🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. 01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4 Things are moving along well. Both the girls have done some nice growing the past few days. Have finally had a little warmer of temperatures. Still not where I’d like it, but I’ll take it. Watered yesterday, slowly, until I got a little run off. They did get food at 2.5 ml across 3 parts. I increased the calmag (1) and silica (2) as well. They have 4 nodes now and I will top them as soon as there’s 5. I was a dumb dumb and left my measuring tape inside the flower tent and lights are off so I’ll have to come back tomorrow and update that. #1 is still a very yellow/light green. She’s been that way since birth lol. She’s growing just fine and seems happy still. I’m not sure why she’s the color she is. #2 appears to be darker green as usual. She’s grown quite a bit and is pretty similar in size now to 1. Update: 01/29/2025-soil was pretty dry so watered both again with food. Also measurement update and pictures added. 01/31/25- topped and plain watered. 4/15/25 This plant is blowing my freaking mind. Long stacked colas. Even the lower buds are plumping up like golf balls. This is an exceptional plant so far. Shes starting to show the classic "sherbert" purple that ive noticed shows up with anything that has sunset sherbert in the lineage. Some of the leaves are starting to fade slightly and the purple is coming in. The rs11 that this seed came from, produced the most from a single plant out of all plants ive grown and trained and kept that small. She yielded 3.5 ounces or a 1/4lb of top nugs from a plant that was only about 18 inches tall and vegged for 6 weeks before flip. Once i start to clear out all of the fan leaves later on in flower, its just going to be buds running the length of the stems 4/18/25 I really believe this may be a keeper. She is absolutely stunning. Just everything is perfect. She has super long stacking of buds up and down the stems. Im actually super stoked to see how she finishes up. One of the craziest parts is that shes in a plastic 2 or 3 gallon pot and this plant is going to yield insane.

4/9/25 Welcome to another week. Week 5 since the flip of 12/12 just ended. So today is day 36 since 12/12. The begining of week 6. About halfway done with flowering. Time to start packing on weight. also its important to note that it took a week or so after 12/12 to have pistils show up. So its closer to 28 -30 days of Flowering. I have a foxtailing pheno thats mostly green with thin buds. I have a super chonker green pheno with ridiculously chunked up golfball sized nugs everywhere.(R3) I have a sativa style but thicker buds with nice long connected colas (R2) another smaller pheno with traits of some of the others and also green. and then a singlular pheno that looks gelato dominant and its purple pretty much everywhere to the point that i didnt notice its coloring until it was next to all of its sisters that are straight green. Since joining growdiaries I’ve seen that 420 Fastbuds are one of the (if not) the most notorious genetics on here.. so I’ve got my hands on some Fastberry seeds (which with the promotion I got one free!!) I’ve been very bored with the kind of weed I have been smoking recently the taste of the buds aren’t too great so I’m very excited to give this strain a try with the promise of berry flavoured weed!!! Happy growing! Mon 8th March - after a few days of being in a damp paper towel stored in a dark warm place she’s popped a little tap root. The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 4/11- Here we go into the second week of life for my FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she's doing really well! All I'm doing right now is making sure that her medium remains moist, watering only when necessary. I'm checking her root development daily and she will be ready to transplant outdoors any day now! 4/13- Today is TRANSPLANT DAY! I moved the GG4 Sherbet outside to her prearranged 'new home' which I had previously prepped by adding some Coco/Perlite into the soil to improve the texture and drainage. I then pre-amended the soil with Gaia Green 4-4-4 All Purpose slow release dry amendment along with 3g of Wiggle Worm castings, 2 cups of ground Alfalfa and 1/4 cup of Extreme Gardening's MYCOS. After which, I kept the soil moist to allow the microbial colony to populate for a week. To transplant, I first made a hole then placed a Solo cup in it to make sure that the depth was adequate, then packed the medium up against the cup firmly which leaves a nice Solo cup shaped hole in the ground. I then wet the inside of the hole that I formed and coated the hole with Extreme Gardening's MYCOS root enhancer, after which I removed the GG4 Sherbet from her Solo cup and placed her snugly into her new home! After planting her in the ground all that was left to do was lightly water her in... Let the fun begin!🤪 4/15- The GG4 Sherbet FF from FastBuds is doing extremely well in her new environment. To be quite honest I was slightly hesitant to place her outside this early as we are only getting approximately 13 or so hours of sunlight daily. Based on my experience last year growing a Gorilla Cookies FF, which was placed outside at a similar time and did extremely well, I went ahead with the transplant, confident that she would be just fine. 4/17- I'm watering around every 2-3 days right now using water straight from my well through a garden hose... super simple! I do not worry about PH as long as the water isn't chlorinated and is good enough for me to drink, it's good enough for my plants and the microbial colony in the soil will adjust the PH to where they need it and at the same time provide the nutrients that the plant requires... again, nice and simple. Well there goes two weeks for this little lady. This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2.
