Hello Diary, The first week of vegetation on my small farm has ended and so far everything is going well. In order to better remember the arrangement of the plants, they are arranged alphabetically from left to right. On the left is Apollo, in the middle is the Milky Way and on the right is Titan. Milky Way F1 is developing and growing nicely. It grew 7 cm and I am generally satisfied. What worries me a little is discoloration, i.e. light spots on the leaves. I'm not sure about the cause, but maybe it's genetics. I will see and follow what happens. Watering was not frequent, considering the size of the pots, there is a lot of moisture in the ground, so I watered it every 5 days with a liter and a half of water. In the first week, I didn't add any supplements, considering that I mixed a lot of supplements into the soil. Conditions on the farm are satisfactory. The humidity is slightly higher than 50% and the temperature is around 25 degrees. The light is set to 18/6 from the first day of vegetation. I took pictures on the first and last day of the first week, just to see the difference in a week. Here's a quick recap of the week. 30/04/2023 - Day 1. Watering and photography. Officially, the first day of the growing season. Prepared 5 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and with that amount watered the Milky Way F1 and its two roommates with about the same amount of water. Milky Way F1 - 4 cm 05/05/2023 - Day 6. Watering. The procedure is the same as 5 days earlier. 06/05/2023 - Day 7. Photography. End of the first week of vegetation. Had budrot on one plant due to thunderstorms every day last week. Took that plant out last week. Also took the main colas as a preventative measure. Left all the smaller buds. Now I took the one plant which I believe is cheese, I actually grew 2 cheese, 2 gorilla girl and 2 white widow seeds and ended up with these 4 plants.... the one I harvest looks like it's been ready to harvest for some time now.

Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

Heading into week 3 of vege, things still seem normal. Growth rate is starting to increase. Roots have developed nicely and the plant wasn't too fussed from the transplant last week. I've increased the nutrients resulting in a PPM of about 850, looking forward to seeing how the girls respond to that. Once the plants have a little more vertical development I will try some low stress training. I'm Enjoying the learning process - I took the red pill and the rabbit hole sure is deep.
