Bit of a difficult start to these girls seeing as this is my first grow and all, but they’re still growing and overall looking pretty healthy, good colour, springy, but I’m suspecting nute deficiency maybe but I’ve upped the food so we’ll see how we do! So it's been almost a week under the new MARS HYDRO FC4800 and the girls are loving it.. leaves were straight up like they were at a rock concert just blowing in the wind waving their arms like they are in the moshpit🤣🤣 looked so sweet👍. after a day they have stretched so much I had to raise the light already to keep it at 14 inches above the canopy. Plants grow so uniform under these lights, canopy is always nice and even👍. it has a whiter light than the mars tsw2000. Being side by side in my 8x8 tent, I can really see the difference in the color of light. The FC4800 is more of a white light like natural light. I think it might be the blue uv Diodes they added to the fc series lights. I'm amazed at how good this light is already. Barely any heat comes off it. I can rest my hand on it when the dimmer is at 100% and it's just warm. I have it daisy chained to my TSW2000 and it works awesome👍 and I dont have to reach for the other dimmer to do both. One dimmer controls both lights. When I add more lights I will daisy chain them too and control 4 lights from 1 dimmer👍. I still love my tsw2000. It's been going almost non stop since I got it and no issues at all. I take a picture of the Diodes to see if any have burnt out or anything, everything is fine.  same thing with the heat it gives off is just like the FC4800. I can rest my hand on it without burning me👍. Having both lights on 100% because I in flower now, only raises my temperature about 3°celcius. Make sure you got some calmag and if you use reverse osmosis water (bottled water) or filtered water you will want extra calmag because it's filtered out of it👍. These lights are perfect for every stage of growth for germination to flower. Just use the dimmers to reduce the intensity of the lights for whatever stage you are in. Plus they are easy to raise and lower them with the ratchet straps. MARS HYDRO'S recommended height for different stages is pretty accurate but different strains like different Temps and light sensitivity so that's something to look into, a more Mediterranean strain can take more heat and intense lighting. and you can just follow their recommendations for the height for each stage. I slowly turn it up in the later veg cycle until I'm at 75% about a week before I switch to 12/12 and after about 4 or 5 days into flower I'm at 100% with no heat or light stress👍. Mars hydro is awesome for their pricing for what you get👍. They should cost alot more than other brands but shhhhh don't tell them🤣🤣🤣🤣. Just kidding. they want to stay competitive with every brand but there stuff is always cheaper than SF and vipar etc. They know once you use mars hydro products you won't switch to another brand. Why pay more money for something that isn't as good. I've seen lights cheaper than mars but they are cheaper for a reason. They are built cheaper. My TSW2000 is fairly heavy too. But when it comes to getting lights you want some weight to it so you know it's built strong and sturdy and will last a long time.. I called customer service a few times and they will help you out with any questions you may have about the products and they are very well educated in their products👍 very helpful and very friendly. They are awesome 🤜🤛. I can't say enough about this grow tent too. The thing is a beast. I've owned a gorilla grow tent before and MARS HYDRO TENTS are better. Don't waste the money on a gorilla tent, get a mars and save a couple hundred bucks for your fertilizers and soils👍🤜🤛I could use the canvas tent to make a trampoline and i doubt it would break its that thick👍 I've had some cheaper tents made of 600d canvas and they aren't that bad. But when you get a tent made from 1680D canvas material it's insane how strong and heavy it is. Before I put the tent together when I lifted the canvas to start wrapping the frame I said to myself.. LORD TUNDERIN JESUS this has some nice weight to it. It was the easiest tent to put together that I've ever had. I went inside with the lights off and got someone to turn it on after a minute or two to look for light leaks and there was none👍. It even blocks out some noise, so if your fans or filters are loud, once it is zipped up it gets quieter. this tent is awesome with So many ports and vents for whatever you need to hook up to it. It has frame bars down the middle and one vertical pole in the middle to keep it sturdy but the poles are made nice and so thick that they probably didn't even need a vertical bar in the middle. It has 2 separate 4x8 floor trays that divide it into 2 4x8 tents. All you need is a mylar divider to easily divide it in half. I love the stickers it comes with. It's nothing big to some people but I know there is lots of people that like them because you see them everywhere in people's tents and in pictures. I love them they are super cool stickers👍. It really locks in the light and temperature and humidity good. Lots of room for all the equipment I have to go in it and will get to put in it. Be good to bring camping too🤣🤣🤣🤜🤛. De esta semana destacaré el cambio de luminaria, los Cob por el ATS Pro 300W. al 75% que vendrian a ser 225W. áprox. Algo menos de W de lo que estaban pero al tratarse de una nueva luminaria con más umoles no creo que se me estresen mucho. Más adelante cuando ya estén floreciendo subiré al 100% 300W. Riego cada 3 dias , a final de semana 900ml / planta. Último dia de la quinta semana poda de bajos , añadido unos tutores y el esperado 😜CAMBIO DE FOTOPERIODO a 12/12h. 🙏

Everything is moving along so nice!! 11 outta 12 are flowering . Running my lights 24 hours ! Temps around 74 and 78 . Tangie , sweet creme and gg4 are getting really frosty and starting to fill in. Ogesus number 1 is 5feet tall very impressed excited to to see what they all look like in the next month :). Very pleased with this run .

