Moved from 2 daily waters in week one to 1 watering per day. Jan 1, 2020/Day 11: Amended top soil with 8 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 3 tbsp of Gaia Green 2-8-4 slow release nutrients. Dec 31-Jan 2: Removed first true leaves and another leaf. Leaves had slight damage to them, after my dog had a couple of nibbles. Jan 3, 2020 at 10pm: Turned bloom light off. Jan 4, 2020 at 11:40pm: Turned bloom light on. Back to veg and bloom.

Week 6 - Transition to Flower (First Bloom Week) The Donutz squad has officially entered the bloom phase, kicking off the first week of flower in style. The upgrade to 7L pots has gone smoothly, and the plants are thriving in their new space. Monday marked the start of the flowering cycle, and everything is set up for an efficient and productive Sea of Green. Setup Adjustments: Canopy Leveling: The taller plants in the front row are left as-is, while the shorter ones in the back have been placed on top of the empty 3.7L pots. This ensures an even canopy for maximum light distribution. Defoliation: Everything under the net that wouldn’t develop into usable bud — based on past experience — has been trimmed away. The focus is now entirely on the top canopy and cola production. Nutrients & Care: Flowering Nutrients: Greenhouse Feeding Bloom is in play, with 30g applied per 7L pot (following the recommended 3-5g per liter). This should carry the plants through the stretch phase and provide a strong start for flower development. Watering: Still cruising with reverse osmosis (RO) water, keeping things clean and steady. Light Intensity: Slowly ramping up the light week by week to avoid shocking the plants, aiming for full intensity once they’ve settled into the flowering phase. Plans for the Stretch & Beyond: A second net is ready to go for after the stretch, ensuring the canopy remains supported and those fat nugs don’t collapse under their own weight. Continued monitoring of canopy height and plant health as they shift their energy into flowering. Observations: The Donutz are responding well to the flowering transition, with no visible stress. The even canopy and clean lollipop structure are setting the stage for optimal bud production. Everything is lining up perfectly for a strong flowering run. The Donutz are about to shine, and the tent is poised to deliver a heavy, uniform harvest. The Florida Gang energy is real — time to watch the nugs stack!

First time growing so this week went well i'd say. Everything seems to be on time and looking well so we will see how the further weeks play out. Very excited to see the progress.

2018-03-13 Week 11 Day 1 As I mentioned last week, the girls are growing like crazy since I changed to 600W HPS,and even though they haven't grown so much higher, they are definetly wider because of LST. My growroom is only about 1.8m2, so now the girls are so wide that there's not enough space for them to get wider, so now I will let them stretch. Nr 1 is 43 cm Nr 2 is 44 cm 2018-03-14 Day 2 I LST'd the girls one last time and also defoliated them mildly so all the tops get as much light as possible, hopefully increasing the yield in the end. I also turn the girls 1/4 lap every day to ensure that all sides of them get as much exposure to light as possible, it would've been great to have some kind of turntable that turns the girls 1 lap in 12 hours,, but until I find out a device that does just that,I'll keep on doing it manually. Added some videos for you to enjoy. 2018-03-18 Day 6 Watering the girls with 2l of plain water (pH 5.8), the soil were dry after 3 days since they got water and nutes. I want to release the remaining dry nutes buried in the soil. Some of the girls got burnt leaves but not from nutes, but from the hps-lamp, they've stretched so much so I raised the lamp about 10 cm, but now I'll keep an eye on the distance between the lamp and canopy, don't want them to get burnt again. W16 - after a pretty hot week ESTHER shows some signs of existing on the dry side of her life. This made me concern about her well-being. Perhaps I slightly overlooked her recently in regards to watering. Nice weather ☀️ and beer gardens 🍻make me forget about her Also during a LST and my inattention, I damaged one of the branches 🙈 I taped it quickly to the main cola, thought that should help. After few days I removed the tape and check on it. By touching it I made it even worst. In the end, I remove the branch, cut off the loose end, and put it in the glass of water to prompt the plant to grow its roots. I don't have any idea what I am going to do with this... So after 4 months of quite smooth growing with a few bumps here and there, I had not the best week in the office 😕 I need a hug 😔

Wish I could have vegged the clones another couple of weeks but the Zkitzo was just growing to fast. In hindsight shouldn’t have put a plant from seed in with the clones. Seeds always grow like mad in NFT and clones are more manageable as they don’t have a tap root. Still got some absolutely beautiful looking and smelling bud from the Zkitzo so can’t really regret it. The Gelatos are rock solid right through and look absolutely beautiful. Used rainwater right the way through on this so should smoke nice to. Better pictures as it dries.

