Recently had a gnat issues from what I read it’s something you can run into using build a soil or growing organic so I got some neem oil to handle it it help a lot still have some but a ton less other than that this is where I am with these two everything seems okay so far

D14 - The new #1 is looking way better than her predecessor, although she still has her seed helmet on. I've tried oh so carefully to remove it but no luck so far, and I'm afraid of using excessive force, so for now, it stays on. #2 is just trucking along, doing her thing. She is now 11 cm tall and 10 cm wide. I also removed her support as she is strong enough without it. I also cut back the cover crop as it was getting a bit wild and partly overshadowed the girls. Since starting the grow, I have yet to water the girls properly, but they did get a little bit a couple of days ago when I had some extra after watering nematodes (against fungus gnats) to our regular houseplants. Better to be proactive than reactive ;) D15 - Today, #1 popped out of her seed. Well, mostly as it is still stuck on one of the cotyledons. It's been over two weeks without proper watering, so the girls are getting a bit thirsty. The blumat digitals show around 115-120 mbar. I started a simple compost tea consisting of worm casting, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, biochar, and molasses. I'll leave it brewing overnight, and then it's watering/feeding time tomorrow. D17 - Not much to report as the girls are simply doing their thing. Yesterday, I gave each around 2 liters of the compost tea I started a couple of days ago. As always, I completely forgot to check the pH of the tea. I have no idea why I keep forgetting that with my teas when I have no problem checking the pH when I use plain water. Oh well. Not the end of the world but something I need to keep in mind for the next tea in a couple of weeks. D20 - The last day in week two of veg. Nothing to report, really. The girls are getting bigger day by day, and both are looking healthy and well. The second girl already has purple leaf stems which I don't think is stress since she looks lush and vibrant otherwise. I guess it is her genes as this strain can turn purple. I have never grown any purple cannabis, so my fingers are crossed!

Cheese has always been my all time favourite Strain, really surprised how I haven't grown none yet since I started growing. So I went with my usual germination method, Cup of water for 24hrs then move onto the wet paper towel for another 24hrs in my tent with the heater turned on to keep temps around 26 degrees. Initially I am planning on running her underneath my Mars Hydro TSW 2000 in my 3x3 but depending on how much space is available in Flower I might switch them to one of my 4x4 tents. Really excited to see what I can do with the Cheese, wish me luck guy's & Happy Growing 👍🏾🌱💚

10/7/18- LST and preparing for topping # 3 for 8 colas. Everything looking healthy so far 10/10/18- Topped #3- probably should have waited maybe an extra day. Water 1/2 gallon with urb and Aloe water.

Everything going great. Just switched to bloom nutes and gonna ride out the rest of the time. No issues from what I see, all the plants thriving and smelling potent!

10/16 So the girls are doing well. They have been watered twice now and #1 just had what looked like a tiny bit of nute burn but took much better to the second watering. They are absolutely exploding veg wise and raising the light was necessary as #1 was much to short, will be updating with transplant soon! 10/18 Ok so transplant happened today. They were growing so quick we needed to move them as soon as they were water ready! They got transplanted into 5g fabric style pots. Did 2/3 Fox Farms "ocean forest" and 1/3 perlite mix. Used same nute mix for watering on the transplant, will change that up soon. See pics and video for more info! 10/22 There seems to be a nitrogen lockout. I'm guessing it was the unneeded cal mag add. Learned our lesson! Upped our grow big and giving the first water in big pots. Other than that they are growing amazing!

A slow start to the week after her defoliation but picked up at the end of the week and she is forming nice 'budlettes'. LST is keeping anything getting too tall and stealing the lime light. Will be introducing PK next week when I do water change.

Le temperature elevate delle ultime settimane, sono state molto stressanti per le ragazze ma nonostante questo la genetica Barney'S farm si è fatta predominante ed insieme alla sorella Fastbuds Apricot auto hanno praticamente fagocitato l intero spazio della grow box, destinato come progetto iniziale di 4 piante, purtroppo sappiamo bene come sono andate le altre due ragazze, ma diciamocelo, di sicuro non staremo a piangerci addosso perché questa cookie KUSH auto mi sta veramente sorprendedno, altezza di 98cm e un sacco di sviluppo delle cime laterali che sono stra colme di gemme a forma di biscotto che si stanno sviluppando in modo davvero grandioso sia in numero di fiori che di nuovi fiori, che di compattezza delle cime, nonostante il caldo abbia portato a formare delle cime un po foxtail, ma spero che questo problema rientri nelle ultime due settimane che mancano alla raccolta, la temperatura sarà dai 26 ma x 30 gradi, quindi clima controllato ideale per questa ragazza che sprizza di resina da ogni nuovo fiore! Spero che la situazione continui così, anche se ho notato una carenza (spero) di calcio e magnesio che mi è capitato spesso anche in altre coltivazioni organiche, a cui avevo somministrato c02, si vede che aumentando il metabolismo andavano in carenza di cal/mag... ma purtroppo io non sono ancora così esperto da capirlo da me stesso ed essere pienamente sicuro della soluzione migliore da adottare.. Si iniziano a sentire odori speziati di legno stile KUSH!! Week 1 of flower!!! im excited and nervous at the same time. I was going to Veg for another week but there were a couple factors that made me want to flip. Last week I did a final transplant into my 7gal pots, 2 days later I start to see pistils. I am a new grower and was like oh crap did I just force her into flowering and gonna herm them since im still on 18-6 light schedule??? I am in a couple discords that are growing communities so i posted some pics and confirmed they are in fact pistils. This is my first grow and not only was I excited to start flowering but also scared im going to ruin them if I dont flip so I did. From more research this is called pre flower and I could have stayed in veg from what I have found but flipped anyways and please correct me if im wrong as Im still learning. The pics you see are day 3 wk1 of flower, I flipped the lights to 12-12 on night 2-29. The girls are already starting to stretch. IM really hoping that my little sour diesel dwarf stretches to meet the Purp and northern lights canopy or else I am going to need to find something to prop her up to meet them. As you can see in the pics I added my trellis netting. My plan was to hopefully get these girls to stretch enough and start filling in the squares. My goal is to fill every square with a flower site. It might be a bit ambitious but still gonna try. This is 2 fold, 1 allow spacing to open up the inner canopy and allow light into the depths of these girls to encourage those lower sites to reach the top. 2 support for the flowers as they mature. Yea they looking alittle bushy and I know I should defoliate but my thought was to wait until the stretch is done then do my full lollipop and remove alot of those fan leaves blocking bud sites and also get better air flow in there. My plan for nutrients is to top dress with my gaia green 4-4-4. power bloom 2-8-4 and worm castings every 2-3 weeks depending on how they take to it. I just hope this is enough. Some of the bottom leaves are starting to yellow a bit on the larger plant. It looks like trichomes are starting to push through on some of the leaves.
