11/22 Day 31 from flip. Today is the first day that I took a tape measure from the lights to the topmost part of the canopy and I haven’t seen a change. I’ll check again tomorrow but I’m really hoping the stretch is finally done. I still have about 10 inches of space between the lights and canopy so I think I’ll be ok with that. I took the chance to do what is hopefully a near final defoliation of a few leaves and some smaller sucker branches that won’t amount to much. Everything still looks super healthy, no red anywhere on any stems and no discoloration on the leaves. Everything is spot on. Light adjusted to 840 PAR / 36.3 DLI. 11/25 Day 34 from flip. I made some adjustments to my nute mix to be more firmly at 1.3 EC, which means I’ve added some additional nutes into the mix. I also tested runoff EC and discovered things were spiking a bit more than I’d like. So I mixed up a few batches of my new mix and I’ve been feeding every few hours to flush things out a little bit. I’ve brought it down from 1.9 to 1.5 so far after this. I may finally need to break down and set up some timers to feed multiple times throughout the day. Obviously once a day is not getting done right now. 11/26 Day 35 from flip. I finally got the timer hooked up to my pump to begin automatic watering. For now, I have it set to water at noon for a minute when the lights come on, a 2 minute pause to let that settle, and then 30 seconds more to make sure both are fully saturated. The second fertigation event will be at 6:00 for 45 seconds, and then right before lights off another 45 seconds. I’ll have to keep an eye on it to see if I need to adjust any more for now. I haven’t adjusted the lights since last time, but the latest reading is 885 PAR / 38.2 DLI at the highest point of the canopy. It’ll stay there for now.

Iniziano a sentirsi i primi profumi , ho integrato la dieta della ragazza con il cal/Mag e il bio pk ad ogi irrigazione e sembra che stia facendo il suo lavoro! New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. YESTERDAY BAD THINGH HAPPENED. I realized that the PH meter was broken and the PH res were very much lower than what I guessed!! The roots was immerged from many days in a really acid solution. So I completely changed the res and eliminated all the rotten branches (that was many). I hope my girl will survive to this bad stress. Finger crossed New Res: 11/06 EC: 1,24 PH: 5,97 12/06 EC: 1447 PH: 6,38 13/06 EC: 1335 PH: 6,16 14/06 From now on, I will give only GHE Ripen (Final Part) to her. Planning to change the res on Friday, for the last two weeks of ripening with only ripen and bio bloom, adjusting the PH whenever above 6 to give some relief to her after 13 days in an acid solution. she seems to recover now (fingers crossed) Today I added 1L with 5ml of ripen and 4 drops of Bio Bloom and PH+ to raise up until 6,4. Now the res is: EC: 1403 PH: 6,45 15/06 The girl is survived and this is the only news I would like to hear! Now the PH is stable and the acid solution should be finally gone. From now on I will dispense only RIPEN: added 1l with 4 ml of ripen. On Friday night I will add florakleen for 24 hours and then on Saturday night new res with only ripen and Bio bloom before the final flush. Gorilla Jealousy F1 is growing good. I had a little issue with the light not strong enough, and she got a bit top heavy. That is fixed now, and she has gotten a lot stronger. Well that was a special day, it always make me sad in a way, but this time, I enjoyed the moment a lot. As I wrote in a reply to a comment, things can always be better, and they are with good decisions at the right time. These are the smallest and the biggesr plant, one seed didn't germenated and that's why I had to put a Red Gorilla. Not sure I will try a main mlinning on auto flowering strains any more.... but I think I did it wrong, first I took the one that seemed less strong for the experiment, and having 2 other plants to compete for lights. FIM is definetly a technique I will reuse if needed. It's so nice to have these genetic contrasts, colors, aromas, shapes. Many thanks for all the help you gave, precious. 19/04/2024 lower popcorn buds seems dried already! But still branches don't crack on bends. Will check again on Monday. I finally have received, lately a portable microscope, will be more ususeful next year! But this confirms that lower buds might have need more maturity but did the choice to not over complicate by harvesting in 2 times, my indoor tent is also my drying tent, and I wouldn't have any other place to dry the upper buds separetly while allowing the remaining to harvvest with more maturity. In general I think I might have began the Final part too early. BTW, we smoked the popcorn bud, and it's very promissing, we liked it.

This week added more red to my lights so they are at 50%red. Also moved lights down and measuring by lux and sittinging about 48000. I didn't switch out nutes this week but just topped off with fresh nutes.

Day 43 12/06/2021- Beginning of week five of flower. She should be done soon, she will also get her final feeding soon. Day 45 12/08/2021- She got her final top dress today from here on out she is on her own all I will do is water with pain water PH to 6.2-6.8 when dry. Day 47 12/10/2021- She is coming along nicely. Very frosty wish she wasn't a auto so I could of clone her for sure. Today she got a nice treat as it rain in my hometown and that's the water she got. Hoping she is ready by the end of the year. I know she looks funny but she was never topped either. Day 49 12/12/2021- End of the week, nothing new.
