What’s up fellow Growmies! Got another exciting strain from Canuk Seeds... Cement Shoes! Yep, gonna be sleeping with the fishes. Lol First time trying this strain but so far it’s been a breeze. I kinda took a break from documenting my grows because life got a bit hectic for a bit their, but I’m back and got some more great strains lined up for the future. Gonna try and do an outdoor RDWC setup this summer so stay tuned, gonna be some monsters hopefully! I’ve never seen it done really and I have a few ideas...lol but anyway, back the the cement shoes. So I started them awhile back(not exactly sure when) in my smaller tent(3x4) under a single 1200w King LED grow light. They spent about 2 months in this tent in 3 gal DWC buckets until they outgrew the buckets and tent and need to be moved. Up until this point they were kinda just on auto pilot in the background of my other larger tents. But I was planning on reducing my plant count in my larger 4x8 tents so I decided to go from 4 plants per tent to 2 plants per tent, so we needed some big girls to fill these tents. Lol they were topped at 3-4th node and just let them go from there. They ended up being about 3 feet tall above the 1ft tall buckets. Moved them over too one of my bigger 4x8 tents and added a screen very carefully and ScrOG’d them out. Still waiting on my new Eye HPS Bulb so they are still currently under my 1000w MH. I’ll post all the pics I can find in this weeks log from the veg time and they are about 2 weeks into flower now so I’ll snap some flower pics soon and continue from there. So far 2 plants vegged a bit longer are filling the shoes of 4 plants no problem. Having more space means I also have not had to really defoliate at all. Well that’s it so far, stay tuned for more! Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow
Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

Doing well but some white tips are saying we gotta reduce the salts so will be dropping CT nuets 10% and upping PK to 2.5
Extra space is really doing them well

Held a meeting of the minds and decided the best course of action is to flip the light schedule so I can feed them more appropriately, twice a day.
Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. Lights be out from 7:30AM to 6AM long I know but should not bother them.

Hey growers.
This week I decided to water with a heavier ppm as the plants didn’t seem too happy. They were showing some yellowing on the lower leaf tips. Guess I was right bc they exploded up to about 12” +-. Then I decided to top and LST the main stem. Today I just adjusted the ties, removed 1-2 leaves from each plant depending if there was any in the mud or not. Yesterday I watered with 525 ppm, but unfortunately the water was a bit on the cold side and they’re having trouble soaking it up. I have since created a rez in my grow room just to hold RO water at approx 70 degrees. So that problem should be rectified.
I think I’m right on the cusp of preflower as I’ve seen one or 2 pistils.
Regardless they’re doing their thing and I’m trying to do as little as possible to keep them vegging as long as possible and end up beastly!!!

wonderfull colours and smell, plant is looking fine, i see another 2/3 weeks from now, for a full development of the buds.
heavy and frequent rain occurring, didn't have to water so much, hope it get better from here to the cut.
i am gonna decrease on the nutrients, to make them disappear in 10-15 days and a have a full week on just pure water.
the quality of the smell is incredible, very sugar-candy like, not so citric.

Day 50: Water intake is 150ml per plant, light schedule 18/6. Humidity is approx 50%. Fertilization continues the same way Monday, Wednesday, Friday Biobizz family, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Flowers are developing nicely and getting thicker. Plants love the new 600W Viperspectra:) All good so far! They are all approx 30-35 cm.
Day 53: Smell is getting stronger, really nice mix one.
Day 55: Nice smell comes out from this tent. Plants are nice buds are getting dense and the smell is getting stronger and stronger. All of them do well, some more some with less bud development but they all look happy.

Germination week is going great I am looking forward to growing Fast Buds Purple lemonade. I am a fan of fat juicy citrus nugs and being a purple citrus verity just puts the cherry on top. Also looking forward to the fast turn around as they advertise. In my grows I use ONLY organic gardening techniques. No bottle nutrients or synthetics of any sort will be used in this or future grows ✌️🙂

09/03: Im pleased with their progress this week. They did indeed start growing nicely after their slow recovery adjusting to the removal of the humidity domes.
I have my light at 60% and still about 18 inches away.
My humidifier is never getting the humidity pas 59 when i want it to be in the mid 60s. And so i ordered the big AC Infinity humidifier and hoping it will do a better job.
I was low of my typical nutrients and so i decided to try something new and bought an Advanced Nutrients stack. Going with the three part and B-52 and will mix in Big Bud, Overdrive, and Bud Candy later in the grow. Excited to see how this works out as i have seen a lot of great grows on here with these nutrients. I am just following their feeding chart recommendations until I dial in what i like.
I plan to transplant them to their large 7 gallon auto pots sometime this week. Maybe as soon as tomorrow.
09/05: Transplant day! Today I transplanted them to their final 6.9 gallon pots. They all had great root systems that had not reached a root lock yet. I added some dynomyco to the transplant holes to help with root production.
I will continue to water from the top for about a week before turning on the autopot drip system.
09/08: Decided to do an aggressive topping today, this was done at the 2nd to 3rd node, depending on the plant. I have not yet decided how i want to train them, but this will leave me with options while i decide over the next week. I know it looks like i took down half the plant, but trust me, we good. I may actually go with a form of main-lining that ive wanted to do for a couple years now.

