Week 8 +-, She got another cleanup, removing lower leaves and branches. I always keep the lower third of my plants clean, especially with hydro plants it helps with ariation. Feeding is still the same as before, no changes, its just a case of refill the res every 3 days +- and change and clean res every 7 days roughly. This rythm will continue till we hit a later stage of flower where we will add Green Sensation.

The PH kept dropping towards the end of the week, I have a feeling the plants could use more pk booster and less of everything else so will be only using pk, bloom and micro for next weeks nutrient swap. I'm thinking of dropping the bloom and micro the following week and then flush the week after. Was hoping for the buds to have fattened up a little more but still very happy with the results so far, especially for my first attempt. Had a look at the trichomes with a little 45x scope and they're mostly cloudy, some clear and very few amber (a few amber on the tops of the tallest buds). The blue dream (front left) has very airy/loose buds but hopefully they'll still smoke well when finished. The critical has improved with the extra light that I put down low as a side light. Bruce banner still out in front followed by gorilla glue. The GSC is probably going to yield the least but it has one big bud that is looking super dense and heavy, it took the biggest hit from the root rot and damage early on so was stunted the worst out of the 5 plants

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Update 2/4 (day 25): * Turned the lights back up to 100%. The top of the canopy is getting 50K Lux and they seem to be enjoying it. * Very small signs of flowering in the two smaller plants. Nothing yet from Pineapple Express #1, which was surprising since it's older. * Trimming bigger fan leaves to leave a clear top and bottom to the canopy. * Trying to train the colas to an even distribution and without getting too close to the sides. I am going all in on fewer-but-larger colas to try to boost the harvest. I hope I don't learn a hard lesson by not letting side branching to occur but want to give it a shot.

Leider war es die ganze Woche durchgehend regnerisch. Mittlerweile haben sich bei allen Pflanzen Schimmel Ansätze gebildet. Ich denke das ich ernten werde, um noch mehr zu vermeiden. Zwei von den drei Phenos sehen auch schon recht lecker aus und große feste Buds haben sie auch gebildet. Schade, ich hätte sie gerne länger stehen gelassen.

But for under $20.00 this one brings 8 led lights, a adjustable mount, comes with 3 different connection choices build in, magnifies from 50-1000x, can take pictures and also videos and my favorite part, it connects right to my mobile device, you download and install a Google app and your ready to go, ill work with it and add pictures next week...
