this week was great, the V1 arrived through a lot of logistical nightmares. its the final test before mass production- i will post another dairy for it but please have a look at the pics above. ive created a stylish subtle, modern way to grow 4 plants. this will be great for all levels and will save big on energy and nutrition. you just have to prune, it can even draw water into itself. anbd its 4 plants!!! stick here and youll see it in action. ive decided to change the order in tents. now we have super strong Purple berry Kush with the returned and super strong sweet seeds Sweet cherry pie. so one tent is the strong, and the other tent is now perma auto flower, which serves for additional veg for girls who fall behind their grow peers. hope that makes sense. i think my net is pretty useless other than a visual to plan nodes. i guess the real support will come from placing more plastic rods around the colas and fastening them. hope Christmas was kind to everyone. this oncoming week will be the last week of veg i think for tent two and we flip to flower. thanks for looking.

The 34 street seed Cookies had Lot’s of LST and training this week! The girls did very well overall after being topped, and have recovered very nicely. I also finished up my drying my last harvest, so after a cleanup session, my big tent was ready to go again! This week was pretty easy, just watching the girls and adjusting the ties to keep the side branching going. I like to come in regularly and bend and twist the shoots between my fingers encouraging healthier stems. While I’m in there I’ll adjust the wire ties a bit to keep things even. After 2-3 days with the tie downs on, I’ll take them off and let the plant recover. With the environment dialled in at 79 degrees and 63% RH, it’s giving me a VPD of 1.0-1.1 , great for optimal growth. 💪 I think I am going to split the girls up, 4 (2 of eachin the one tent, 2 in my small tent, both with a Scrog in place. I’ll be transplanting this weekend, It won’t be long before these girls are ready for flower, October is a busy month for me so I may wait until the beginning of November to switch to flower light timing. Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today.

Day 17 17/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap Water today with calmag pH 5.9. It was a humid week🤦‍♂️, green house could not air out!! She is surviving and doing well though. 2/11/21 time to flush HAPPY GROWING! 2/13/21. lol this grow may finish in another month, straight water and chill. I bought the carbon filter earlier in the grow and I know it's helping BUT the KUSH scent is seeping out of the many pinholes in this mars tent and now I am in the candle business ...I have a AC INFINITY T6 ordered but I am thinking of holding back until a more reliable tent is here. Her aroma it's exactly the same that have her sisters. Very recognizable aroma, super super sweet and fruity I am Starting to feel more and more the cherry aroma. Very beautiful strain to grow. Very dense and compact nuggets. The size of the plant is not very big but her flowers are definitely top 🔝 and is gonna give a beautiful organic top harvest for me! Very recomended to you all growmies. Kthe aroma and the dense flowers will make you fall in love with her for sure. 💚✌️💦🌱❄️👨‍🌾

Final week: temp 20 , lights 20 hours, Par 400 slacked them off to increase stress slightly and trichomes development, RH 37%, (recommend crystal poured on once I dropped it) flushed 12 days before harvest. Water ph 6.2 . Ppm 150, sugar daddy carbohydrates was used highly recommend the smell increased tremendously after I fed them a full dose of this stuff. Runoff ppm 250 ph 6.2, water temp was bit colder then usual also. Harvest , went with a full plant cut this time, for slower dry hopefully and easier lol. I simply rose my scrog and made sure heat and fans aren’t directly on my weed, and gun them upside down after trimming just the big fan leafs off. Temp is 20 and RH is 50% , lights are off. Trimmed and put in jars after 5 days and they were reading a humidity level of 72% so I will just burp the jars for couple hours daily until I achieve 60 ish percent. As for my first over all auto flower grow is was a challenge, I am definitely excited to try them again and hopefully have a little more bud development because I didn’t have the time to train these properly and the lower bud sites are rather light and I want dense this buds. I will really benefit from a PAR meter and co2 meter next grow that’s the last variables I need to perfect. . I hope y’all enjoyed this diary seeyou in a couple months. -Sir Dill

7/7 Grow diaries isnt letting me post a harvest week. So heres a little teaser. 65 grams dry. 2ounces 9. kaprikorns website says this is a low yielding plant. i cannot fathom what their high yeilding plants will do. this cultivar was only 12 inches from the soil line. i trained her fairly intensely but it was worth it. not much larf and the main nugs are nice and uniform. if you didnt train this plant, i can see how it wouldnt really yield much.

July 26: very nice flowers forming on Sunday Punch EV after two weeks of force flowering. Will continue doing that for at least another week. Did a fourth lazy compost tea. See video explainer how I make it using blackstrap molasses and Epsom salts, both of which are cheap at the grocery store. July 29: sunny and nice today. July 31: defoliated lower fan leaves and small bud sites that won’t mature in time. Directs the plant’s energy to the bigger buds up top. Aug 1: Added another top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom as the plants seem to be a bit P deficient. There is a blue-ish tint to the leaves and another plant is showing reddish petioles (leaf stems) both of which are signs of P deficiency. More 50:50 barley and Power Bloom should work. Otherwise she looks great.

Gave her a nice LST+Defoliation session after the week 1 of flower stretch! She's currently drinking a 1 gallon dosage of the above listed nutes, every 4-5 days!
