Day 14 Flowering: Good afternoon Growmies. I hope we are all getting some sunshine and have enjoyed Easter. Munchies and Easter are made for us guys!. lol The 3 Fast girls have been racing to get the tallest during their stretch period so far. It is clear to see the Mexican Airline has the lead there , even with my supercropping her 5th node to try to hold her back a little. She really is a lanky lady and without some l.s.t or tying , she would be very tall.. Bud sites are looking good so far and only time is needed now to see how she plans to fill those stems. Strawberry Pie is similar in height and stretch to the Mexican. Nice airflow underneath and her general size is good. Nice and healthy green with no signs of any issues. Six-shooter is the small girl who doesn't want to be messed with it seems. She is ambling along at a steady pace untouched and is a slightly lighter shade of green to the others by genetics I think now but I will keep my eye on this a little more in case a def hits. They are still stretching slightly but slowing down now. all good and as it should be be safe growmies. until next week

My plants dont look like 5week flower, is this because of defoliation ? I hope they bulk up now.

May 31st update Clone 1: 9 inches tall. Distinct sativa leaves. Already has 7 pointers and looks like it’s trying to push 9s. Close node spacing Clone 2: 11 inches tall. This one has been growing with the most vigor. Largest node spacing out of all of them. Sturdy stalk. Really happy with this one so far. Clone 3: 5 inches tall. This one has been growing the slowest and least vigor. Doesn’t mean much at this point but going to keep an eye on it Clone 4: 10 inches tall. Close node spacing. Widest out of all the plants. Have a feeling this one will be bushier and squatter All 4 clones: Added red wigglers to both grow boxes, this will help with aeration and compaction. Also transplanted all 4 clones out of their small fabric pots into grow boxes. Top watered boxes but from here on out will only be doing bottom watering. Just wanted to make sure soil was moist as I have been neglecting watering the boxes Parents: I haven’t done anything with the 4 parents this week except water. They are bouncing back from their last topping. I will likely top again in a week or two once they start to take off again Looking forward to this small Pheno hunt. Another rough week...high temps and horribly arid conditions, and still the grasshoppers appear every damn day! I'm beginning to think I have a root aphid problem. Mysterious Mg deficiencies for two grows. Also looking like phosphorous deficiency as well..no way... She's popping pistils now...just a few so far..

Aug 23: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. More sativa like than I expected bit she is starting to fill in and smells nice. She only has 8 colas because she didnt like the cool spring, but it’s hot here for at least the next 10 days so she will finish strong. Aug 26: just over 30 C today and upping water volume. Doing three waterings of about 3 L each, and spraying down grow bags when they’re in direct sun for too long. Aug 29: hot again reaching 32 C today.
