5/14 - Coming along well. No noticeable changes to the leaves that seemed impacted by the heat. Still working through the pH damage but seem to have a good line on it and doesn't seem to be continuing to affect the buds. The strain with the purple buds (Plant #1) still continues to fatten up and is only keeping the purple color within the bud and not much on the leaves. The other is really getting some fat buds - much fatter than the purple strain. Noticing some slight foxtail on the bud closest to the light, so I might raise the light and dial back the intensity some if need be.

Welcome to the first week of my Seedsman autoflower competition diary. Thats a mouthful lol. So this is actually my second attempt at an auto grow but I have a good feeling about this one...she popped up fast and seems to be loving her medium, which is promix pm and Natures living soil, Kates vegan blend for the living aspect. This is also my first stab at living soil so wish me luck!

I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

This is my first induced flowering growth. I always grow weed outdoors with big satisfaction on yield and nature contact, But I have to say that training plants is real fun and I can’t wait to see the buds first appear and then fatten up. On day 5 of flowering she started to appear a little stressed, I think is a little overfeeding because her leaves are a little burned on the tip and a little underwater too but this morning end of day 6 appear to be recovering has the timelapse show on the end. Hello this is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Still 4 weeks to go, and we are getting some color on these plants. 3 plants are showing some purple. Man, these plants smell good now. When they were young I was getting very little smell on my fingers with the rub test. But now, these plants smell wonderful. They have cookie and cake parents. So it smells like some sort of sweet treat in here. The seed description says, Sweet, creamy, vanilla, desert with a touch of butter and fruit cake. Sounds delicious. 😃 Have Fun. Chuck.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen😎 So my grow is coming closer to an end and so far it has not been so bad for a winter grow. As of 3 days ago I completed the partial harvests to the LSD-25, Gorilla Cookies and the Girl Scout Cookies. The late blooming Gorilla Glue will go for another 2-3 weeks and the six shooter should get the chop next week marking 13 weeks since breaking ground. I trimmed some of the 1st half of the partial harvest last night and the Gorilla Cookies seemed to have preformed well with nice sticky dense buds. this time we got a different phenotype, the whole plant has started to turn purple, not just sporadically like in the last ztrawberriez grow. It looks beautiful and will be harvested soon

Filling in nicely has a great smell starting to frost up. My haze beast smells very sweet like fruit loops cereal. Light took a crap almost 10 days ago only 9 months old. Its a medic grow smart 8. After dealing with getting it replaced in the middle of a grow I am done with them. They make a great light, but the service is terrible. You are forced to work with someone in China who will respond to you at 2am. I had to call, text, email, FB msg and msg through IG to get a response and someone to replace my light. It should be here Tuesday. I bought a Mammoth mint today and am going to run that from now on. 11/20 Grape God has a smell of grape and rubber is the best way I can describe it. The haze beast smells Identical to fruit loops almost caught up to the GG in height.

Bee pollen is considered a “vitamin bomb” due to the presence of almost all vitamins with an average of 0.02–0.7% of its total content, with a higher amount of water-soluble than fat-soluble vitamins. Bee pollen contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. It also provides minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, and selenium, I mixed a bunch of that with some honey and RAW cane molasses to make a nice big bucket of tea. A family friend who is a beekeeper was kind enough to share some honey. The nutritional content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as various polyphenolic antioxidants. I am loading up nature's finest sugars, and sweet things, Honey & Mollases. UV-B-induced DNA damage (CPDs and 6–4 PPs) can be repaired efficiently by photolyases. Pyrimidine dimers can be repaired by nucleotide excision repair (NER), or bypassed by replicative polymerases (Britt 2004). The camera picks up far more light than there is during the night cycle, camera is showing bright pink violet collages but my eyes barely see a thing, about 0.25ppfd in that tent overnight. Have been tweaking the spectrum of moonlight/intensity and watching the responses overnight. Tweak, tweak, tweak all week. PAR is 400-700nm, Overnight UVA in the tent is all 365nm and 385nm, so the meter only picks up a fraction of the light curve that makes it photosynthetically active past 400nm. Of the light in the tent, 0.25ppfd is from UVA Looks like It makes them 🕺 🕺 💃 all night. Better flower soon or ill be screwed for space, they are stretching, but is it "the stretch"? She has fire in her belly. Growing crops with insufficient light (i.e., below “optimal,” as defined here) limits the yield potential, which in turn wastes the other production inputs including labour, water, nutrients and electricity. As lighting fixture is one of the most expensive investment of the production, what is the relationship between light intensity and yield? Potter and Duncombe (2012) grew cannabis plants with varying canopy-level PPFDs during the flowering stage and found that increasing PPFD from 400 to 900 μmol·m−2·s−1 increased yield an average of 1.3 times higher, across seven cultivars, with no light intensity treatment effects on floral cannabinoid concentrations. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 con­secutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth." "Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flow­ering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Been feeding PH6.2 water with bud candy (sugars) for a few days and will continue until harvest. The buds packed in pretty well, as you can see one of them is around 14" tall and fat. Pictures dont do this plant justice in bud size because it is very leafy. The smell is mild, frosting is mild and I have another week to go at least..... todays feeding will get Final Finish additive to help wash nutrients out and hopefully get a fade happening. Added a video today :)

Very happy so far. Been growing nicely. Topped mid week and will be adding in some tie down spots in the coming week for some LST. Daily checks for PH keeping it just about at 5.7 the entire week.

Old Dinafem free seeds I got from attitude 5 years ago... 6 critical/cheese All sprouted but one. 2 growing fast and big 1 medium/small 2 very small ( wanted to discard those at first because they were the weakest and slowest one to grow but I could not kill them!!! And so kept them squeezed on the side in a small pot just to see. Planted the two biggest one completely laying on their side in the final pots before flowering because they were way too big for my little set up! I tried not to make too much lower stem in the medium, but I think I should have bent early in veg instead of what i did... One of the plant did not like it very much, but the other could not care less...Roots were poking out the top layer of pot, roots were truly rioting!

The #2 plant has the most developed flowers of the three, with the other two just really starting to build their flowers beyond just a few scattered pistils. I'm continuing with daily monitoring of the AirCube reservoir, checking/adjusting ph and topping off with straight water. The solution strength in the reservoir is still hitting 650ppm but is starting to get discolored so I'll be doing a drain/refill in the next 48hrs before it gets funky. 11/17- Today I drained the reservoir and refilled it with straight well water that has a .3 EC(100ppm) to which I added Plagron's Cocos 'A' and 'B' in equal amounts, Green Sensation, and Royal Rush at 1ml/L and 2ml/L respectively. I also added the last dose of silica, then ph'd the solution to 5.7 @ 69℉. I also went through all three plants, adjusting their LST and tucking a few leaves that were blocking light. 11/19- The Strawberry Gorilla's are all progressing nicely into flower, and are all looking healthy. They are all starting to really form their flowers now and are all about equal in height. The #2 plant continues to be the one to watch as she's really going strong and has great structure and vigor. 11/21- There's two weeks of flower behind the Strawberry Gorilla's with the #2 by far in the lead. The other two continue to do well and are progressing through flower nicely, and will be catching up to the #2 rapidly. Between the three plants I'm sure they'll be completely covering their side of the 4x4! I'll be doing a drain/clean/refill on the AirCube reservoir tomorrow to give the girls a fresh dose of nutrients. Hope to see you next week.
