had to harvest a bit early as it looks like it turned hermy on me .... hope the clones dont do the same update- Turns out I harvested a little early for nothing but it's not a huge deal seeing as it was in flush anyway. Update- today is Sunday it's been 3 days in the drying period and I came to the conclusion at the buds had so much resin on them that if I did not remove the leaves it would be exceedingly difficult to do so in a couple days I'm not sure what the updated weight would be update - here we have it ladies and gentlemen finish the Harvest putting them into cure now I pulled a tiny butt off and had a small hit and I must say it feels nice and a very little bit got me quite High. I'd say the high feels more in the frontal cortex of my mind

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. (Days 21-28) (Day 23) I like the amount of stretch I’m seeing on practically all the plants. I'm going to lower the light at the end of the week to stop the stretch. The more stretch they get in veg the less I have to lollipop or prune down the road. Makes lst easier too. I’m going to try topping this week. Last time I topped at the 7-10th nodes and didn’t get the best horizontal growth. This round I’m ready to give everything 3 or more toppings, stay on top of training and defoliate much less. This soil looks insane. I should have added a thicker layer of oats because it’s starting to look proper. (Day 24) Got my stuff from the hydro store today and amended my soil again. Next visit I will be grabbing a P booster like bat guano before I enter flower. Today, I got the 2gal pots, some primo worm castings, 5-2-4 insect frass, 0-0-22 langbenite, 1-0-3 alfalfa meal and an exhale co2 bag. Guy at the store said it gets his 4x4 tent 1000ppm+. It takes a few weeks at least for it to start putting out any amount of co2. I got the room sealed and two fans bowing. I fed a compost tea with a little bit of each dry amendment, BSO dry compost, boogie brew base and worm castings aerated for 24h. I diluted it to about 850ppm which still might be a little high. (Day 25) Opened a bottle of EM1 that was improperly stored and it exploded all over me and part of the tent. I wiped off the plants but there is still specks here and there. Cleaned it off and sprayed with method1 pps. (Day 26) Topped 9/15 plants. Will do the rest next week once I see a little more growth. 5 of the bbb’s I started 6 days after everything else so they are still quite behind. I’m going to push the transplant another few days until they recover. Going to start lst after transplant. (Day 28) Transplanting into 1.6gal pots that I thought were 2gals tonight... Depending on how many females I get, they will be going into either 3, 7 or 10 gallon fabric pots. Growth is looking solid so far, zkittlez and the 3 WW’s are leading the pack in terms of growth speed and cotes are yellowing out. I’m pretty sure what I have is a zkittlez bagseed but there is also a strong chance it could have been from some shitty Canadian biker weed. I accidentally misplaced the seed so it’s possible it got mixed up and I germinated the wrong one. Judging by the rapid growth I’d say that’s a fair bet. Biker weed is notoriously fast growing. Either way it won’t be hard to tell once they’re in flower. The white widow is probably going to be a breeze. I’ve heard that’s why it’s so popular too. It’s just a hardy rookie strain with good resistance, decent quality and above average yield. A sure investment. The blackberries are lagging behind but I’m sure they will blow the others away in terms of quality. One of the tunas looks great and the other is a stubby runt. The stubby runt I currently have in flower is killing it right now so I’m not writing it off yet. Can’t wait to see if the tuna god produces some nostalgic smells. Tuna strains are still super popular on the Canadian black market. I plucked the first set of leaves that were starting to appear on each plant. These branches almost always turn to larf and they're so small I can't that stressing the plants out at all this early. If anything, the zkittlez and white widows need to slow down a bit anyway. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research over the past year into what causes weed and cigarettes to have black ashes/poor fire holding capacity. Smoking black weed drives me crazy because it’s all the legal and black market have nowadays. The cigar industry has numerous studies on the cause of ash color and burn rate and apparently it has to do with the ratio of mineral content in the soil/water. Soil/water that is high in phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and other heavy metals will burn poorly and reduce to flaky black ashes. Whereas soil that has higher levels of potassium and calcium carbonate have thick uniform white ashes with no streaks. Calcium carbonate (wood ash, biochar) can also prevent heavy metals in the soil making them unavailable to the plant. I’m discontinuing my “Organic cal mag” as it is full of chlorine which I did not realize when buying it. I’m going to be pretty cheesed if that stuff ruined the burn of my current flowering crop. My dog also found and destroyed my Alaskan fish fertilizer so that’s being discontinued for now too.

Week 19, day 6. Second week after switching to 12/12 lighting. Nr 1 is 155 cm tall from top of soil and Nr 2 is 171 cm. All video and pics is taken when the girls have hade 11.5 h of no lights and just got watered. The stretch on these girls was incredible the past 2 weeks after switching to 12/12 lighting. So fare this has gone smooth as silk and no problems at all despite temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for the last 45 days. I have manage the heat by having between 85-95 % of RH in the room all the time. And this genetics from DinaFem seeds is awesome, i hope i will get a massive harvest of strong indica medicine.

Day 29: She’s growing fast now. I’m trying to keep her short with continuous LST. I think I saw the first pre-flower on day 28. Day 30: There were too many leaves, so I did a huge defoliation to free up lower branches. Day 31: She reacted in the best way possible to the defoliation. Look at the amazing growth from 4:30AM to 11AM. 😜 Later that day I did a SUPER CROPPING (hyper would be better) on EVERY branch I could see. I know, that’s a crazy, fool, move, but if I don’t do stuff like this I’m not happy. Many hearts for you, lovely Stress Killer. I know you hate me now, but it’s for your best interests! Day 32: Recovering from super cropping. Day 33: Almost totally recovered, creating new branches, strengthening existing ones and showing new pre-flowers. Veery nice!

They all are getting close to harvest except Gorilla Glue which decided to out grow tent. Had to open vent and add light for top cola. Ugh

I was feeding a MKP (low nitrogen, hugh potassium and phosphorus... For the last week. Switching back to bloom nutes with calcium and magnesium. Then the final week will be straight water. Everything looks good, however i may have done a little more pruning then necessary, but they are really starting to beef up.

Grow update. Everything going accordingly. Sick plant is budding up but no way she will recover from previous damages but that's okay. The rest are doing wonderful with Afghan kush being the start. Will re try what I did to that plant on my new puppies over in the kitty box pots. Bonsai is finishing up and the rest are all in different stages of flowering

Just keep watering as it drys. Supporting buds along the way that are getting too heavy. Smells like skunk and gas. Little fruit but not much. Trics still getting thick. Look forward to it finishing. Tricomes still cloudy. Little amber on sugar leaves but it's still going strong. Some leave fading finally to fall colors.
