Day 7 flowering : Hi all . A good week for these Exotic ladies tjisbweek with the flowers starting to show up throughout #1,2 And 3. #4 is a week behind it seems now and has started her flowering too. All of them are looking so healthy and green with some huge fan leaves powering the beginning of stretch. I will be defoliating at around day 21 Flowering and will remove the biggest fans to get light down lower in the plants. The stems on these are so thick already that I am confident they will be holding some nice fat colas up come harvest time. #3 has taken the lead with her actual flowers amd has some golf balls forming up already!!. Thisnpot had the premixed pellets in for feeds and I wonder if that is why she is advanced ?. All in all a good week for them all. I am excited at the prospect of their next few weeks now and am so glad I had the chance to try the genetics. Thank you @exoticseed . 7/30/23 - Day 48 - OK, so last I posted, I have been waiting to see how tall she grows. She does not seem to be stopping her growth I'm going to try some super cropping. I've never done this before, but it honestly does not seem like a bad thing. Hurt the plant a little, and the response should be more THC. The reason for hurting the plant is so that you can bend the plant as you need it. She's sleeping now, but when she wakes up, ill take a look and possibly start to super crop. Currently, I am working on implementing the auto water feature of the LEAF Grow system, which is quite convenient to set up. All it requires is to hook it up to a standard hose outlet, saving you time and effort. By using Reverse Osmosis (RO) water instead of tap water, I can ensure a controlled and optimal environment for my plants. Tap water contains various additives like copper, zinc, and chlorine, which can't be measured precisely and might affect plant growth. In a successful grow operation, every aspect needs careful control, and water is of utmost importance. RO water, with its near-zero ppm, ensures that there are no unwanted additives, offering the best conditions for plant development. Although RO water is not produced under pressure, I've found a suitable solution to address this concern. To achieve the required pressure for the LEAF unit, which is rated for 30 - 80 PSI, I've researched and discovered that a sump pump would work perfectly in this setup. This pump adds the necessary 30 PSI to the water line as it is drawn from the inlet, eliminating the need to pressurize a bottle or container, thus avoiding potential hazards associated with excessive pressure. I'll be documenting my progress with pictures as I set up this system, and I can't wait to witness the auto water feature in action, saving me from the hassle of manually adding water. Super Crop: I did about half of the plant in a Super Crop today. Meaning I damaged the branches enough to bend them. The plant will work overtime to fix them, but also, the Resin and THC will be surging through the plant in a rush to be more defensive against what it more than likely a predator eating it. I did my best to make the branches pliable. I think I did a good job. I was so scared that I was going to snap them.... and I did; on a couple, they split up the side. So I grabbed my duct tape and added a bandaid. I have been worried sick about how she would handle all the destruction. After about 3 hrs, I saw that all the Super Cropped branches were already reaching back up. This is a great sign that the plant is doing well and that all the branches I was sure were to fall off are thriving. Again I think this box is magic. The topping didn't stunt any growth, trimming a 3-gallon bucket full of leaves 1st week into flower didn't stunt any growth, and Super Cropping 2 weeks into flowering seems to be thriving. I'm going to get to experiment with this LEAF box on all kinds of strains. The possibilities are endless. Just one theory I want to try, Purple. I want to grow a strain known for its purple, and I want to grow it a few times, each time growing it colder and colder to document and show how cold might affect the purple color like we have all read and heard about. These are the kinds of things that I think about and why I choose LEAF. Ill be back to update tomorrow morning. 8/1/23 - Day 50 - I updated some of the pictures. Flowering is going well. Every day the water is less, and the buds are bigger! I scoped out some of the buds already. Now we just wait. i have a water change coming up in a few days. still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

New week, she is developing very fast now, we are tying the branches down almost every day. We bought an EC meter, and we finally know if we are within acceptable parameters. Tap water is approximately 70 ppm and after adding fertilizers the ppm was close to 850. We are also planning to make our own colloidal silver for use in clones. If all goes well, we will start flowering in the ninth week.

La humedad relativa en el cuarto de secado es de 63% y la temperatura 21 grados celsius. El resto de plantas siguen madurando. He reducido todos los fertilizantes hasta regar sólo con agua a partir de ahora. Espero poder cortar pronto porque no voy a estar en casa 2 semanas desde el 29 de junio, pero los tricomas no terminan de ponerse de color ambar.

