30 days since flip day Almost half of the expected flowering time have passed. They look and are doing fabulous - despite of me making some mistakes. They are a little overfed now and the soil pH dropped to 5. I did corrective watering with high pH and Athena Cleanse (mild hypochlorous acid) - should help remediate the lockout I got them into. One started loosing bottom leaves so I need to act fast. Hope it helps. Probably next watering will be higher than normal pH also to stabilize it at higher levels. The Sugar Cane name seems to be SUPER ACCURATE. I did never saw the breeder or gorewers report this trait for this strain - but it is literally a sugar cane. The stems are covered with trichomes. And yeah - thats normal, I know. But not like that. Top 1/3 length of each stem is stisky like a bud. Covered in full grown capitate-stalked trichomes with huge heads. 🤯🤯🤯 This is crazy. Both of my Sugar Cane have those. I have never even hear of such trait and boom - two plants at once.

Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully 👍. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately 👍. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. SOOOOO sorry guys!! I’ve been slacking on this diary ive been doing so much work on the new grow room and been pretty busy with this beautiful harvest I just chopped 😍 Buttt The WET BETTIES have been doing amazing you can totally tell the difference in the pheno’s 2 of the girls are growing super tall and lengthy while the other 4 are staying short and bushy! About 2 and a half weeks ago I topped them and kept doing so until I had about 16 top sights I’ve been letting them grow after that so those tops can turn to colas ! This is the last week or so of Veg for these girls before turning to flower and getting to see those beautiful buds from this exotic strain! I’ll be moving them into 5 gallon fabric pots this weekend so they have all the room they need to stretch out their little roots. Ok completely my bad with this. Haven't been feeling great the past couple weeks and have really neglected these babies, among other things. But, I had a go in there yesterday and hopefully things shouldn't keep getting so bad. The buds are fattening up on both a lot, and considering what they've been through I think they look pretty damn good. A lot of burned tops, any suggestions what o should do with them? Seems a bit harsh to smoke. I've managed to wiggle them down a bit lower, hopefully he burning shouldn't get worse, but we'll see. Smells fantastic anyway. Definitely want to run these again a. It further from the light 👍👍👍
