We harvested one of the Tropicana XL girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. We finally see that our problem with the plants may not a deficiency but overfeed...decided to leave the reservoir as it is for this week and add only fresh water next week we will flush the system and for seven days the girls will only drink water. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Not much to update guys, harvesting the ladies 1 by 1 when they are ready, hopefully I can take the rest down at the same time. Can't wait to do the smoke and bud review for you guys. 👍🏾

Harvested for that last time, taking away 130 grams dry weight adding up to a total of 200 grams dry weight, with a little more incoming, as said before, give this strain a good warm end of summer and autumal and this plant will yield kilos! I hope my breeding pays off and i bred in autoflower genetics, we will find out sooon.

Day 35 - All still growing very strong, both plants that aren’t being mainlined are very short & bushy but have a lot of bud sights! 11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. Never seen anything like it, once again THIS this is what we intended by growing Stardawg :) Update: Pics and vid hope it comes through well enough as for the green in that tent and the dense hairs on Layla

Week 4: Light defoliation

The tallest pheno is ready and being flushed for a couple of days now, rhe others are close but still consuming nutrients at a strong rate , I think they will take at least 1 more week. They smell very much like gelato as a group but are all very different from one another .

And as you can see the Alga-Max (PK booster) have finalized the job by blowing up the buds, I still have 3 more weeks of swelling coming.... can’t wait to see pineapples everywhere in week 8. On top of this, after tweaking Cellmax feeding chart and doing personal readjustment, amounts of ppm’s / mS suits perfectly according to plants size and life cycle, meaning the plants are triggering senescence according to breeders flowering periods. The Super Skunks will be ready in time, as all the others plants ( T.H.Seeds Bubblegum has started senescence too ). Laid out the Srog nets with intention to change the light setting next week. Added pre-flower nutes as well as a 1" top dress - with some added nutrient mix. Thoroughly watered and ready to start training. Plant #1 - Super thick/compact, and SCROG will be a bitch. Plant #2 - More lanky but 3 weeks behind its sister. Going to go to flower as it does have my 16 bud sites.

🗓️ Veg – Week 4 complete (2 days late 😅) Nothing but good news this week: The 15L pots are already fully rooted after just one week – much faster than expected. The plants are looking healthy and full of energy 🌿 I’m still going very light on the nutrients – currently at about 50% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule. Still, they’re clearly starting to take in more – you can feel the momentum building 🚀 Regular LST has also paid off – the structure is opening up nicely, staying compact and well-exposed to light 🔧🌱 And here’s a major milestone to wrap up veg: I switched to 12/12 right at the beginning of Week 5 – flowering phase is officially on! 🌸

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. No se cómo expresar mi felicidad después de casi 3 años sin poder cultivar consecutivamente he podido cosechar esta belleza gracias a @blacktunaco por la K.O una genética llena de resina con flores compactas. Cometiendo errores desde el principio se pudo obtener una excelente planta corrigiendo todo para así mejorar el aprendizaje continuo. Se dieron 12 días de lavado de raíz y 3 de estos estuvo expuesto a lluvia constante durante los 3 días por tal razón se decidió cosechar para evitar dañar las flores

All round sugarlato is looking like the healthiest auto I’ve grown so far. The smell is phenomenal and I will defiantly be using green house seed co for every grow I do. Genetics are 12 out of 10. Can’t wait to taste the end result!

Day 53 of flower and she’s definitely approaching the end, as this strain runs for anywhere from 56-70 days. Odor is very strong with some serious gassy orange soda terps. Most all of the trichomes are still looking hazy to milky white. No amber showing yet except for on some of the sugar leaves, which should make for some nice heavy edibles once I process trim. Have been flushing for the last few weeks and will continue until harvest. Can’t wait to give this pretty lady the chop.

Added a few more to the lineup and they are growing healthy in the sun. Will be soon time for them to go in the tent