On the first day of week 4 I did topping on the plant at 6 node. Up to this point the plant has been growing very strong and healthy as fast as Autos I have grow before.
Day 22 the plant doesn't seem stressed out at all and in fact is pumping New Growth right away I thought it was going to be sad for a day or two but no way the genetics are very strong the plant is very vigorous and their leaves are starting to smell very strong to the touch and just growing by themselves.
Day 24 I did some minor defoliation to allow the light to penetrate everywhere in the plant.
I will continue to update thank you for reading and have a happy grow.

The little Dawg is coming on great , res change and some more nutes and it's started to open up.
The difference in only 48 hours has really surprised me :)
Day 3: seems like the little Dawg loves the res haha. .. doubled in width and grew 2cm in 48 hours , drank roughly 4 litres of water , poms were 350 then then dropped to 315 so it's definitely loving them nutes :)
Day 4 : decided to do top my dawg and defoliate last night/this morning, came back in tonight and it's drank 2L of fluid and exploded with roots and perked right up.... I know it's it's classed as sin to top autos but i love to experiment and I've assumed if it it can grow this much in less than 21 days then then it should have enough time to heal and stretch some more before flower - well well that's my theory haha. .. All a learning curve for me :)
Day 5: perked up since topping it yesterday and I'm positive i can see new leafs trying to poke through the top already so , I've applied some cablr ties to begin training it.
Day 6: the little dawg seems to have took took the topping and training in its stride haha.... can see 2 new sets of leaves poking through the top, the plant stands roughly 12cm as it's topped and being trained , spans 20cm

Day 42 Flowering and the frosty monster has paid a visit. The glistening of the trichromes when the light hits them right.
The Red hot cookie looks so good bud wise and I am gutted to not have a full version to sample. The same with the sweet Afghani Delicious too. They should offer a few joints but that will be about their total.
Amnesia Haze is absolutely stomping it now..
Her bud growth has been excellent this week and they started their swelling a few days ago.
The Los at 60Lstruggled to keep the. fed so I have also introduced the shogun sumo boost and pk warrior 9/18. She has now got a lot of frost on her mains and sugar leaves but is till producing fresh happy white pistils daily. She has at least 2 weeks left tobswrll before the ripening starts. Her buds are rock solid to touch and give off a fruity/diesel terpene smell.
seeing her many mains and the beautiful buds she is producing now is a welcome site. She has spread out excellent for the lights footprint and seeing all those side branches become such full mains is a relief. I love this strain to grow so far . Seeing how well she stacks up for long colas is an inspiration for future grows and certainly a new growers dream 1st grow.
She is an hungry lady and easily takes the full 8L of feed every other day with just a touch of run off. I plan to do a controlled drought for approx 8/9 days at day 49 amd then a last feed before harvest following. There is a lot of study results to suggest this increases thc content and oils similar to stem splitting and other methods , so I thought I would give this a go too. Lets see how it works....

El ciclo fué perfectamente desde el principio. Bien es cierto que puse dos plantas y una fué la que tiró realmente bien. Se realizó una poda apical que respondió perfectamente creando dos grandes puntas y con un pequeño LST conseguimos ajustar el resto de ramas a la misma altura para que crecieran uniformemente y la luz les diera de igual manera a todas las puntas.
En general me ha gustado mucho cultivar la AK48 DE WEEDSEEDSEXPRESS en primer lugar por la novedad, en segundo por la facilidad de cultivo y por ultimo por los resultados tan maravillosos de esta genetica 👌👏
Repetiré sin duda 😊💪

Day 73 ~ Plant 1 is looking great and hopefully will be ready to harvest by the end of the week. Been checking the trichomes and while most are getting milky white, there are still a couple sites on the plant where I find clear trichomes.
Plant 2 seems to be about a week or two behind the first plant...I will give plant 2 their final Nutes tmrw and then begin to flush.
From reading about this strain it seems like it should take around 90 days from seed to harvest. So I would think plant 1 is running a little ahead of schedule and plant 2 is right on time.
Day 75 ~ Both plants looking and smelling amazing! I was hoping to be harvesting the first plant by this weekend, but she is still growing and her trichomes are still not all milky and I haven't yet to find an amber one. So it might be another week or so before I can start drying her out.

Week three, in the ground hardening in the elements. Growing in severe drought conditions is a challenge, but having a dog who wants to eat the tops off my plants is another challenge. He's only done it this once and while I am working in the garden, other than that he leaves them alone. So one plant is super cropped, thanks to my dog. The other two are left alone so far. I will be doing some LST on two of them.
The purple colors are already beginning to show in the stems and leaves, the plants are building a solid stem base. I think most of that is from the genetics and hardening in the windy conditions I have here. I'm watering twice a week just to keep the soil from drying out. I'm excited to see these girls develop and produce some awesome colors. I love purple weed.
