Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! Well here we are guys going into our fifth week of flower and she has been putting on weight.. thank you SEEDSMAN for giving me the opportunity to grow this beautiful plant and I really mean that this girl has been amazing from the very beginning I have done absolutely nothing to her other than some small defoliation and she has been a breeze taking any strength of nutrients I throw at her.. I hope and pray everybody is happy and healthy and so are their girls.. this community rocks! Happy growing everyone ✌️😎

This is the final week, they are going to be chopped coming week. Already had some darkness and they are very very smelly. I am amazed at this strain's resilience. It had to deal with my noobishness with autos, heat, very hot soil and less PH buffering with my own super soil recipe (see the yellow image in the germination page) in the smaller bags. Still, they became huge and full of bud. Forbidden Runtz is an amazing strain. Very strong growth but also with most auto's I've grown: once the grow derails, it seldom recovers. But these do. I'm sure next grows I'm going to get even more out of them. Can't wait to try them again with what I've learned now. And you should all consider the SP-3000 as a growlight, look at my results! Constantly taking leaves off all these girls. Trying to make space for those buds! These are some leafy genetics overall but some are starting to change color nicely for week six of flower! I checked some of the trichomes but they aren't close to ready so I didn't snap any pictures of those. But some good trichomes production from them. Got the UVB 310 in full effect right now at 4 hours. Will be boosting up to six tomorrow and continue to push for the next two weeks.

Week 4 - This week, more plants are fertilized to 650 ppm.A survey found that one tree had abnormal leaves.

Again I did not connect her on autopot but soaked the soil with loads of water and left wet towels all around the bottom of the tent to keep humidity since capacity of my humidifier is just one day. My idea was that she will use all the water in the pot and nicely dry out the root until I am back next time and in the meantime wet towels on the bottom of the tent will keep air humidity for first few days and than I can switch ON my humidifier remotely for last day, if needed (I am using alfred camera app and my old phone inside of the tent to be able to keep an eye on conditions while I am absent however I can only remotely control humidifier). Turns out (AGAIN) that it was too much water and she did not manage to use all of it during this 5 days. I found the top of the soil to be completely dried out while at the bottom of the pot and by the weight I would guess that there was still plenty of water available. I am using guanokalong soil that normally spreads water and humidity very nicely so I was bit surprised about such a difference from top to bottom of the pot. Overwatering signs are visible on young leaves; they became soft and start curling down got darker color. Despite that I have added 0,5 lit water (with orgatrex) just to balance the humidity in the pot. I am here only for day and a half and after that I will be gone for 10 days. Will not be able to dry out the soil before connecting autopot so more problems related with overwatering can be expected next time I am back. Will try to calculate quantity of water needed for 10 day and fill the tank of autopot with just a bit less than that so she can recover from all that water at one point.

No complaints this week. All the ladies are growing strong and healthy. Remember how stunted this plant was a few weeks ago? Now she stands taller than some of the other ladies. Speaking of, I have my 2nd trellis positioned exactly 12 inches a part from the 1st trellis. As you can see. There are many Colas that are over a foot long. I do believe that I will yield more from this harvest than the last. Only time will tell. I will keep yall updated in my next upload, Happy growing 🍃😎

Positioning 8 plants in 2 rows of 4 based on height with the last LST and HST ligatures. Final dimensions of my SOG: 150 cm x 100 cm. To increase the surface and the penetration angle, I tied the HPS lamp cable to the fan in order to create a small oscillation of the lamp. You can look it on my demonstration video.

First Week of flowering Week without too much hassle. A small excess of fertilizer but nothing serious. Uniform color. High water consumption (10L every 2 days), you can feel that they are in good shape. Semaine sans trop d'encombre. Un petit excès de fertilisant mais rien de grave. Couleur uniforme. Grosse consommation en eau (10L tous les 2 jours), on sent qu'elles sont en forme. Una semana sin demasiados problemas. Un poco de exceso de fertilizante pero nada serio. Color uniforme. El alto consumo de agua (10L cada 2 días), se puede sentir que están en buena forma.

Okay so pk boost and as with everything else in this grow, it’s a week behind what it really should be, so I may have hit the tropicanna poison with a PK Boost too late, where as, for the orange hill special and frosted guava it’s probably a little early but hey ho - you gotta compromise with the Autopot system if you are growing multiple strains that are really quite different in terms of gene pool. Edit: okay so it’s 4 days later and it ALMOST looks like a different plant! Its colours are coming out now. As you can see, some of the side branches pistols are turning orange and there is even some colour turning up at the edges of the swollen calyxes. I don’t think I will get too much light penetration to be honest, due to the fact that it’s too crouded in there - it’s so easy to forget how big they get when you first veg them! (Particularly as it’s my first grow in months and first photo grow in years!) Next time I will just make sure I germ the seeds at the same time - although, it wasn’t really my fault, per sé. This is definitely the most advanced plant for sure…then the NYC diesel. Edit: so I noticed that my tall tower fan broke AGAIN and so I decided to buy a clip on I think it’s an 8” one that rotates - it’ll probably stop rotating after a while but the reviews say 18 months in after having bought the product, it still works fine, just doesn’t swivel. Tbh, it’s cheap enough to if it breaks then I can just replace it - it should def last longer than a tower fan that’s been flooded with 10-15l of water! Twice! So I can’t say I’m hugely shocked… For now, iv taken the fan that is a clip on that I was using for the extraction of my drying tent - it’s surprisingly powerful for such a small USB powered fan tbf!

Finally finished building my DWC tank this week. So far everything is working great. Per the week 1 grow question suggestion I have added a water transfer pump to top off the 27-gallon reservoir. 2 seeds died during germination, will add another 2.

She looks very good and healthy,however she started flower with a very small size,I thought she was gonna be a little bigger at least but regardless of that,she's such a beauty and smelling very good so far,I'm excited about this strain. Let's see how she performs guys!

Great week. Plants growing nice and healthy. Thick stems, nice color to the leaves. So far so good. They might turn out short and fat . Only time will tell .

170419 week 12 flower week 6 - okay so I thought Zkittlez OG was ready in the next week but after examining trichomes again there are still a lot clear, because she is an Auto on 12/12 she is gonna take longer than usual and with less yield, she is still carrying a lot of dense looking nugs but I know under 18/6 she would of blown up!! my plan now is for this to be the final week of feeding nutrients and then the next 2 weeks will be just 7.0ph water. I want the girls to start taking in what they need from there fan leaves etc 🍁 It’s been hard gettting up close to the girls at the back to see how far they are from harvest and I can’t rely on breeder flower times as they aren’t that accurate, I think I will harvest laughing Buddha on week 15, cookies kush and zkittlez og on week 14. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of these strains, cookies kush has a baker type of smell reminds me of cookie dough, laughing Buddha has a very citrus like smell and Zkittlez OG smells of berries! Haven’t had any major issues throughout the whole grow cycle which is an achievement for me but I always find the last few weeks the hardest as I can never tell when to harvest 😂 Day 77 flower day 35

Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺
