to start my first “sog” grow. Two ladies in flower are well. One still showing burnt and curled tips and I think flower growth is slowing down. The other is happy and well. There were two babies out in flower last week, one turned male. The other is happy and healthy. Until next week...
