This week I topped plant , so we can traine it later on. Each plant hat now 4 main nodes. I also noticed some Mg deficiency on the leaves not sure what result from likely some strain related issues. I added two times 1g Epsom Salt per liter water.

Leaves are showing a late stage magnesium deficiency, been keeping the magnesium lower than Calcium because I’m trying to keep a balanced nutrition as per normal feed programs but I think next grow, I’ll be adding more magnesium than calcium throughout flower. Leaves probably have a bit of heat, light, wind problems going for them too. Day 35 - WEEK 6 changes for PK boost. I'm going to let them go for probably one more week since the temp and humidity has been really nice for them lately. The fade has really come in this past week and the flowers smell amazing. I'm getting a smell of berries and black licorice from them. Each plant got a 0.3L dose of recharge this week.

Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. This week, my Titans are sleeping in a cooler dark room until harvest. So for your viewing pleasure, I've loaded some videos made of the Titans during there time with me. I'm wondering what to serve at my Queens Tea Party... I made some butterscotch pistachio bars and modified the recipe for less sugar. 😋 We experimented with topping the bars with black cherry spread, orange marmalade and a mango jelly. All are very tasty as the bit of sour/tart enhances the butterscotch sweet. A few solar eclipse pics.

Getting near the end now. Plants are smelling magnificent! I think it'll be two more weeks until harvest. Fingers crossed the buds continue to gain weight. I'll be fully stoked if I get an ounce of nice flower off each plant.

Hey hey everybody! I hope you all had a fantastic week and I am excited to be back for our latest update which marks the end of week 15 and the beginning of week 16! Now I don’t know if it’s just me or the beginning of the year can be explained off as Mercury being in retrograde (I’m not saying it is, that’s more my wife’s deal- I wouldn’t know either way) but things have been absolutely nuts over here and I needed a little something good to help level out the crazy… I have some awesome things in the mail (still rolling in from the spending spree I went on) but truth be told we were between deliveries, and I needed instant gratification- soo I may have accidentally brushed up against the timer and flipped to flower ( and by accidentally brushed up against, of course I mean I fully intentionally programmed the time to flip to flower in a moment of weakness…🤷‍♂️🏻) Am I sorry? No… will it slightly kill me from an aspect of my struggle with occasional OCD? Oh yes…. Ohhhh yesssss…. That little corner is/was driving me nuts but I figured it was time to just let it do it’s thing- honestly once I noticed I picked a pot that was too small for what I was trying to do, I should have just there in the towel, flipped and taken it as a learning lesson for next time…. Buuuuut alas, I am stubborn and that is NOT how that went down… I’m still excited for what’s to come, we should have some (hopefully) pretty impressive things developing soon so I am stoked! That being said however, I have also had some unimpressive things happen, for instance- yesterday, I go in to feed the girls and my light is off! I (obviously) must have screwed something up when I went to change the light schedule- specifically, due to the fact that there are 9 or 10 possible lighting schedules you can set, I think I had correctly set the on/off times BUUUUUT I think after I had switched to the next programmed on/off times which were incorrect- I noticed when I saw that the lights were off, they should have been on for another three hours (give or take) - so I immediately started messing with the timer and turned the lights back on and continued to tend to those lovely ladies. I defoliated the 3 plants to give some light to all the branches. I broke one branch of the Cashew Kush during the watering. I inadvertently pulled on one of the string used for LST with the bottle cap. I also noticed that another branch of the Cashew Kush broke because of the LST, but the tip is still attached to the rest of the branch. I already broke 3 branches of this poor Cashew Kush so far, sorry little plant 😞 I also almost completely broke one branch of the Jack Herer but since it was still attached a bit, I've tried to fix it with some tape and wire. I already did that in the past and it worked but this time the extremity of the branch did not make it 😔 I'm now watering every 2 days. No fertilizer yet. Due to increasing humidity before defoliation, I put the fan ON 18h/day again. Humidity was around 65% before the defoliation and 62% after. For the last days of the week, I set the dehumidifier to 50%. I slightly reduced the light intensity from 75 to 70% to try to reduce the light burns of the top leaves.