----------------------- Update start week 4: ----------------------- We entered the first week of bloom for MBAP. Have had a perfect run-up and you notice that. She is ready to bloom abundantly. Besides the usual leaftucking, I also did some defoliation of the lower leaves and shoots. I have reduced the humidity in the room and we are now around 60%. New update later this week! -------------- End week 4 : -------------- End of the first week of flowering behind us. Everything is going well, good growth and budsites continue to develop. I further removed the lower shoots and did some leaftucking where necessary. She has developed into a beautiful, large and open plant. Ideal for her future bud development. On to the 2nd week of flowering. Until next week everyone!

Day 36 11/6 - General: She keeps going up, and you can see more and more pistils everywhere. Techniques: Made some adjustments to the tallest and longest arms, tried to level everything and did what I thing is my last defoliation. Maybe another one a few days before I chop her down. But at this stage, I think we're done. Feeding: After last night feeding, she had a lot of water in the bottom of the pot, so I emptied it and today there's no food for her. One day abstinence, just a little mist before lights on. Smell: #3 still win the show and is 9 days behind. But she has a smell, very light/mild. Temps and RH recorded today: 29c - 20c 88% - 41% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record, just took all out of the grow and cleaned the floor with a proper disinfectant I have home, and washed all plates from the pots, as I do every week. Day 37 12/6 - General: Accentuated growth of pistils overnight. She's growing steady and healthy, looks happy in the given conditions. With this warm days, I'm struggling again with higher temps and low RH. Even with an humidifier using 7 liters of water every 24h, the light 3/4 from the top of the tent, the extractor on - regulated for 25c max and full on.. I hope it doesn't get any worse s if this levels keeps or lowers, I'll definitely have problems in the grow. Techniques: Another few leaves were gone. She really likes to grow leaves and can't imagine her without lst and defoliation. Feeding: Gave her the week 5 schedule, according to biobizz schedule. Tomorrow will do the same and maybe from monday will start going over, depending on her response. Smell: With the development of all the pistils, she gained a new aroma. Very pleasant but still very 'green'. #3 still ahead on smell Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 18c 69% - 30% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 38 13/6 - General: She keeps stretching in a good rhythm! A lot of leaf growth lately, that made me broke my own promise of not defoliate her more. Well I did it again. Regarding the heating and RH problems, after a full morning and afternoon working inside the grow and outside, they're finally solved now. I didn't have the thermo-hygrometer in the right place, and made some adjustments in the setup that brought me back to desired values. Having the fans in the right place and speed and the same with extractor made all difference. Techniques: Another few leaves were gone. A handful. Move all the the plant around a little, to get more light and air around. Feeding: Gave her the week 6 schedule, according to biobizz schedule. Tomorrow will do the same and maybe from monday will start going over, depending on her response. Smell: With the development of all the pistils, she gained a new aroma. Very pleasant but still very 'green'. #3 still ahead on smell Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 18c 63% - 28% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 39 14/6 - General: Good general growth. Going to stop with the training, to let them go up. It's getting tight in there. Pistils are whiter and longer, lots of new foliage. On the temperatures, still not happy with overall temps, that can easily go up to 30c. And that's way too much. Happy with RH values at the moment, but not so much with temps. Start to think I have a nice couple plants to make a SCRoG, and will eventually consider it during the week, while the plant grows. May be a nice way to support the weight if needed. Techniques: Bent the tallest arms around, like an arch, to even it out. More foliage removed. I feel I could just strip off her fan leaves. It's dangerously addictive to cut this leaves and to try to make the best light-surface possible. Feeding: Reacting well to the nutes given so far. I've increased slowly the amounts, to avoid overfeeding and other related problems. Gave her the "week 6 biobizz schedule", with a 1ml/L extra of Top-Max. Tomorrow will do the same and maybe from Wednesday/Thursday will start going over, depending on her response. Smell: Nothing new since yesterday. Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 18c 87% - 30% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 40 15/6 - General: She's getting taller. Today didn't touch the plant at all, been just around the tent trying still to get the perfect environment, which is not being that easy task to accomplish. Got it going very well, steady temp and RH (25 celsius, 45%) until the afternoon when the high temperatures outside thrown the temperature values to the 30c for some minutes. She looks healthy, developing properly, and seems to react well to higher dosages of nutes. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: The medium looks good enough to skip a day on the feeding. The pot feels heavy enough to wait at least 12+ hours. Smell: With the increase of the heat and RH going down, the smell got a bit more intense, but again, still all very light on the nose right now. Still behind #3 Temps and RH recorded today: 30c - 19c 71% - 36% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 41 16/6 - General: Pistils are growing evidently. The whole plant under the light looks very well. After 48h without watering, today was time to feed her again. Funny was expecting to be drinking more than a liter a day. It's the second day I don't touch the plants, and will keep this way until tomorrow, last day of this week. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: Week 7 Biobizz Feeding schedule (as above). Smell: Nothing new to add. Still behind #3 Temps and RH recorded today: 29c - 21c 60% - 38% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record. Day 42 17/6 - General: Another day without touching her. I'll let her do her thing for a week and then I'll see what to do. Right now she looks so nice I won't touch. Overall she's getting bigger and pistils are getting bigger by the day, it's full flowering now. Finally get a hold on temps and RH, which makes me super happy. Today I'll delay the feeding for 12h, fastening her for 36h. Techniques: Just checked everything out. Nothing done in this area. Feeding: Nothing to record. Smell: Getting more intense, but still very subtle. Still behind #3 Temps and RH recorded today: 28c - 21c 64% - 36% Pests and plagues: Nothing to record.

