Day 43 - First day of week 7 today and she looks really good just not sure if she’s really starting to flower yet. I’m hoping this is just typical of the GC strain. Day 44 - No major changes, she’s growing and I’m loving the looks of her. Will continue uploading daily pictures. Day 45 - She’s looking really good and budding more and more each day. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give her another feeding on Saturday. She’s drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Day 46 - Things are looking good with this girl. Bud sites are growing daily and this thing is a beauty. Gave her another feeding of just pH’d water and will “feed” her tomorrow. Day 47 - ALL is looking good and she’s looking purdy. Gave her a feeding with the foxfarm nutes today. Did a true measurement to the biggest branch and she’s at 25.5”. Will continue to measure each day to see how much she’s growing in a 24 hour period. Day 48 - Looking gorgeous and still stretching. Grew another two inches and is sitting at 27.5” right now. She’s really starting to fill in now and looking forward to the next few weeks. Day 49 - The way thing thing is growing, she’s gonna be a beast. Gave her straight pH’d water tonight and will give her a feeding tomorrow. Looks like she finally stopped stretching, sitting at 27.5” still so hopefully she’ll start putting on the weight.

Here we are week 6/7 in this post. Slowly fattening up. I don't think they will swell much more. Sugar leaves are showing signs of amber but actual bud there's still many clear Tris. Breeder says 8 weeks. My grows tend to go over breeder specs of strain lol. I'd like to push it as far as I can ALOT of the plants bid sites are very small was expecting them to get alot bigger.

Day 35 today. Still pushing forward and enjoying the process. Lowered the humidity in the tent, gotta have the AC on full blast though. Nutrients have been a challenge but getting things worked out and staying positive.

Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

27/02/19 - Cant wait for these to be done as I’ve never had gelato before so I feel like I’m missing out 😂 but yeah other than I let them stretch abit taller than I usually prefer it’s all going well, new genetics/nutrients/medium seem to be doing the job. 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

I've turned the light up to 35000 lux. Up'd the bloom to 1.5ml/l. There still stretching and could do with more room but there doing well 😎

Well after having issues with my 3x3 set up, I decided to move the 2x2 over to the main room and see if it helps get the humidity down. And it did. Went from 65% down to 45% the first day now it goes back and forth between 45% and 50%. Way better then 58% and 66% if you ask me. I also opened the tent up so that it can get a bit of the extra light from my other lights. Especially as one of the buds is up past the light. Lol been a interesting grow so far thats for sure. Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

This MexicanAirlines is the oldest one in the tent but not sure if its gonna be the first to be chopped.. Gonna give her all the time she needs

3/11 Week 11 a day early due to schedule - Day 26 of Flower Buds building very well no signs of any deficiencies and the tips are ok so leaving all nuets as is. Halfway to projected harvest date according to Fast Buds, I believe them from what I am seeing. Having some humidity issues due to our funky weather. Humidity running higher than is safe on lights out , 60-70%, so installed one small dehumidifier but getting a larger one today to add to it. That is the extent of our problems so aint beechin guys One final comment here, these Fast Flowering photo strains seem tailor made for growing indoors. The flowering times, the way they grow and the lack of strong odors even with larger buds just impresses the crap out of me. 👍 Fast Buds 3/12 - 27/Flower Continue to stack up the buds I had to raise the lights one click to keep em at 16" on both lights. The increased feed PPM is showing in rapidly growing buds. No changes in feeding at this time. My wife has sweetly pointed out I messed up reading the calendar. This is day 27 of flower 😜 Yeah it was real good for 23 days too LOL So FB pegged 45 days of flower on the FF7 , with 18 days remaining. Flush could begin in 11 days at the soonest. Which consequently is when I drop the seeds for the last grow before my vacation. 😉 3/13 Day 28 Flower Raised the lights up a bit, want better dispersal from the two light sources and since there is now almost too much light this seems wise as the buds continue to stack up. The two light together are 1100 and 700 umols at a minimum so with 1800 Umols (the same as a 1000 watt HID) I can afford a dispersed pattern of light sans hot spots and dark corners. Multiple light sources is the way to go no doubt now. maybe pics later if I've time. Pics 3/14 Day 29 Flower Ye though there be no toilet paper in the land we do have buds... This virus thing is just insane aint it. Why toilet paper I wonder... Anyway increased PK to max 5ml/gal as I see no toxicity and they are building like crazy so feed em. This is the last week for the PK booster cutting it out in a few days, plenty in the pot to carry her through the flush. No other issues to comment on pretty easy grow so far. Pics

i accidently bought some unbuffered coco and mixed it with my ussual earth, had major calmag problems in mid-flower but i´m still pleased with the results...also had a little trouble with mold at the end due to bad weather and high humidity in the final weeks of the grow, had to remove a few buds and harvest early @ day 55 of flower....but there's still alot of great looking buds left for me to enjoy and all look mostly done... Just harvested and hung them upside down, currently drying them at constant 19.5-20.5°C and 50-60% RH..will update as soon as they are dry

Quebec blast is growing good. Still struggling with nitrogen toxicity. I changed solution, and lowered to a 200 ppm. Excellent growth still. I applied lst, and defoliation today. She is growing in New Level Hydro bucket, under the Spider Farmer SE5000.
