SUMMARY: Due to time constraints I decided in the end to make this the last week. I checked the trichs on both plants and the Amnesia now has plenty of amber heads and the OG now also has some albeit much less. Though all trichs are at least milky with the exception of the rare clear head or 2. I did a quick flush watering with rain water only on Monday, Tues, and Thursday then left to dry until Saturday when I chopped them down. DAY 92 -------- Thursday 03/12/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 04/2020 updated schedule Week 9 Late Bloom nutes for the OG and then the Sensi Garden Peak nutes for the Amnesia. OG (in) = 5.5L pH 6.5 OG (out) = 0.6L (11%) pH 5.6 [0.9 drop] Amnesia (in) = 3.5L pH 6.4 Amnesia (out) = 1.6L (46%) pH 5.8 [0.6 drop] If my eyes don't deceive me it would appear that the Amnesia is finally starting to pack on some weight! Hopefully both will have a decent yield in 2 weeks time. The RH has been at 45-48% for the last week and the temps are consistent at 24°C and so we're right on track. DAY 94 -------- Saturday 05/12/2020 I fed the plants though gave the amnesia less volume as it doesn't need it. DAY 95 ------ Sunday 06/12/2020 I checked the trichs on both plants and its a good job I did as the Amnesia has plenty of amber heads (possibly upwards of 30% its very hard to confirm tbh as the usb microscope is handheld and so VERY sensitive to movement - it took me best part of 30mins to get enough clear shots for me to decide the Amnesia is done). I took shots of both trichs using my usb microscope but as its cheap and the app is freeware it is awful and so just clumps all your pics together and not in any particular order, or at least not in the order they were taken and so after spending 30mins+ taking pics I don't know which are from which plant! But both have amber trich heads showing though the OG doesn't have as many as the Amnesia as expected. I wasn't going to do a flush after doing some research and seeing that its a controversial topic over whether there is any benefit and my rationale being that I'd rather the buds be as big as possible and so it made sense to feed up until chop. However I changed my mind after not being able to find a reputable source that claims flushing is not beneficial plus the general consensus is that you absolutely must flush if using synthetic nutes which I am. I will flush from now until Friday and then chop on Saturday or Sunday. DAY 96 -------- Monday 07/12/2020 I watered with rainwater (pH between 6.2-6.4) giving the OG 6L and the Amnesia 5L to ensure plenty of runoff. DAY 97 -------- Tuesday 08/12/2020 I watered with rainwater (pH between 6.2-6.4) giving the OG 6L and the Amnesia 5L to ensure plenty of runoff. DAY 99 -------- Thursday 10/12/2020 This should technically be week 15 as of today but as I'm chopping on Saturday its just not worth creating another flowering week in this diary. I watered both plants for the last time today, both with rainwater (pH between 6.2-6.4) giving the OG 6L and the Amnesia 5L to ensure plenty of runoff. I will now let the plants dry out until harvest which will be on Saturday 12th. I have also knocked the lights off to leave them in darkness now until chop which gives them roughly 40 hours of darkness as advised by many. Apparently the darkness can somehow increase the potency though it seems this is another controversial topic and one I haven't done enough research on and so have decided to do so as all the tutorials/guides/diaries I've read do 12-72 hours of darkness before chop. If I don't chop this weekend then I'll be pushing it if I want another harvest before I go away next year. If this wasn't the case I would let these run until the Amnesia was about 50% or more amber to give the OG time to catch up as the OG genetics are much superior to the Amnesia.

What an amazing plant, was really a pain for me because it had weak branches and my lack of knowledge on this plants structure showed throughout the grow. Despite my shortcomings this plant did outstanding, I think it is the best Marijuana I’ve grown alongside the Lovers Moon and Nana plants Dipping into the stash 1 month into cure and it tastes amazing. Not harsh at all, smells of a powerfully dank herbally pine with hints of pepper in the aftertaste. 1-2 months more of cure and this plant will be at its peak she’s only getting started. I’ll still be dipping into the stash whenever I please at this point. Been putting alot of effort into my cure and keeping my jars fresh and below 58% rh My goal is 50-55. Have tried higher humidities in the past and had complaints or problems with the smell short and long term. So far the 50’s humidity has been doing well and you can tell the closer to 50 they get the better they smell. With time. Seedsman White Widow. I accidentally killed my first seedling as a sprout by getting it wet right as it was sprouting. Live and learn. Here we go again and she's off to a much better start this time. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

The purple punch x dos-si-dos are keepers for sure, they got such amazing tropical smell:) Only downside is that i have 1 pheno that is a bit ahead of her sisters:( The Diesel dipped coockies packed some size last week:) And the nuggs damn they are so dense it Just doesn't make sense;) The glookies are still stacking💪 quite a good yielding strain im asuming. This week marks a big step for Tart Pops — she's been transplanted and moved into the flower tent to get ready for the next phase of the journey. She handled the transplant like a champ, no signs of stress. Roots were strong and healthy, now sitting in a fresh pot with coco and plenty of room to stretch. She's now under the 600W LED in the flower tent, flipping to 12/12. This week’s focus: Light feed with Grow + Micro and CalMag She's looking perky and full of promise — can't wait to see the structure and scent develop as we head into bloom. One tree, full of flavour potential!

Very frosty cloudy trichomes and a few amber's and smells delicious very fruity 17/1 chopped her tonight, she had dark for 24 hours and is now upside down in my tent

the weather in germany is still totally changeable. temperatures from 10 degrees at night to 30 degrees during the day. and lots of rain. she is doing really well and you can see that she is made for this weather. 💪😃 i stopped LST and let it grow as it likes.

Purpeling...much appreciated from Mr. Pipi ...yesterday i threw some icecubes on her soil for her to sip on through the night. Gimme dem Pörpel Buds ecco 29.03.2024 Day 115 Mr. Pipi chopped off one Branch(13,6g wet). Since April 1st gonna be a date to celebrate for Germany, Mr. Pipi wants to do so with some early Harvest. Just because I can. 😄😄 And around 3-7 Days the rest of the plant will be ready, hopefully. Mr. Pipi feels like its over 50% Milky and the amber ones are a bit rare. But we are close my friends. So Let´s all be happy and welcome the german growers officially🙌🙌 I tried to take sweet shots of the branch, but Mr. Pipi is amateur. and the branch was curved 😵. But i hope you enjoy.