End of week 9 and I'm seeing just a few amber trichomes and most of hairs have turned brown so she'll most likely get chopped during week 10.

Thank you all for this amazing support on this bananas journey💚💚💚 Uploading and updating each week content on daily bassis so please revisit this diary if week not over yet. So far all going great. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! I pollinated a side bud of this girl and her seeds are developing quickly. Which is exciting for the sake of future grows. Other then that the buds are not super big at all but look super quality so I am happy with how things are progressing. As the week comes to an end the trichromes are really coming in and she is starting to smell very nice. I think one more week of flowering to fatten up a little more and then I will flush to finish. I learned that I started to feed flowering nutes to early and so my first two autos did not get super tall as a result. Learning a lot with my first indoor grow and first time with autos, I read a really solid breakdown of Autoflowers lifecycle that was super informative. I'll leave here, and post it with my final harvest post here. Knowledge is power 😎 LIFECYCLE OF AN AUTO A common question I see is when to switch autos from veg to bloom. Many people are under the impression that as soon as they see the first flowers it's time to switch. Perhaps a little explanation of the life cycle of autos will help to clarify this. Weeks 1 - 3. Once you've started your seeds and they break the surface of the soil, they are in their seedling stage. The first set of leaves to appear will usually single fingered, followed by a second set that may still be single fingered or perhaps 3 fingered. Once that second set appears growth will start to accelerate as the new leaves provide more photosynthesis. This process will continue, more new leaves, faster growth. Depending on the type of soil in use, mild vegetative nutes can be introduced at week 2. By week 3 most plants will start to show their sex. Males will start to produce pollen sacks and females will display pistils. Weeks 4 - 6. The plants are now entering a pre flowering stage. During this time the plants should exhibit explosive growth, often as much as a new set of nodes and 1" vertical growth a day. This is the time when they will gain most of their vertical height. Many people make the mistake of switching from vegetative to flowering nutrients at this point, assuming that since they see flowers it must be the proper time. This is incorrect. If the switch to flowering nutes is made at this time the vertical growth will stop and the plant will put it's energy into producing buds. If you need to keep your plants small, or want them to finish earlier, they by all means switch nutes at this point. But if you want to get the most out of your plants continue feeding vegetative nutes until you see the vertical growth slow and stop. Depending on the strain that will usually be sometime during week 5 or 6. Weeks 7 - 9. By now vertical growth has stopped and the switch to flowering nutrients has been made. The buds will start to fill out and put on weight, becoming hard and tight. Pistols will start to change from white to brown, orange, red, etc. By now the plants will also have developed a strong smell. Toward the end of this phase the large primary and smaller secondary fan leaves will begin to turn yellow. This is an indication that the plant is moving toward the end of it's life. Weeks 10 - 11. At this time flowering nutes should be discontinued and only plain pHed water fed to flush the remaining nutrients from the soil and improve the taste. Yellowing of the fan leaves will continue as the plant draws the stored energy from them. Eventually they will die and fall off. By the time that the smaller leaves that come from out of the buds will also start to turn yellow. Then it's time to harvest. I know that many of you are thinking that the seed bank said the plants will finish in 8-9 weeks, so why are you saying they take 10-11? The claims made by the seed banks are somewhat deceptive. If you switch to flowering nutes at week 3 or 4 the plants can finish in the times the seed banks say but they will remain small and not reach their full potential yield. Years of growing by myself and others has shown that autos do best if you follow this time line. Of course, there will always be variations depending on the strain, the environment, nutrients, etc. This information is meant to only serve as a general guideline.

Water only this week. The dank is beginning to come out. The buds are sticky and getting louder by the day. I can't really say anything that the video doesn't. This is the point where the work we do at the beginning of the grow pays off in a bit of relaxation time for a few weeks before harvest. This is only week 5 of flower, so the girls have some time left. I'm starting to get excited now!
