@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. week 3, at day 21 I started to defoliate. needs more airflow around colas. This is the start of defol, will clean and prune as needed next week. Stretching has slowed and colas are starting to stack. Ran a sort of modified manafold into the scrog. "V" on the left has 15 tops from 4 main stalks, she was topped to 4th node early on. "Blue nemo" was topped to the 3rd node early, she has 18 tops after the week 3 prune of the week lowers who couldnt make it up to the canopy. I left some popcorn buds down low that have began to develop, will throw these in the ice water hash after harvest.

For the girl, this week is really very hot... 32°+ :( but these are her last weeks, until full maturity :) the leaves are yellowing more and more every day, until the finish she will only get pure 6.3ph water:) the flowers look fantastic:).

Pre flower was lost and any stretch. I now know when or how to stop a plant In its tracks.. during pre flower. Throw it into reveg (keeping dli within limits as if not, it'll continue to flower. So keeping in in the right DLI range is needed for reveg. I pult mine a just short of a week into it. And it was just a few days into pre flower and I stalled her at the height of 41cm. Another week maybe 2 of reveg would of got growth going again. But I decided to push ahead with fattening. She did put on a few cm finishing her pre flower but, nothing compared to what would of been if I hadn't of stalled and reveg. This can go bad. But, maybe I'll try again. As the colas, well, I've not had them like that. Not as this early stage. Look already how filled out they are. Will be short but mass should be good. Another 5-6 weeks of flower. High ppfd and 8-1300 co2. Diet/Defoliation Have moved her off Power Buds/Roots & moved to Green Sensation & PK 13/14. Done a hard defoliation and she has started putting on nice mass. Really happy with how she looks. Really healthy & Happy. She's a fast mover. Topped out a 41cm her tallest node. Most are 39.5 with an even canopy. I done 2 15% defoliations. Removing inside leafs around her nodes to allow air to move through the canopy. Premoting co2 exchange pushing newly made o2 out of the way on the stomata vent levels. As soon as plant hits ripening a lot should also be. So, I'll figure something out by then. Maybe an SF-1000 finish under low temps. As my main tent will be pushing 33-35c until end of the summer and beyond. This won't do for ripening. The #3 look a bit sad since several day I don't understand why, maybe the pot start to be too small? Can I just say, these plants growth and development have been awesome, in the beginning she just grew horizontally and at a snail rate, but in my absence it’s like she was preventing her growth, and the problem with Monday’s Blue, it’s pot was not filled to the brim with grow medium (alike Unknwon Strain), unlike the other 4 plants so it did not get enough wind and sunlight, but guess what, nature always makes a plan. Look at her now.

I now see the issue of doing multiple strains under one diary. FB Cherry Cola and SS Bruce Banner have shot hairs everywhere while the RQS Weddding Cake is still verging. Top dressed everything with half a cup of worm castings and an eight cup of BAS Craft blend

She's developing very well,did have no problems with any fungal infection,this week rained and had problems with other plants,she's very resistant.

Jus trying to make the best out of a bad situation....when is not pouring rain...got excessive heat warning but still gonna pull tru with something....girls are smelling lovely and got that sticky feel to dem leave you fingers wet jus by passing over...harvesting is the upcoming week jus to prevent any further damages.

I defoliated her very heavy, allll fanleaves gone, these pictures are 3 days later and she already bounced back, now the weight will come

Not a whole lot going on this week. Did some light trimming and removed the wires. Main stem on all 4 are nice and flat, going to let the girls veg out for a few weeks and just grow up wards. Moved the lights up 16 inches to let them stretch out. I also switched light cycles.. read an article that mentioned a lot of benefits to having 8 hours on and 4 hours off. Specifically I've noticed a lot of benefits ik terms of cooling and environmental control. I havent had to push water bottles into my buckets ar all this week. And it seems to be growing at a normal rate.

Time sure goes by quick, It is already week 6. I sure hope they chunk up near the end :P Plant "2" has a really strong creamy/doughy smell, plant "1" has like no smell so far. Moved a clip on fan to blow on the ballast of the LED, and have a oscillating fan down below, which got the temps down a few degrees, and the plants seem to be enjoying it. Gave it a top dressing of nutrients last week, so I should not need to add any more, and just keep watering as normal, with a little bit of epsom salt like every 3rd watering.

Nov.8 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.9 - Moved these girls into Vivosun tent under Phlizon 1200w light from a Marz Hydro tent 5x5 with Marz Hydro ts 1000 light. We needed to move these girls to this tent and have our DWC in the bigger tent so the DWC plants don’t get too hot at the bottom *once girls were transported to new tent the leaves turned to curl and lift upwards, the light is on veg and is 24” high Nov.10 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.10 - Decided we don’t like the blurple light and took one of our Mars Hydro lights from our big tent and switched it Nov.11 - Watered each plant, 500mL, 1mL of each nutrient. Our girls drank soo fast so we are bumping it up a bit Nov.12 - Our girl #1’s leaves are a little droopy and are looking a bit weird in some spots (darker green and almost wrinkled). Our girl #2 though is going great and we started some LST training on her today. Let her growww Nov.14 - Started our girl #1 on LST her leaves are much happier now! Ohhh boy #2 is sprouting so nice she’s starting to fill out so well and she just blossomed once we started LST, she was facing upwards in less than 24h!! Nov.15 - Our girls are thriving so I wanted to FIM #2 and my boyfriend wanted to Top girl #1 Let’s see how these girls groooww Nov.15 - Watered each girl 250mL and 0.25 mL of each nutrient we are going to water them just enough to soak into the ground every day for them to soak up as much nutrients and drink as possible without over watering.

Day 22 22/07/24 Monday Nothing new to report. Starting to see them beautiful fans appear that's all 😁✌️ Day 23 23/07/24 Tuesday Feed today, giving her straight all nutes Inc flowering nutes. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. Video updates 💚 Day 24 24/07/24 Wednesday She was doing a climb, so I have topped her today 😁 she's strong I'm sure she will recover well 🤞 Day 26 26/07/24 Friday Plain de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today, 1L. Day 28 28/07/24 Sunday Feed today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. She is showing recovery from topping now.

I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.
