Mostly all fruit vegetables and flowers like it, so Tropicana will have it as a tee or head fertilization, as well as in her water mixed 1:20 and 1:5. Same procedure like with tomatoes or peppers. No watering in the next days. The soil is soaked with rainwater. The growth is a bit slow in the last cold and rainy days but the flowers look nice.😊 Day 44 ☁️☁️🌥️☁️🌥️ 14-20 degrees and humidity is around 64 % Day 45 ⛅️☁️🌧️☁️🌧️ 13-21 degrees and humidity is around 69 % The flowers started to stack. Day 47 🌤️☀️🌤️ 11-22 degrees, humidity 89 % and getting even higher this night. Took out two leafs. Day 48 🌤️🌤️🌤️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 89-43%, falling! Tropicana got a liquid breakfast this morning made out of two liter rainwater with 20% ready comfrey manure which is rich in silica and tannins and essential minerals. Be careful with liquid manure as you should have experience in giving high doses. Never more then 20% of the watering on moist soil and never give it pure and after the water. It will burn the roots. This is very fresh, only one week old and not too concentrated. Next week I will give maybe 10%. So, we just enjoy a sunny morning with a healthy breakfast and coffee! 😊 Day 49 ⛅️☁️🌥️ 10-20 degrees and humidity is 91%. Tropicana got thirsty. She drinks more, 0-5-0,75 liters rainwater. I will never use black pots again, too warm soil on the sunny side and the water evaporates faster. I‘m quit lucky with my new hobby and with my beautiful Tropicana. Time for a relax tee. Took some leafs off plant no. two and three.

The girls moved to they're 4 gal pot and begin to settle down under 120w led 301h samsung About 120cm away from the top Temperature 22c and lower the humidity to 60 and increase the air circulation to the point the leaves are moving just a bit. I can notice how they are growing a little each day. At this point i only spray the top soil when ever it dry just tap water 8ph. My soil have organic matters that pull the ph constantly to 5.5 so it balanced itself around 7- That's it for now i think. Happy growing.

Man! I am definitely hooked on my new hobby. Harvested 96 grams of smokable bud and 93 grams of bud/leaves that I will be using to make dry ice hash. Took a third of that second weight (31 grams) to account for pure bud (which is more on the low end) and added to my 96 grams of good flower to get the 127 grams total. Made plenty of mistakes that I’m sure dropped my yield, the biggest being the lighting situation. Plants grew right into my light and even got bleached. The height of the plants made the outer colas grow past the high light areas, which made the buds very airy. But overall it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of things, some that I have already incorporated on my second grow. And even with my drop in yield, I still ended up with more than enough flower to last me to my next harvest, so this was a great grow for me. Thanks to everyone who followed, liked, and commented. The next day, I watered with plain tapwater and runoff EC was the same as our tapwater. That Wednesday, was the last day I gave them water. On Friday, they had their 12 hours of light for the last time. I forgot to make a family picture just before harvest, but I did make a movie during those last hours of light. After 36 hours of darkness, I harvested on sunday. The coco had dried up quite a bit. The pots felt light to the touch, but when I removed Jannine from the tent (the one that was always in the middle), she immediately collapsed under the weight of her own buds! The same happened to Kim, only Iris was able to holdup most buds, but with a lot of effort. Apparently they had support from each other and the walls of the tent all that time. The buds were promising: heavy, hard and dense. Can't wait to see how they work out after drying and curing. Even the buds lower on the plants were not nearly as fluffy as my first grow, but more like little marbles. My first grow, I trimmed everything wet, but this time, I only removed the fan leaves and some of the bigger sugar leaves. Also, I kept the branches bigger this time. I threw a lot of the little buds in the trim pile, but since they were still looking and feeling like some good buds (but just small) I decided after harvesting the first plant, to throw them in separate containers. So I now have the trim from all the plants, mixed with some of the smaller buds from Jannine and two separate containers with the smaller buds from both Iris and Kim. It went into the freezer fresh, directly after harvest. Since I am lazy, I ordered a bubble washer, which will be delivered somewhere this week, to ease up the hash making proces. Can't wait to try some of the hash from these girls! As for most of the buds, they are drying in the tent. The circumstances could be a lot better: for weeks during flower, RH in our house was at 60%, but in the 24 hours directly after harvest, it came down to 40%. The weather changed from very humid to very dry and it will be like this until the end of the week. Considering it's about 23 degrees C in the drying room (maybe 22 during night) and the fact it will become increasingly warmer the next few days, I am worried about the buds drying to fast (by far my biggest concern), but also loosing some potency. It is now 24 hours after harvest and the buds are still pretty wet, so at least 3 days of drying should be possible, maybe 4. A few days slower would be better, but probably unlikely. Anyway, this ends my second grow. Off course, I will be back with the final results in a few weeks, after drying, curing, making hash of the trim/popcorn buds and off course, testing it all. Here we are, last week of feeding! She has been showing the first ambers begining of the week so I don't want to wait too long before harvest. Week 11 will be flush week. I really love this pheno; how it looks, smells and I hope tastes! The buds have nicely grown in size this last two week and trimming should be quite easy on this one! 😘 I realize I did't take global pics this week so next week before harvest I'll make plenty of them. But, I made a video attempt trying to film in macro and I already feel sorry for those of you that will get sick watching it... 😨 With this level of zoom it is so difficult to have a smooth travelling and no shaking, especially when you have to manually live focus. I will improve my skills for the harvest video!

Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. Very Indica bud structure, well formed, perfect filling. Plant is suffering now from mild rusty fungus infection probably attached by tomatoes. For now only 3-4 branches are affected and only fan leaves. In any case there's nothing to do at this stage and luckly my Special Kush is resilient and is growing very nice. Outdoors it happens. Expected harvest time September 4th week.

Hey guys, Like I said last week, this week was another cold rainy week. Discoverd some budrot on my Shamans, but not mayor problems. Therefore I decided to Harvest my Shamans at the end of this week. Knowing that in the upcomming weeks it will get even more colder, more rain and more bud rot. Luckly I only gave them water and one time with Humic-Blast and enzym+. Thats not a proper flush but better then full nutrients in the soil/plant. If it wasn't for the colder climate, i would had let them flower for another 1 to 2 weeks because they really started to thicken and the flowers were swelling. But at the end i rather have smokable buds then budrot buds,,, Weather for the upcomming week is 70% to 92% rain with 11-14 degrees Celcius and at night even 7-9 celcius. So there is no point by risking all of my buds to rot, in hope for some swelling which may never come with this colds The Critical Kushes where in their 4th week of flowering, going into the 5th. I have no other choice to keep them at least for another 2-4 weeks, lets see how it goes. I don't mind spending nutrients on maybe a lost cost. Ladies look to be comfortable, roots are growing, leaves are spreading and look good. I overwatered them a bit but they ate that all up, next week I'll transplanting them as they've overgrown this cup quick. One of them is growing upwards much faster than the others, will have to keep an eye on that one. First pictures are from beginning of the week and the last ones last day of the week.

But overall the trichomes are starting to go from crystal to cloudy. Right in the middle of flower now, I can basically see the buds getting bigger each day. Gave them a big drink of Aloe Vera Juice, its high in silica and trichomes are up to 86% silica so... Reeks of lemons this one does.
