Day 1 – Germination (Water Glass Method) Today I started germinating my Gelato K seeds using the water glass method. The seeds are soaking in room temperature water for 12-24 hours, giving them a good start. Waiting for them to crack open and show the first signs of life! I'll keep you posted on the progress. 🌱💧 Day 2 – Into the Soil (No Germination Yet) Even though the seeds haven't germinated yet in the water, I decided to go ahead and plant them directly into the soil. I’ve placed the seeds about 1 cm deep and added a sprinkle of mycorrhizal fungi to help encourage root development once they sprout. Now, I’m making sure the soil stays moist and hoping the seeds will break through soon. Let's see what happens over the next few days! 🌱🌍 Day 4 – First Leaves Unfolding Exciting progress! 🌱 Yesterday, on Day 3, the seedling finally broke through the soil and made its appearance. Today, on Day 4, the first tiny leaves (cotyledons) have fully formed. It’s a great sign that the plant is establishing itself and is ready to begin photosynthesis. The soil is staying moist, and I’m keeping the light at a good distance to encourage steady growth. Looking forward to seeing those first true leaves pop up in the coming days!

End of Week 16 (9th week of flower) Final week of flower. Turned the lights wattage down at the end of this week to 400W to mimmic the sun moving further away from the earth during Autumn and Winter seasons. This also creates an overall cooler temperature signalling to the ladies that the end is in sight. This also protects the trichomes and ensures they don't get damaged and also dropped the The ladies are fading more and more into their vibrant autumn shades. With hues of pink and purple that makes me so excited! Feeding just PH correct water until harvest, which is around the corner. We are currently on day 63 of flower and checked the trichomes - just a few specs of amber and the cloudy trichomes are more prominent although there are still some clear ones. Gorilla Glue has done 1 week at a 12/12 light schedule. She should start stretching a lot this week. I did some training today. I trimmed up bottom more, along with defoliation in canopy. The trimmings have a strong smell. Good sign at this point. I have not increased the light strength since last week on the Spider Farmer G3000 light. It is running at 50 percent right now. Everything is looking good and I will upload my weekly video here once I get it done for you tube. Beautiful genetic, she is 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this run and she has the same height as the rest of the ladies, beautiful stretch, the flowers are coming very nice and strong and I cannot wait to see what type of flowrs awaits me as I have never grown this genetic before however I'm starting to feel some sweet smell I don't know how she's gonna smell yet but I'm so excited, let's see how this lady perfoms! Did some defoilation today just trying to make sure not to remove much. I discontinued using the Amino acids now since it's the last few weeks before harvest. This was my last 2 waterings/feedings. 8/19/22 Bruce Banner watered with 1 gallon ph'ed water to 5.2. Runoff was 6.1ph, 345ppm, .7ec Mixed 5ml cal mag, 9ml flora nova bloom, 3.5ml amino acids, 6ml fish shit, 1/2 tsp great white Nutes were 6.0ph, 1384ppm and the ec was 1.5 8/21/22 Bruce watered with 1 gallon. Runoff was 6.6ph, .9ec and 450 ppm. Mixed 5ml cal-mag, 10ml flora nova bloom, fish shit and great white. Feeding mixture was 4.8ph, 1427ppm, 2.8ec. Runoff was 6.2ph, 1.4ec, 683ppm

[ Introduction ] Welcome to my first ever grow journal! I have been growing medically for the past couple years, documenting some of my grows on my Facebook and Instagram (@OnlyTomatoes) pages, as well as several cannabis cultivation subreddits. I've found that I do a lot of things differently than other growers, so I'd like to share a full cycle publicly in case I have the answers to somebody's questions. [ Updates ] Day 4 - Lights have been lowered to 18 inches off canopy, dimmed to 25%. They've recovered from both their transplant and their topping, new growth looks almost perfect. I'm going to keep the accidental sunflowers for a few more days and see if there's any significant difference between plants. They all received a foliar spray of neem, kelp, and a bit of calmag before lights off yesterday. I expect to be able to remove the remaining damaged leaves by the end of this week. Day 7 - Lights increased to 30%, C02 increased to 800ppm, getting ready for week 2 of veg. Fed today, fairly low EC (<1.5) blend of Silica, Calcium, Kelp, Molasses, and Tribus Grow in a mixture of R/O and tap water. Very little runoff at 1gal per pot. Will most likely foliar again before lights off with a light fish hydrolysate mixture to help with any nitrogen issues. Any dead or dying leaves you see are from pre-transplant, I'm just waiting a few days longer for the existing rootballs' ph levels to swing back to a healthy range before removing all that unsightly growth. I'm really not sure when I'm going to remove the sunflowers growing in some of the pots, I've seen no negative effects yet. I could flip group 1 into flower if I wanted, the canopy is level and beautiful, however group 2 will take a while longer to fill a canopy. Normally I would never allow pre-veg plants to have such obvious deficiencies, but constant hand watering led to some poor nutrient decisions on my part. They've been in their final pots for a few days now and were topped on day 0 of veg. I plan on lowering the lights to 18"-24" within canopy around day 3, I'm just allowing some extra time for the roots to really dig in. I've found that a batch of dirt that was used had sunflower seeds in it, possibly winter food storage from an outside rodent, so I'm debating how long I will let these sunflower seedlings grow alongside my plants. They do make a good cover crop with amazing root systems, I just don't think that really applies in pots of this size where plants can choke each other out.

The start of cultivation was not at all favorable at temperatures below 10 degrees then came a storm that caused cracks and tears in the leaves ... The leaves were very dirty from clay and perlite, so I tried to wash them all with a paper tissue. The weather was not at all kind, so I added Advanced Nutrients- B52 vitamins and Rhino Skin to strengthen the stem and leaf I often meet different animals on my way through the forest, today I met a newly born young fallow deer

Flushing. Very sharp fruity smell. Day 49 and look ready. Need another week to flush and get some white trichomes.

Switching to 12/12 so the girls have the first week of flowering behind them, so far without any major problems, they are out in the world and it is a pleasure to look at them.
