*If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. Starting week 7 in heat. What a weather ! 30°C ! But how are they pretty despite that hot temperature 💋 They are soldiers ! They will be the best of all time, they will beat that heat 💪💪💪 They will stay strong and elegant until Harvest. No one will defeat these Gorilla and Pineapple flowers. Light everywhere, excellent bio nutrients and CO2 against this dark weather. This will be the weapons of my plants. LET'S FIGHT !!!!🤝

Week5 March 1st day 30 I transplanted one( the one with no broken branch) inti the 7gal today watered and did some LST I really hope it adapts to its new home I’ve never transplanted before I used extreme garden MYCOS hope it works also moved the light up a bit and plan on going 100% once I transplant the other one March 2nd transplanted the other one (broken branch one) my shop didn’t have 3.0😔😔😔😔😔😔😔 so i used DNC Great Lakes water only soil hopefully this works and I mixed some 3.0 I had left from the other pot cross fingers for nice transition to its new home March 5 been three days since transplant can’t really tell if they adapted to there new homes yet some sings of stretching since transplant I’ve never transplanted before and I’m not sure if they need water or not so imma chill let them go for couple more days then I’ll water scared to over water them right now since I transplanted them don’t want to over stress them other one in 3.0 seems little droopy to me compared to the one in Great Lakes but Great Lakes soil seems bit dry sooooo idk I’m going keep an eye on them

So on 12/14/21 opened tent to find leaves trying to get away from light, TS 3000 is a powerful light, at 24 inches from top of plants at 25% power it caused leaf folding. Adjusted light to 36 inches and dimmed light to 20%. Leaves are turning a darker shade of green and started praying again. Lesson learned know your light or get a watt meter cause 25% was close to 120 watts of LED. 12/15/21watered plants 100ml of water, except one which was still moist. Noticed green coming back strong now the lights at the right height.12/17/21 Plants fully recovered from my light. Looking vibrant green again.12/18/21 Nutrients fed. 12/19/21 plants are growing vigorously now that the conditions are right on.

📆 Week 11, 30 June - 6 July 2024 30 June - 6 July - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 All is great with this little lady. She is entering her final week of flower, just before a flush. The smell is very strong, leaves are fading nicely, and buds have swollen. The pistils have turned brown and trichomes are almost at 10% amber. She is at her peek of ripeness. 🍶 nutrient solution not changed 🍽️ feeding schedule not updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. I feel like both my Ladies are doing great. I been checking the Trichromes and they are still clear. I'm thinking maybe a few more weeks before harvest. I also stopped giving them nutrients, I hope I'm doing that correctly.

This is a seriously hard plant to take photos of, it's so big and lanky. She's on about a 20 degree angle at this point too, she's very top heavy 🤣 Very impressed with this girl. I almost tossed her out as a seedling due to her mutation; I've included a seedling photo to show the reader how far this plant has come. She has produced very dense and sticky buds with extremely strong aromas. She smells like candy and gas, just like a zkittles female would smell late in flower. It's been an easy grow. I'm expecting about 4 oz of high quality flower after dry and cure stages. I intend to press at least half of my yield with my rosin press. This seems like the perfect strain to make concentrates with due to the high terpene/trichome levels. I just added a photo of the Forbidden Runtz i grew in round 1 directly above round 2 flower for a comparison between the two. Round 1 is the two top buds that have more brown/red tone in colour. Round 2 are the lower two buds...a bigger, danker, and better version of the Forbidden Runtz I grew the first time. Please leave a comment to tell me what you think of the photo comparison. I am not home at the moment so I have someone taking care of my girls. The quality of the video is a bit grainy because of WhatsApp, sorry about that. She is still getting the same amount of nutes, but i will up the flowering nutes because of the yellowing of the lower leaves.

: - Day 1 week 5: just checking how lst is doing, they will be ok - Day 2 week 5: not completely dry to water so I’ll wait for day 3 of week. Did lst to make sure all branches receive as much ligth as possible - Day 3 week 5: watered them with 4ml/L calmag and 2ml/L bio grow ph 6,5 tap water trough activated carbon filter. RHC#2 broke one of the branches, I had to tape it. Not to be worried, she’ll recover from that. RHC#3 is very slow compared to the others. - Day 4 week 5: defoliation so sun enters better and wait. - Day 5 week 5: added 1L of water with 2ml/L Bio grow, 6 ml/L calmag and 2ml/L bio heaven. 1600 us/cm and ph 6,2 - 6,5. RHC#3 suffered of broken branch due lst 😞 still learning about the flexibility of branches. I think she’ll recover hoping not too much stress for her. - Day 6 week 5: RHC#3 looks good despite broken branch. Not much for today just watch temp and humidity, hoping they grow tall so I can cover a good part of the tent.
