Some leafs are turning yellow which is a signal that the root flushing has worked. I've tried to see the trycomes with s magnifying glass but I don't see any turning ambar yet, the opposite with the pistils, most of them are already brown. At this point I don't know if I should harvest now or wait one more week.

03/23/25: I’m very pleased with the progression of this grow so far. All five plants are showing consistent and vigorous growth, and each one has maintained the same level of vigor and size relative to the others since sprouting. This consistency is a good early sign of genetic stability and uniform structure, which will help with canopy management as we move further into veg. At this point, each plant is developing its 4th and 5th nodes, which is a key marker in early vegetative growth. Once the 5th node is fully established, I’ll consider topping or training, depending on the growth structure and the phenotype expression of each plant. After removing the humidity domes last week, I noticed that the first set of true leaves—which had been sitting in high humidity—developed browning on the edges. This is a common reaction when leaves are exposed to open air after having retained too much surface moisture. Fortunately, this issue was limited to the oldest leaf set. All new growth has adjusted perfectly to the environment inside the tent, showing healthy development and no further signs of stress. The plants’ deep green color indicates that they are receiving sufficient nitrogen, which is essential during this stage of growth. Additionally, some of the larger fan leaves are beginning to curl slightly inward, which may look concerning at first, but is actually a natural response to airflow. The plants are adjusting to the oscillating fan in the tent—modifying their leaf shape to be more aerodynamic. This airflow helps: • Strengthen stem tissue through gentle mechanical stress • Promote root zone development as the plant adjusts its internal resource allocation • Increase resilience to environmental fluctuations So far, no roots are visible at the bottom of the starter pots, but I expect them to show in the next couple of days. As soon as they do, I’ll transplant each plant into 1-gallon AirPots. AirPots encourage rapid root pruning and horizontal expansion, which leads to more efficient nutrient uptake and a healthier root system. Once the transplant into AirPots is complete, I’ll provide a full update along with new photos showing their root development, new environment, and how they respond post-transplant. Everything is looking on track, and I’m excited to see how each of these phenotypes continues to express themselves over the next phase. 03/25/25: Today I relocated all five plants from the 2x2 seedling tent into their permanent home: the 4x4 AC Infinity grow tent. This is an important environmental shift, so I’m allowing the plants some time to adjust before making any further changes like transplanting. They’re now sitting under the AC Infinity S44 grow light, which is currently set to 20% power. The light is positioned 24 inches (approximately 61 cm) above the canopy. According to my budget PAR meter, the plants are receiving around 350 PPFD, which is a safe and effective intensity for young vegging plants still acclimating to their new space. Although the original plan was to transplant them into 1-gallon AirPots around this time, I’ve decided to delay that by a couple of days. Environmental shifts—like new lighting, airflow patterns, and spatial layout—can stress young plants, so I want to give them time to adjust before introducing transplant stress. This move also gave me a chance to set up the AC Infinity AI+ Controller, which I won in a contest last year (huge thanks to AC Infinity). So far, my first impressions are positive: • Setup was just as smooth as their other controllers. • It’s already doing a great job managing the environment passively. • I haven’t explored all of its automation features yet, but I’m excited to see how much precision it can offer, especially for managing VPD and dialing in climate conditions throughout veg and flower. Once the plants have had time to settle into the new environment, I’ll transplant them into their 1-gallon AirPots and provide a full update with photos.

Everything after germination has been pretty smooth. The plants in veg had a couple small brown spots due to under watering but no extreme signs or any abnormalities.

