Switched the LED to 'Flower' mode following 5 weeks of just 'Veg' light, she is showing signs of coming into flower now. She is short but bushy even after some defoliation. Looks like she has a few good bud sites developing. Bit of white tip on the edge of the leaves has appeared, not too concerned yet, will monitor and try and figure out what the problem could be...Possibly slight sign of 'nute burn' or N toxicity but i have been feeding her lite, i'm assuming the substrate is pos still 'Hot', rich with guano and mycorrhizal fungi. Took a cutting to clone from the Auto OG Kush earlier when i topped her just to see what she would produce. She rooted well and has filled the 1ltr pot. As expected going into flower the same time as the OG Auto mother. 17/9/18

These girls are staying happy yes they are!! Put them into 1 gallon on Saturday now they have slowed back to there water/ feedings every 3 days. Will let them get used to there new home and will top them before to long to make them bush out! Still just steady marching here. Much love

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. I have never seen a plant so vigorous. Two weeks in and I was able to top and LST. I can hear the experts screaming, “too early”. Maybe, we will see. I continue to use RO water and no nutrients. Check out the video. I think I have a pretty unique idea. Comment below with advice, praise, or insult.

Day 22: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: our plants are looking pretty good! We're planning to start Low Stress Training (LST) this week to help shape them. Also, we're probably going to buy the HPS lamp this week. This is the first week and I am already so so so excited to grow this strain from such reputable breeder! At first I wasn't going to write a journal but since this is going to be a Mainline + Scrog style of grow I believe its worth to keep an online journal for others to use as reference hopefully. Week 1: Germination was nice and quick, 15h on water cup, less than 24h on paper towel and the tap root was already shooting out far, after 2 days I planted on soil (Promix HP) and use tap water on a spray bottle to maintain soil damp and humidity high. Defoliated throughout the days. The past week nutrients fed were at ph 5.7/5.8. Switched to 6.0 now. Smell is strong. Friend commented he could smell the red pop upon entering the front door immediately. Feeding to run off every other day still. Added calmag this week. Not sure if I will continue to use or not. I do not want it to affect colors from changing as I approach later into flower. Added a temp & humidity meter this week. Usually reset once a day, or every other day.

Looking like i have a magnesium deficiency as show in the leaf pic. I'm Gonna increase the cal-mag. Day 37 : Pots were dry so fed 2.5 liners to the 5 gallon pot and 1.5 liters to the 3 gallon. Upped the cal-mag. Introduced Big Bud & PK Boost

Removed all lower fan leaves and fan leaves from bud sites to maximize yield. Hoping it wasn’t too late for this but seems to have reacted positively.