I harvested 226 grams of dried and trimmed bud plus a bunch of trim and popcorn buds that I didn’t weigh. Definitely had it's ups and downs with my pet rabbit eating one of my plants in the first few weeks :( One of my girls also didn't make it to the end, I must of overfed her at one point and the stress was too much. This amount of buds though will keep me and my friends happy for a long time though! Thank you to all those that helped with making my first grow a success! I certainly learned a lot & can't wait to do it all again - for now I've been enjoying smoking the buds and making edibles :D It took me a few hours to trim all the buds. I didn't measure the wet weight of the plant as I hung the whole thing up to dry as soon as the lights came off. The roots were plentiful and healthy. Even my girlfriend tried smoking with me for the first time ever and she loved it!!!

Been researching more on compost teas and with about week before the flip to flower, think it’s time to brew up some compost tea! --- Using the TeaLab brewing rig to bubble and mix the stew! --- Going to attempt to brew a fungal dominant tea using a modified compost tea recipe from Dr. Elaine Ingham. --- Unlike most compost teas, her recipe lacks molasses and sugars which promotes a more fungal dominant brew instead of anaerobic bacterial microbes. --- Okay let's start brewing! --- Assembled and installed the TeaLab brewing rig into a 5-gallon bucket and secured the unit using a garden support wire. --- Have a few empty buckets under the main brew bucket for insulation. Not really needed (pretty warm in the lung room), but why not. --- If the pump ever fails, to prevent flood-backs, made sure to place the unit above the water level and resting above the brew bucket. - [10:37]: Filled the 5-gallon bucket with 1-gallon of RO water. --- Plugging the pump in to start the bubbling! --- Have to say that the unit is a bit louder than anticipated, but wow the bubbles are quite vigorous and could not achieve the same level of aeration with air-stones. - [10:46]: Time to pre-condition the water! --- Since I'm using RO water, both chlorine and chloramine shouldn't be an issue. Boy oh boy, what a plant is that??? 😲🌿 The smell… OMG, the terpene profile… wow, just wow! 🌸💨 That’s one of the downsides of the Fast Buds Autos Mix Pack — you never know exactly what you’re going to get. If I knew the strain, I would definitely purchase a lot! 💰🔥 In a few days, this one will be harvested ✂️🌼… only 2 more left! 🌱✨

Week 3 Flower (Bloom Week 3) – Daily Tasks Evening (Lights On) Check environment (temp 24–27°C, RH 55–60%). Inspect leaves and buds for pests, mold, or deficiencies. Water/feed (depending on medium): balanced bloom nutrients with slightly higher P and K. Ensure good airflow (oscillating fans). Adjust plant training (light defoliation if leaves block bud sites). Check for early signs of stretch finishing. Evening (Before Lights Off) Ensure irrigation is not too late in the cycle to avoid wet medium during dark period. 👉 In Week 3 bloom, the plants are finishing their stretch and starting to put more energy into forming bud sites. Main job is: Setting Scrog net 2layers ,Control environment (VPD, airflow) ,Support the plant with bloom nutrients.

As you can see from the third picture on day 29 she is looking a little ugly and unkept. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I need to take action on. Advice would be great. So day 30 rolling around. Decided I had to try LST again. She felt more receptive to being bent over today as well. I mainly had to attempt it for space reasons. With the current covid panic all the markets where I buy my buckets from are closed and I can't procure a new one to increase my height for probably a couple of weeks at this rate so LST was my only option. She seems to have taken well to it and I will upload a finished picture of her shortly. Day 32, watered and fed her. 500ml of water plus .3ml each of fox farm trio. Hoping to see her perk up a bit. Concerned about the large brown spot on one of her leaves which made me think she was having a deficiency? Probably a bit early to worry about buds fattening up also but I am worried they are looking a bit airy at the moment on the non main cola sites. I'm not sure if my LST was effective at tricking her into trying to have more than one top cola? Day 33. No noticeable gains today, at least to my eyes. I can spot a little nute burn perhaps but hopefully nothing too serious. Looks like a cola that isn't the original top is starting to fill out just as much, if not more, than the original top though. Hoping they all catch up at a similar pace to each other and reduce the pop corn nug potential! Day 35. She has shown a few more bud sites since last post. I am worried that she is going to produce a fair bit of larf/popcorn bud and wanted to know how to get rid of that? I am not confident to remove any growth without knowing for sure it has a beneficial impact on the overall health of the plant and the final results. Any advise is appreciated. She also seemed a bit thirsty to me. The leaves were feeling a bit thin and dry so I gave her 1L of water with .7ml each of fox farm trio. Hopefully she responds well. I will check her in an hour or so to see if the leaves are starting to point back up - fingers crossed.
