So the grow cycle was pretty easy. I work away from home and I sometimes have to leave for 4 days in a row. Before I'd leave for the four days I'd just add 4-6 cups of RO water with some Cal-Mag. When I can back she was always bigger and didn't have any problems. I was lazy this time and never checked the PH of the water. This strain is pretty resilient so props to sweet seeds. I decided not to LST this plant, it was a little taller than I wanted but grew in a nice shape. I still cant believe how purple this strain is. I started to get foxtailing on the top bud not sure what would cause that. Once again sorry for the lack of pictures. I'll let you know the smoke report later.

Glad its over. Wont grow her again. Finishes to late for Ontario. Last girl was harvested early due to snowfall. Taste is pretty good. Potency is lacking for me. She will make some good hash though.

AvT oh my she just stinks and I'm not sure is a pleasant smell. She is 22 inches tall and just as wide, filling her space nicely. Defoleated her. She is bottom heavy, branches are low and wide. Hung second light so things should be happening. Increased newts to 680 ppm. All things considered this plant is doing great, and really has a strong smell.

Comenzando la semana 4 de floración y a las nenas le dimos una bienvenida para que comiencen de lleno esta fase de engorde. Estos día bajamos a 2 riegos por día. Normalmente hacemos 3. Ya a mitad de semana volveremos a los 3 riegos. A las nenas le sacamos prácticamente toda las hojas de abanico, ahora tenemos muchísima más penetración en la planta. Quizás tengamos problemas de altura pero ya estamos buscando la manera de resolverlo.

Crazy week. Weather has changed went to be more rainy and colder. Some days were even close to 6 celsius degrees in the night. We have got more like cloudy some days with some hours of sun but nothing significantly strong light. She does well, getting dense and the smell is very strong!!!!!! Like sweet and citrus and like absolutely I feel in my mouth tho....very very very nice!!!!!! Looking also good maturing she is quite big so i surrounded her from one side with rubbis bag to not be be able to see by my neighbours... obviously not a tomato plant even if she is placed between.... 🤪 She will make it more rain less sun but she is okay. I also checked the trichomes nice maturing they look milky but apparently they need to mature and the pistils are white anyways I go after the trichomes I think she grew more a bit as well. I am happy ;)

Number 2 pheno might herm on me so I have to watch but I have limited plants and I really want to keep these genetics so I need atleast one female. Number 3 the mutant stopped growing before I topped, or maybe not stopped but it threw out pistils at the apical meristem and not producing leaves so I topped to see if I could promote side growth but it hasn't worked; I'm going to keep her around just for the fun of it. 4 is my hope of producing female and a good clone.

Week in the flush I've already done three flushes to force her to use what she has, very good appearance, sweet smell, with citrus leaves in the purple color they started to appear, they stick when touching the smell exhaling through the room, mixes with her sisters It's really an easy-to-take candy factory, it didn't present any problems at any time, I recommend it. 🤗

They got a nice new cabinet with lights and environment dialed just for veg. -Built a nice Veg/Dry cabinet from scrap. Pretty damn happy with myself...not gonna lie. 😅 I decided to just dive right in with some solid plant shaping. Still pushing slower than my previous run...but these 2 can take some serious LST with a good nutrient load. Impressive how fast they look back to that light. So far the organic run is performing better; how ever I didn't scorch the tits off these girls with a massive LED hammer when they were 14 minutes old either, so there's that. 😂😶 I'll have a true comparison of Organic Home Brew Ferts v Store Bought Ferts with the same strain here this winter...get actual data. Also: CannaBudget Studios was built with an old broken tri-pod / usb strip lights / old black sheet...and electrical tape. Yeeee. Time to go work on the farm. 3x3 AC Infinity under FC-E3000 LED - applied scrOG netting and began horizontal training. Continued IPM and SP treatments. Reduced SP treatment to weekly from every other day. Spider mite infestation completely gone after using Organishield IPM program. Transferred Black Cherry Gas clone to the 3x3 tent. All four clones top dressed with BuildAFlower by BuildASoil in preparation of 12/12 switch to flower. 2x4 AC Infinity under SF-2000 LED - applied grandmaster topping to Black Cherry Gas in order to slow down vertical growth. Continued IPM and Soil Program (SP) watering treatments. Transplanted Blueberry Cupcake and French Macaron from 1 gallon to 3 gallon pots (final transplant). Later in week, I topped both BBCC and FM. I also topped the Black Cherry Gas and moved her to the 3x3 tent joining other three clones. Set SF-2000 lighting to 18". Plants in AC tents are doing extremely well during vegetative period. PPFDs consistently between 400-600.

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations.
