Hey now, hope everyone is having a safe weekend. I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 90 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to have individual timers for the different spectrums. I did hear from another grower that Medic Grow does sell a controller that has this feature for $300. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Die letzte Woche ist angebrochen und sie bekommen ab jetzt nur noch reines Leitungswasser ohne Nährstoffe und das auch nur abends. Morgens lasse ich das Wasser ab und lasse sie mit der Pfütze zurecht kommen, die noch drin bleibt, um etwas Trockenstress zu erzeugen. Die Wasserpumpen mit den Aeroponik-Düsen sind bereits aus, aber die Airpumps laufen noch. Ich warte noch ein wenig auf die Trichome, aber es wird vermutlich nicht mehr all zu lange dauern, bis ich sie ernte 😁👍 An Tag 78 habe ich angefangen zu ernten, wird wohl etwas dauern 😇 ... Tag 82... selbst die Schere hat zwischendurch versagt, aber davon lässt man sich ja nicht aufhalten. Es wird wohl noch ein paar Tage dauert, bis ich fertig bin.

Did some ballsy defoliation yesterday, but the girls seem to be rebounding well... Not sure if I stunted the northern lights plant or if she's just genetically shorter and bushier. I find myself popping my head in the tent to check on them enough that my husband walked by and said "I wish you loved me as much as you love your plants" 12/23 update. Unsure what my leaves are trying to tell me. Soil felt a little dry so I took the opportunity for a pH balanced fairly heavy watering, no nutrients this feed. Maybe a salt build up since I've been giving light nutes with every feed? Last flush earlier this week with solid pH on the runoff, so maybe not. Maybe just too much nutrients in general. I'll back off for a bit and see how she does. 12/26 update: lemon auto is getting light burned AF. Wound up rearranging the light situation to take her farther away from the light, but still within it to get enough light for some (hopefully) dense buds. I think a bigger tent is in my future. // Harvesting and drying Since this was an outdoor grow, I did my first bud wash. I tried the method with citrus juice and backing soda. Was okay, I know I got all the street dust and fine dust away from her. But bud washing simply does not help enough when it comes to pests. The mites stick to the trichomes and you can't really to anything about it. Good thing is that most pests are on the leafs and not really on the buds themselves. Drying was smooth. 7 days approx. which is good if you think about the heat wave that hit us right during the drying time. 30°C in the tent is just bad for the drying process so I can't complain with the quality I got out of it.

Hey Guys welkome back in week 11 of the Sensi Serds Silver Haze, this week i stoped giveing C4 from Mills nutrients and start to give Ultimate PK also from Mills nutrients, buds should start to bluk up and faten more and more by each day, crystals also started to cover the buds and leaves. The NL #5 x Haze clonse are finale chilling, last week i started to gave A basic, B basic and “start” also all from Mills nutrients, i topper one already and the other one i will top this week. Day 1 - Soaking in water for 24 - 48 hrs. Once sank I will transplant. Come on terp treez please let this one be the winner 🤞💚 Day 2 - I'm Impressed the seed sank after 24 hrs this time around. Now decided to place in paper towel, in a bag in the cupboard. Will wait 24 hrs for tap root to emerge and to 2-3cm this time before transplant to final 3gsl fabric pot. Day 3- Tap root emerged about 1-2cm. I have transplanted to final 3gal fabric pot.😁🙌😅💚 I have used, 60% canna terra pro plus, 30%perlite and 10% canna terra potting mix. The potting mix I use only as a transplant medium within its final container, just to allow around the seed a better chance for roots to develop as I found just using terrapro plus they struggle to establish because of how rich it is. After planting I gave a light pH water only and covered with jug. I find this helps retain humidity on the little seedlings. Day 5 - seedling finally emerged 🙌 so happy to see that the 2nd out of 6 terp treez has actually germinated 🙌 woohoo. Light water pH balanced. Day 6- showing nice healthy growth, definitely in competition with the sssc auto I have going there both nearly identical growth rates 😋✌️💚 PH balanced water only still this week.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. Night 41 - 02/11/19 Time for a new week again and damn has the Quick one stretched since last week. was 18cm 1 week ago and now its 30cm. im really proud of myself for getting this far :) wondering how tall its gonna grow lol. Still not much of a smell to the plant, i dont think its fully flowering yet. I flushed tonight again to decrease ppm further and rid the medium of salts. runoff ppm was 800 last flush. runoff ppm is 650 this flush with a ph of 6.34 compared to 6.22 (i think) last time. going to calibrate my ph pen after this grow :) hoping im near the harvest now as im having panic attacks when i get into bed at night, my mind is racing so fast :/ On a better note my other diary fast eddy may not be tall but is soon to be heavily flowering! finally i added a few videos and pictures and I was watching videos on breeding birds last night, completely fallen in love with nature and living things :) il see how things go but i might end up taking care of some cool animals! would be amazing to have them in the videos of my plants lol! will update sometime later in the week folks so take care until then :) Day 43 - 04/11/19 Quick one is 35cm now :) if it didnt go above 30cm by harvest then i definitely could have done better but 30-40cm is what iv think a good beginner attempt is :) if it goes to 50-60 il be excelling for a new grower :) the more the merrier haha! one of my chilli pots finally germinated today along with the diesel strain from my new diary :) Still no smell from this plant tho, maybe a slight lavender/veg smell. looks to me like it developed flowers and went back into veg hahaha. the next 4 weeks will tell i guess! keep an eye out for the next picture update, everything is looking great and im hoping for 20g of bud from this strain but il be happy with around 14g :)
