01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

So week 10 starting No 1 (Titan F1)...only synthetic grow...started 2 weeks later in separate tent due to some probs...now see week 7 currently feeding eith the complete hesi starter pack and since one week additionally with Plagron sugar royal, green sensation and power buds No 2 (Cookies gelato) in living soil from florganics...until week 8 only feeded with water....since week 9 additionaly with the three Plagron products as menioned af No1 No 3 (Titan F1) also pure living soil plus water experiment but due to weakness also added the same three Plagron products since middle of week 8 No 4 (Cookies gelato) organic soil light mix from biobizz plus 30% coco...feeded with the biobizz nutrients series...nothing else Tent with No 2, No 3 and No 4 is small...60 x 60 cm ( 2x2)...my goal is 200 gram dry Tent with No 1 is only 40 x 40 cm...here I have expectation 50 - 100 gram dry...let see

Man sieht wie es langsam in die letzten beiden Wochen geht. Melonade Runtz Pheno#1 hat rötliche Stängel bekommen. Ich weiß nicht ob es die Genetik oder eventuell ein Mangel ist. Sie zeigt sonst keine Mangelerscheinungen und die anderen Strains im Zelt auch nicht. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass es also genetisch bedingt ist besteht somit also auf jeden Fall. Außerdem habe ich beide Lampen auf 100% laufen und dann ist es so, dass wenn die Stängel intensivem direktem Licht ausgesetzt sind, können sie sich violett, rot oder rosa färben. Die Farbveränderung durch intensives Licht ist ein natürlicher Abwehrmechanismus der Pflanze, da sie dadurch besser vor UV-Strahlung geschützt ist. Sieht sehr schön aus 😁 Beide Phenos trinken schon etwas weniger, was darauf hindeutet dass sie sich langsam dem Ende der Blütephase nähern. Riechen tun beide immer stärker, man riecht beim Pheno#1 immer mehr die Lemon Z x Lemon Tree raus. Sehr erfrischend.

Lots of growth through days 17 to 21. I consider day one at time of sprout. Tops height was 5.20" on day 19.. prior to applying LST. Height is no longer relevant when using LST. I'm hoping for height after I LST the plant around the bowl of the 5 gallon pot, just before bloom. Considering this is an Amnesia XXL auto strain that runs around 10-12 weeks, I am hoping for a longer vegetative period to allow for more vertical growth. Lights moved to a distance of 22" from tops on Day 19, after LST. Day 18-19 HST/LST Height 3" Day 20 a topping and pruned approximately 7 leaves Day 21 lights moved back to 18" Day 21 Height 4.25" Water PH 5.85-6.2 through Week 3

I’m baaaaack!!! Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been busy getting everything together for the next phase… Welcome to the Dude Garden 2.0! I now have 3 grow areas. Two 2x4 tents (one for clone/veg, another for mothers) and a large 10x12’ish flowering area (its actually larger than that, but I’ll be conservative). The tents are running 300w LED’s and a T5 for the cloning/sprouting station. The flowering area has a 1000w HPS!!! I’m totally psyched to see how the HPS does with flowering for me. From all the research I’ve done It seems to still be undisputed that HPS is the best for flowering (but not so good on the electric bill). I moved all plants from the tents to the new flowering area under HPS. That includes 3 Blackberry’s (FastBuds), NYC Diesel Auto (Barney’s Farm), DinaMed+ and Critical+ (DinaFem), Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman) and 3 Cherry Hemp (Elevator Supply Co). The Cream & Cheese CBD is looking very nice and she smells great! I am looking forward to watching her stretch and bloom under the new 1000w HPS. Then I'm really looking forward to the results. I'll definitely get her tested and hope the specs are even close to true. 20%'ish for both THC and CBD sounds too good to be true, but fingers crossed that's what she actually brings! I transplanted the photos from the 3 gallon grow bags to 7 gallon fabric pots. And also purchased some Pot Elevators that they are sitting on. The Plant Elevators are pretty cool, they have a mesh base to allow better drainage and air flow to the bottom of the pots. I have clones of all of the photos cut and planted in Jiffy pellets in a humidity dome. I took 3 clones of each. The strongest clones will become mothers, the others will be grown out. Note: The HPS gives much more of a yellow wash on the pics than I was expecting. I tried to color correct the pics the best I could and tried to get to the real colors, It should be pretty close.

Some good progress this week,plant 1 now starting to stack,plant two now showing proper pistils. Both alive and well, watered on Day 1 with 200 ml of PH'd tap water and a sprinkle (0,5ml/L) of PowerRoots. Light is sitting at 360-400 ppfd at 40 cm. Humidity dome came off and i cranked up my humidifier, we will see how it goes! Day 3 500 ml of 5,9PH 0,7EC Tapwater with 1ml/L PowerRoots

We are through week 7 an an entering week 8 .. the smell is definitely stronger amazing an earthy smell I would say buds at thick af.. I also have different strain in tent zkittlez an dayum i can taste the rainbow!!! I stopped feeding nutrients a started flushing with unchlorinated water phd at 6.0.. checking trichromes still clear… guessing within 2 weeks we will chop once she is ready ready!!! The process is long but it is beautiful!!!!

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is nice and compact and tight lots of leaves that I had too remove too open up her bud sites , stretch was also minimal ,

Tag 68: Noch eine Woche bis zur Ernte. Zum Glück. Die Blätter sehen auch echt nicht mehr gut aus. Vermutlich war ich beim ph wert einstellen noch zur vorsichtig, und er war noch etwas zu hoch?!? Ich traue mich immer nicht soviel von Säure zum senken rein zu machen 😬

Helloo this week was nice and this site HELPED ME ALOOOOOOT ty!ty! -I think I'm doing very well, the leafs look very healthy strong and thick. Also i am picturing onley 1 flower cus dont want to keep moving them all they are all same anyway..well 1 will bigger rest same.(in video i record all) -d8 I did an update in my box, now most of the time air comes into the box directly from nature(forest)...fan is aimed direcly to lamp and lamp is like 300C/ 572F so cold air from outside is not cold anymore :) i dont even know if this good but feels good haha - d8 Got some flys fyling inside box so i add hunney fly trap so she dont SHIT ON MY PLANTS!!☠️😂🤨🤨 -d9 Made new better reflector for the light,friend test with some shit and has 20% more power or whatever then befor😊 littles changes make big diffrences i see. -d10 1flower had super little light burn at middle so i change light 40cm-50cm.