5/5 MONDAY Took out the AC Infinity lights and just went with the 2 cheap blue and red lights. Samsung 301B.. H?....great lights but so powerful and no blue red combo. I noticed the plant grow towards the red spectrum LED than the whiter ones on the AC system. There are 2 on each bar. ✋Wk 8: Time slows down, as buds build and plants are thirsty. 👉One of the best part about growing cannabis, and actually fun plants of any variety, is that the anticipation of the final results seemingly makes time slow down. When I hit 40 it was like I had hit the top of the hill and everyday since then has seemed like it was getting shorter and time was going by much more quickly. I started growing herbs and peppers on the patio a few years ago the race towards the inevitable has seemed to mellow out. A year ago I started growing LEGAL cannabis! I had dreamed of this since I was in college. The risk was too great to get busted for growing even a small plant. Seeing the plants grow a little each day is amazing. Seeing the progress of just one month is amazing. The days seem to take longer as a pleasant side effect of my impatience for the finished product. I have grown lots of different plants, and cannabis is definitely the most magical to watch grow. 👉The 1 gallon is starting to build out its buds. The shape of the plant is amazing, all the secondary branches are almost the same height! The branches are very stout and have grown straight up. I have supports installed and may start by just making a simple hoop around the plant with some soft garden wire to keep them from spreading out. The frost is starting to form on the one gallon buds as well. The frost is extending out onto the leaves. I haven't removed any leaves or larf sites in a couple weeks. The leaves went from big and fat fans to smaller skinny fingers much like you'd expect from a Sativa dominant strain, yet this is an Indica dominant strain. Its making for much better light penetration so minimal larf and fatter colas perhaps. When fertigating it takes a few minutes to be able to get all the sulution to the plant. This is from the density of the roots. Its been soaking up the water and nutrients very well. Towards the end of the week I was getting less run-off and the run-off EC was climbing. I will probably do a good low EC fertigation next week. 👉The 3 gallon is a dense bush. I haven't taken any of the secondary branches. I have taken some interior shaded small branches from the big branches. I have also taken some of the interior leaves that were totally shaded. Ive have also removed almost all the large early growth leaves as they got more in the way of air circulation and access to the media for watering and observation. The main cola is barely indetifiable as the main cola so far. The symetry of the plant is very nice and I hope it stays this way. Its also behind the 1 gallon plant and will finish 2-3 weeks after it. I am guessing 6 more weeks max. Even if its not ready I will have to harvest it 6 weeks form now because I have to go out of town for business for a week. I will take it as far as it can go. The plant is drinking alot and I am giving it as much as 5 liters a day. The run-off has also gone down and as a result the run-off EC has been creeping upwards as well. The coming week I will be giving it a goof low EC fertigation and increase the volume of inflow. My target for inflow EC is mid range on the General Hydroponics Flora Series Drain to waste nutrient schedule. 👉 I have included pix of my fertigation log. The log show tents conditions, inflow stats and run-off stats. Both plants are soaking up the fluids. Both plants are getting the full line of the General Hydroponics Flora series nutrients/supplements and mixed full strength in RO water from an industrial RO water machine. This week I increased the amount of Cali-magic about 25%. There are some purple stems around and want to keep it from becoming a leaf issue if its form a slight lack of Ca/Mg. Next week I will continue the higher level of Calmag and also will do at least one low EC fertigation. When I do a low EC fertigation I only have Armor Si and Calimagic in the solution. I will follow the low EC event with a small dose of regular nutrient solution. 👉I am sure that the way I am doing this diary is probably pointless in terms of interest to others. I am doing it in the spirit of a true diary and for my own personal use as a record. I am trying to make it understandable and comprehensive for others. I'm sure that is folly in the long run but I do enjoy being able to review my work in a comprehensive way.

Week 5 Flipped to Flower. Finally recovered from Light burn and spider mites. Closed up all my light leaks and added a little CO2 to the room. Will be adding more CO2 soon. Trellis has been added Turned Lights up to 75%

This was the last week of veg. I switched from organic nutrients to synthetic. For the pipes of the autopot. I will therefore also flush them for 2 weeks. In the first week of flowering there will be a dehumidifier in the tent to get around 50% humidity

After Input from the Community I've Decided on NO Nutrients for a few Days to let Her Recover from Her Suspected Nitrogen Toxicity. If She Recovers like I Hope She'll get One more Feeding of Beastie Bloomz only before a Final Flush as I Suspect only a Few Weeks before She's ready to Harvest.

Defoliated to improve airflow and re tied branches down to create a more even canopy. Will re ammend the medium with 2 cups of worm casting, 1.5 tbps azomite and Gaia Green 4 4 4 on the last day of week 4. Recharge in every watering during veg.
