Day 83: After being in the dark for like 4-7 days, they where ready to harvest. All plants getting cut by the machine, big buds are cut by hand. I never weight wet buds because that doesnt make any sence. I will update soon on how much it is dry weight. My friend helped me with the harvest since it takes many hours of work. I have many buds that are as big or bigger as my hand. Quallity so far looks promising even thought there are shitty buds as well, but thats normal and oke. They have been cut freshly so I won't lose much weight when cutting. This will happen when cutting dry buds. The remaining small leafs on the wet buds will dry in with the buds and will be barely visible. Thanks @Fastbuds for sponsering the seeds. It was a really hard thought to make a diary about it while having more then 100 other strain plants. So both diaries look almost the same now. This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

At Day 33 we started with defolation. They seem to be very healthy, although there are fungus gnats. The Ladies have no problem with it. You already can see the preflower in the last pictures. Next step will be to send them in the Flower Stage and turn up the lights

Day 22. Strawberry Ice gave my friend a lesson - i told him to rotate plants, but never thought of a need to explain, that pot don't have to touch heater ! Her roots boiled a bit, but 3 days later she is more than fine ! Candy Kush is catching up, top 3 nods are healthy, bottom don't go worse and she will be good I say in a week time. Rubbed Great White into soil and pure Phed water. 6.5 is my target always. Day 25. Back on track ? ;) Pure water. Strawberry Ice 600 ml( think next watering to top her) , Candy Kush 400. The tent has been cleaned. Flowering day 29 Today the plants and buds were checked for health and cleaned. Flowering day 30 Today was poured again. This mam she got 1 liter of water. (See nutrient table for nutrient addition). Of course, the plant was checked for its vitality 🧐😅. Flowering day 31 The humidifier was refilled a little and the tent cleaned 👍. Smell got more intensive and Ladies are more thirsty At day 8 of flowering we thought the plants are a bit too small so we gave them more space to the LED, about 70cm with 200watts Also they got 4ml/l of bioheaven

11/21/2022: plants are all still extremely healthy, and the buds keep putting on more weight. Only problem has been a small fungas gnat outbreak. So far it has been manageable with sticky traps, but I have some neem cake on the way. Also, top dressed all three plants late last week and watered again today 1 liter each. The fresh worm casting hold the moister more, so I lowered the amount of water today. Watered at 6.8 ph, using the normal ThermX-70 and coconut powder. Also added a 1/2 teaspoon of BuildABloom and 2 tsp of Yah-Whey Thrive, which is a probiotic whey made from fermented Kefir grains. Saw a lot of good reviews, so figured I'd give it a try. 11/22/2022: the fungas gnat issue is getting worse, so I made some neem cake tea and watered each plant about 1/3rd of a liter. We'll see how this works and how the plants respond. 11/23/2022: did a full watering today about 1 liter per plant. Made an alfalfa sprouted seed tea, and added about 1/4 cup of the Yah-Whey Thrive, and some ThermX-70. Fungas gnats are still an issue, so the jury is still out on the neem cake tea. Ordered some Dr. Zymes to change it up, but it's back ordered until Dec. Hopefully the neem cake tea is killing the eggs and larva. The sticky traps are keeping them under control as well. It looks like the Strawberry Gushers and Newberry are beginning to show the first signs of a fade. It's only on a few leaves, so it makes me think it's not a nutrient issue. 11/24/2022: made another round of neem cake tea. Added powdered coconut, BuildABloom, and ThermX-70. Added about 1.3 liters to each plant. 11/25/2022: I'm in an all out war with the fungas gnats and I seem to be gaining ground (for now). Wanted to switch it up, so I made mosquito bit tea and gave about .5 liters to each plant. Mainly trying to get the first couple inches of the soil. The sticky traps are catching the adults, so hopefully the neem and B.t.i will kill the eggs and larva. Buds are continuing to swell, and the aroma is amazing. The Strawberry Gushers is like a sweet funk. The Orange Bubblegum definitely has an orange scent, and the Newberry smells like fruity pebbles. All plants are still looking healthy and I continue to see some mild fading. The Newberry has one branch that is fading more than the others which is strange. Not sure if it has something to do with the super cropping, or something else, but there is a noticable difference compared to the rest of the plant. The leaves and buds still look healthy, so I'm not too worried for now, but will continue to monitor. 11/26/2022: DAY 60!! Decided to get a little crazy today. This will probably be one of the last times I add microbes to the plants, other than one more late flower compost tea, so I wanted to get as diverse as possible. Added 1/4 teaspoon of the BuildASoil Big 6 micro nutrients, Bio-Phos, TeaCo Super Tea blend, and Recharge, plus 4 ml of FishShit. There is definitely some overlap between these, but they each contained several microbes the others didn't, so I liked the extra diversity. I also added the coconut powder and ThermX-70, which I use for every watering at this point. Gave each plant about 1 liter of this microbe tea. I'm sure the extra watering lately is not helping my fungas gnat issue, but the plants are drinking it up. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 700 DLI: 45

So I started flower this week we've been flowering now for about 5 days I have around 10 or 12 tops around 26 to 28 in away from a plant with my light I have them at 75% flower production and stacking is looking nice I did some defoliation and I'm brewing a kelp extract and molasses tea for it all in all everything looks nice

well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

I highly recommend this strain to anybody who want a crop full of flavours , be careful about the smell , it can be hard to keep it stealth at the end of flowering and the drying weed is smelling from the kitchen to the garden ( and it's drying in the bedroom with Mrs Spinner beeing hungry at me every single days 🤘🤗

D99/FD73 - Lost a couple of tops to the rampant rot that hit the tent. Got them out quick though. Had one day, after the sulfur burn where even though the fan was switched on, it didn't actually go on so humidity got up to the 70's-90's and a few corner pieces got the cheese. They had breathed 5L of water into the tent so it got a bit wet in there!!! like lying water in the tent!!! Have moved to the Dragon Force now to try and get these chopped by next week! Too many big buds in there to risk any more issues or failures!!! Been a big learning lesson this run!!! Nothing else on this week to report. Happy growing all!!! 💪

Estamos en la semana de transición del periodo vegetativo al periodo de floración. Nuestras plantas ya tienen un tamaño correcto para poder pasar de 18h de luz a 12h... De esta forma iniciamos dicho periodo. Hemos conectado tres equipos led LazerLite Pro 720w ajustados al 50% de su potencia. Repartimos bien todas las plantas para que reciban luz de forma homogénea. Regamos, esta vez solo con agua, para no tener exceso de fertilización, ya que nuestro sustrato es muy rico en nutrientes.

Week went well, had a few bug issues that resulted in using a sulphur based pesticide to get rid of spidermite issue that has haunted my grow space for a couple of years. Used only one application to get rid of mites this week, let the application sit on plant for 5 hours before taking outside and rinsing plant off with hose. Edit: 2nd plant was a white rhino seed from my indoor grow but turned out male.
