Week 5 started Monday. Everything is still the same. Looking very healthy! I'll be honest, I'm not doing much, lol. Just giving them what they need, when they need it. Week 11 for 9lb Hammer F2, Still on my list of least favourites in my garden 😂 They probably get the least attention in the garden too, they both got quite burnt from the sun this week compared to the rest, so not too heat resistant that's for sure. 😐

Welcome back friends of growdiaries. have you seen? The beautiful Canadian ladies of the expertseedbank.com grew in less than a week from 12/15 cm up to 65/70 cm. This is incredible and magnificent. The quality of the seeds is indisputable. The quality of nutrient fertilizers as well. Unfortunately last week I was very busy, and with such rapid growth, I could not mount the net for the scrog, now they are too big for this method. So they will grow free, with LST and HST, when needed, and defoliation. Have fun and see you next week

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! Another week down look at that canopy 😍 I think the stretch has finished and there’s no need for the second net so it’s come down. Not a lot a work this week a bit of defo and top dressing. Yeah for the first time this grow no a lot to say I guess……. Till next week let get it 💪🏽

Fat buds and 4 phenotypes. The first two are very similar: indica and very productive. One is a highly sativa phenotype who grows high but have large-indica leaves. At last I found a not so big yielding phenotype but it produced top buds with much resin.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

This week was good, trying to give transiting plant as much light expo. as possible......also removed most of the smaller bud site........the one that is in full flower mood is super healthy n green gonna start packing size from next week on a (k) diet

Hello growers. This week was a normal flowering week. Stopped with giving pk13/14 and started normal flowering nutes again. Hopefully the buds fatten a little bit more. We will see. See you next week. ElegantBuds

There hasn’t been much vertical growth—Runtz A now stands at 48 cm, while Runtz B has reached 59 cm. Today, I didn’t do a full defoliation but simply removed a few larger, obstructive fan leaves. The buds are visibly increasing in size, and Runtz B is leading the way with impressive speed. She seems to be about three days ahead in development compared to Runtz A. One of this week’s highlights is the incredibly intense aroma filling the entire tent. The sweet notes remind me of a mix of ripe tropical fruits and berries—absolutely irresistible! Although the two plants have some visual differences, I’m now convinced they share the same phenotype. Everything is going according to plan, and I’m excited to see how the buds continue to develop in the coming weeks. Die vierte Blütewoche hat begonnen, und es scheint, als wäre der Stretch bereits letzte Woche abgeschlossen gewesen. Viel Höhenwachstum gab es jedenfalls nicht mehr: Runtz A misst nun 48 cm und Runtz B 59 cm. Heute habe ich keine vollständige Entlaubung durchgeführt, sondern lediglich einige größere, störende Blätter entfernt. Die Buds nehmen nun sichtbar an Größe zu, und besonders Runtz B legt ein beeindruckendes Tempo vor. Sie scheint in ihrer Entwicklung etwa drei Tage weiter zu sein als Runtz A. Ein weiteres Highlight dieser Woche ist der unglaublich intensive Duft, der das gesamte Zelt erfüllt. Die süßlichen Noten erinnern an eine Mischung aus reifem tropischen Obst und Beeren, einfach unwiderstehlich! Obwohl sich beide Pflanzen äußerlich unterscheiden, bin ich mittlerweile überzeugt, dass sie denselben Phänotyp besitzen. She is doing soo good. i think she will give me a lot of buds. I think that 2th LST experience was succesfull too... she will have 4 main cola now.

These are clones that I managed to take from my summer garden that became a disaster due to a heat wave that we had breaking 100 year records. I expect everything to be 48” in height at maturity.