Honestly i was thinking about this girls gonna grow big i mean BIG because all branches grow about 2-3cm everyday i put a stuck to make sure how much they grow every day! I think i should put a second layer of net . Guys if you want use silicon for your plants make sure its mono silicic acid not potassium silicate or other silicate nutrients because they need months to absorbs by the plant,silicone can be absorbed by plant in mono silicic acid form Update: one of my girls show signs of preflowering and i am so worry about. I want a big plant with large cola

Hello Growers and Tokers! Welcome to another run where I'll be testing something from a local breeder. The cultivar is Orange Apricot x Mimosa from Mallorca Breeders. This cultivar is a treat, I've had the delight of smoking this grown from the actual breeder. If it comes out anything like that I'll be more than happy. Frosty buds, very oily, very tasty, very hard, very nice, very everything! It was a 10/10 smoke Let's hope we have a 10/10 grow to have some 10/10 nugs. Effect: Expectations and training method: I know these genetics are a bit delicate so I’ll be taking things very easy. 
The breeder suggests waiting until the fan leaves come out to decide the training technique. If the fan leaves are thinner then it’s leaning more towards Orange Apricot and will be a bit more sativa and has more ramifications so most likely LST. Thicker fan leaves would be leaning towards Indica which is what I actually want, the Mimosa side. Breeder recommends topping this Pheno to increase yields. Let’s hope they’re Mimosa leaning.. 
 As for the yields I’m not expecting more than 40 grams per plant but always shooting for more. I’ve already smoked this strain grown by the breeder and other local breeders, which is what made me want to grow it myself. I expect nothing but trichomes and terps from these ladies. June 22: morning foliar spray with Extreme Blend and FPJ made from cannabis tops and brown sugar. June 23: bit of a rough day today. I broke one ot the main stems this morning while trying to bend it a bit. It had grown to the point where I should be supercropping and not just using LST to get the 8 colas properly separated. Need to buy some proper floral tape and the only thing I could find in a hurry was clear packing tape. Not ideal but might still work. Or I’m down two colas. Also found a caterpillar in the act of munching on the leaves which mostly explains the minor leaf damage. Not a big deal and she is looking good for the solstice time of year. June 24: now have floral tape (great $5 grow tip) so I supercropped and taped the undamaged stem. This keeps all 8 grow tips at same height so one doesn’t take apical dominance. This way all should grow evenly. The broken stem looks like it will recover. Watered for first time since rain with molasses, Cal-Mag and Nature’s Source. June 25: morning foliar spray with FPJ and potassium silicate. Started another lazy compost tea in 5 gallon bucket. Two handfuls compost, molasses, Extreme Blend, kelp extract, bit of vinegar to get pH to about 7, and a bit of Dr Bronners peppermint soap to help solubilize things (surfactant or wetting agent). Also decided to add a handful of shredded coco coir to give the bacteria some media to grow on (“fiber”). Leave 24-36 h to incubate. June 26: looks good…used compost tea after 27C day. June 28: replaced clear plastic with floral tape. Five days to heal well enough to re-tape. Removed lower growth tips as part of the manifolding to focus growth on the 8 top spots for now.

Saturday 18th day 18 of 12/12 The jacks toe jam was looking a little hungry so, i gave it a pint of Bac PK booster and bloom stimulator. For the rest I will use biotabs pk compost tea and molasses, when the time is right. More tying down for the rest and some defoliation. I also added some nematodes on the 12th as I have a couple of little gnats buzzing about. Apart from that, I have just been carrying out daily checks for any buglife and any signs of male parts.

She is alot different than last week shi is so bushy and she is indica for sure Day 49 I find her even more bigger I upload video too she is way wider than door 🚪 and she grow in 6L I'm shock she is too big

Day 70: Brain Cake seemed thirsty and wanting more nutrients: Topped off water yesterday, added +3ml of hyro A&B and +1ml of power roots & pure enzyme. EC went from 0.8 -> 1.0 Day 71: Brain Cake is showing symptoms, many top leaves have deformed tips and light interveinal chlorosis starting on opposite end of the tip and dark interveinal chlorosis at the end of the tip. EC is 0.8-0.9 (not very accurate meter :/ ) Not sure whether this is a nutrient deficiency or excess/lockout. The ph has been between 5.6 and 6.5 most of the time the past week, the reservoir change was 4-5 days ago. Plagron indicates to give more hydo A&B in proportion to their roots and enzyme nutrients in the first weeks of flowering (during veg these are given in proportion), so maybe these new problems are due to the different balance of nutrients that I may have times wrongly. Finally the problems may be due to the water reservoirs holding approx 12 liters in practice and the Brain Cake drinks approx 2-3.5L a day so maybe the water res is very unstable but after a day the PH usually remains in range and the EC usually drops a bit the first day after adding nutrients and stays pretty stable the rest of the week. Any suggestions are more than welcome! Day 72: Yesterday evening made an upgraded reservoir for the Brain Cake dwc (as we suspect the leaf problems may be due to instable water because of small res and roots nearly completely filling the res). Now the Brain Cake is in a 60L box with approx 32L of water, EC set to 1.0 and ph 5.7-6.5. She seems to be happy, nice and perky this morning. FYI the roots seem more orange in the video! They are on the white side though, just a bit of stain from the nutrients but looking very good overall.
