This was the last week of veg. I will switch to bloom nutrients from advanced nutrients. So far so good. I lowered the ec by 0.3 a few days, because I got a slight tip burn. In my previous grow I had to deal with nutrient lockout, I am trying to avoid that this time. I measure the values of the water tank 2 times a day, In particular the ph values keep rising daily. I will defoliate when they are done stretching , around week 2 or 3

So I started a 24 hour soak then planted into Peet pellet.

Chopped on Day 70 (September 6th, 2020) 9/6/20: Hung her to dry after taking off most of her fan leaves. I decided to hang the whole plant this time around to see if it helps my dry quality. Will update with pictures soon. 9/12/20: Trimmed her up today after feeling that the nugs were crispy and dry. First couple days of dry we were experiencing a bit of a heat wave and high humidity levels (fluctuating from 60-75%). During the final days of drying we had rain and then it cooled off and dried out lowering my rh in the tent to around 50%. That crisped the nugs right up in 2 days and I decided it was time to pull her out and trim her up. The nugs were so incredibly sticky and smelled of chem. They are really dense despite their look especially the main cola nugs. Still smelling a bit like hay but I'm confident that the curing process will take care of that. I am curing with Boveda 58% rh packs in each jar and a hydrometer as well. Not going to test a nug until at least a week or two of curing or until I run out of Sour Crack lol. Will update with a smoke report. 9/28/20: So it's been just over 2 weeks of curing so far. When I first put the nugs in the jar, I was worried they were a bit too dry/crispy for what I was hoping for, but after 2 weeks of curing the nugs aren't as crackly sounding in my hands. I cured with Boveda 58% rh packs and mason jars as seen in the pictures. **SMOKE REPORT** 9/28/20 - 2 weeks of curing: The smell of this strain is a really unique one, or maybe the pheno that I got is. It smells fruity for sure but it has this gas smell to it that almost smells chemical but in a good way. I marked down tropical above because the combo of pungent fruit almost brings out a sweet cocktail aroma. After really thinking about it, I've never smelled weed with a scent quite like this one! The smoke was smooth in my freshly cleaned bong and I'm decently high. I feel pretty tired but I'm ready to do something like game or make music. I don't feel hungry (yet) but my throat is begging for a drink. I'm happy that I have now smoked my own home grown weed twice!

Day 21 - as of today, the Alaskan Diesel(@seedsman) is showing her girl parts. The Face Fat(@atlasseed) did the same yesterday. Which means......I got 5 girls, as I suspected I would. But it still blows my mind🤯. I love when they do that😍😁. Thanks to @fast_buds, @atlasseed and @seedsman🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2206 girls and they're on a roll! When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and I'm thinking over topping them in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped the #1 Tester #2206 taking off the 5th leaf set. Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. I left the #2 alone as she's not quite as tall as the #1. I may not top the #2 as a sort of comparison to see how each grows out. Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! I don't think she is in full flower yet but well on her way. She has taken all the lst and defoliation I throw at her. I added a silica additive since I want this lady to have superman stems to take my torture. Day 32 - She is really drinking a lot right now. I had to water earlier than expected and will also increase the amount I am giving.

It’s the first day of week 7. The nugs are swelling up nice considering what they have been through. They are starting to smell strong. Both plants smell completely different. Even tho they are the same strain and from the same pack of seeds. If you have an idea of what’s going on with my fan leaves let me know.

Greetings to all my friends from all over the world, greetings to you from Russia! Another week has gone and I am updating my diary. The plants show healthy growth, but when I arrived at a secret place, I found that one of the 400 watts burned out, so part of the tent was not lit. This lamp has served me for about seven years, but nothing lasts forever. When I did the defolation, the second 250-watt lamp burned out, but unfortunately it worked for more than a year. It's good that I had replacement lamps. Due to the problem with the lamp, one side of the plants did not develop very well. But despite this, the processes of the plant became of sufficient size so that I took them for cloning. I took ten shoots, placed them in a hormone gel and transferred them to Rootriot, moving the clones into the greenhouse creating a microclimate there. So the only thing I wish couldve been different about this grow is that I wish she didnt stutter/stall with the flowering in the begining. She shot out pistils but stalled for like 2 weeks or so. So if she wouldve been flowering for the full time, I thibk I couldve gotten better product(I'm still impressed) but I feel like I couldve done something better with her. 7/26 Day 2 of drying. Everything's still wet. The room is 75 °F with 50%humidity 7/27 day 3 of drying. Everything felt crispy and dense. Humidity was 40% and temp was 75F 7/29 weighed and put into jars with stems the weight was 51.2 grams and without stems 45.5 grams.

This is my second time growing this strain and i am much more please this time around. Came out with almost 3 times more than last time and the buds are a lot bigger. Have already ordered another seed because i think this may be my favorite strain!

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took care of some badly needed defoliation in each of the back sides .. I was able to see some really good clone material to use on the lower backside of each of the plants. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Laat ik beginnen met de community te bedanken voor de tips en adviezen na mijn vraag deze week, werd erg gewaardeerd! Ik heb ze meegenomen in mijn besluit. Thanks! Alweer een week voorbij, je ziet niets meer van de snoei beurt van begin vorige week! Het is pas het begin van de derde week bloei en de toppen beginnen zich al een paar dagen goed te vormen. Ik geef de dames (vooral de Runtz!) een laatste snoei beurt voor de bloei echt start, en ik gooi de e.c omhoog van 1.6 naar 1.8. Ze kunnen wel wat hebben zo te zien. Ook ga ik de uitschieters weer onder het net terugsteken waar dat nog kan, ook de stammetjes zin al best dik inmiddels!

Main plant (indoors/LED) looks great. Frosty went almost way down, very sugary. Pistills tuned almost completely brown. Trichomes look not ready yet, most milky but none amberish. The smaller one, started to get super bushy, buds are relative small. Weather got lot warmer. Lots of sun for number two.
