The ladies are turning to flower now. Going to be a rainy day or 2, so updating the dairy a little early. Girls are all nice and healthy going into flower. Aromas are very strong from these ladies. Can't wait for the full on flower, to see how stinky these can get. AMS has some pretty strong genetics. I have grown many strains from many different providers, but AMS is never a disappointment. Highly recommend them if your looking for seriously potent weed...

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fourth autoflowering that we present to you is our version or rather of Zamnesia forgive me if I start to feel at home, it is the Northern Lights. Here we are talking about a classic of classics naturally in the Zamnesia version as I said above with the right ruderalis it really promises big harvests in a short time. There is great competition on this plant and I have grown some very good ones let's see what the home one is like. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Plants took a few days to get stripped down. Missed the second week of flowering and stretching but oh well there is always next time. Very excited to see this canopy full of uniform buds its going to be a sight to behold haha.

Week 6 in veg done and dusted! She grew 12cm! Day 42 - I clipped off about 6 huge fan leaves to allow light to hit her lower branches. This is her last day of 20/4 lighting. It will be 12/12 from now on. 💪

Growing fast! So my goal is to have a few main branches, and make them as thick as possible. Want to see if this creates larger colas. Added silica for 1 feeding so far. The stuff raises PH quite a bit FYI. Added it first before all other nutes. Also feed Recharge a day after watering while soil still moist. Stress techniques - - Super cropped a lot more. I would bend harshly without breaking in between each node just before watering. Did it on all stems at once, entire plant looked so sad but perked right back up later in the day. Maybe I'm triggering it's survival mode because growth seems to speed up after initial stress. - I keep taking off new nodes as they appear to keep the growth structure I want. I'm taking something off almost everyday and might be the most stressful thing I'm doing. - The tight ring around the base of the stem is showing heavy scaring and buildup. I'm keeping it on so it stays tied down, and to see how the plant deals with it. I like to think the plant thinks it's bugs attacking its stem. I have noticed the main stem hardening up. - First week I did a heavier feeding. Want to see how far I can push the nutes without burning the tips. No tip burn yet apart from some light stress (maybe). Crazy how this 100 watt light is doing. You think 100 isn't enough but it most definitely is. At least for 1 plant in tent.

Day 36 1/13/25 I think she is taking to the location okay so far and after the first cut I did I’m not sure what I’m doing I’m just doing my own little mainline thing experimenting I guess I’m using APSU super soil and a little bit of build of soil 3.0 left from last grow and it’s a 7 gal pot als 1/14 day 37 Did second and final topping going allow about two weeks to bounce back and allow more growth and LST then flower

06/02/2020 Gonna feed them today 1tbls of blood meal. I snapped a branch on #2 (see video) her stems, I don't like break to easy so I will give some micro nutrients to help stems from breaking. Unless she is the HOLY GRAIL. I will cull her clone. All others handed super cropping well. 🙏 #4 in hydro is in it's own diary called Small Batch Seed making some F1 #1 showed her sex today, clones well took cut on 05/20/2020 is rooting well outside in coco coir, in humidity dome just cut and scrape the stem,once rooted I cut off yellowing leaves i hope her smoke is as good as she looks. 5 days into week 10 and #2, and #4 are male so indoors they go for pollen collection. Will dust one bud of each female with each male and hunt for what I want. Also see what each passes on in the cross.

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

Einen wunderschönen guten Tag, liebe Grow-Community, und herzlich willkommen zur fünften Woche meines kleinen Outdoorprojekts! Wir nähern uns mit großen Schritten der eigentlich interessanten Phase meines Gartenprojekts. Jetzt mag der ein oder andere sagen, dass die Pflanze im Vergleich zur letzten Woche kaum Fortschritte gemacht hat, und evtl. habt ihr recht. Allerdings möchte ich zu meiner Verteidigung sagen, dass das Setup so für mich sehr neu gewesen ist und ich zwar indoor „gelernt“ habe, ich jedoch die letzten Grows fast vollständig outdoor kultiviert hatte (seitdem es legal ist, selbstverständlich ;)). Außerdem sehe ich die letzten Wochen noch als Anzuchtphase, also alles halb so wild :). Aber genug der Ausreden :), was stand diese Woche an? Da sich der „Auswilderungszeitpunkt“ jetzt wetterbedingt doch noch um eine Woche verschiebt und die kleinen Substrat und Topf geschuldet den ersten Mangel aufweisen, habe ich den kleinen mal ihre erste richtige Düngung verabreicht (Greenhouse-Powderfeeding 1 g/L). Eigentlich sollten sie schon rausgesetzt werden, allerdings traue ich diesem ganzen Warm-/Kalt-Mumpitz nicht.  Da gönne ich den Damen lieber noch eine Woche in ihren künstlich beleuchteten vier Wänden. Ebenso musste ich die Pflanzen untenrum etwas ausdünnen, da die älteren Blätter leider mangelbedingt irreversibel geschädigt waren. Der Tee wird für ca. 24 Stunden mittels einer Aquarienpumpe in Kombination mit Sprudelsteinen belüftet. Je nach Dauer der Belüftung enthält das Endprodukt mehr Mikroorganismen (24 h), bei länger gebrauten Tees enthält dieser weniger Mikroorganismen, dafür mehr gelöste Nährstoffe und Enzyme sowie Aminosäuren, welche als Futter für bereits bestehende Mikroorganismen fungieren. Um das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen, müsste ich mein Setup noch mit einem Heizstab ergänzen, welcher die Wassertemperatur konstant zwischen 20 und 23 Grad hält. Für den Tee benötigen wir: Ca. 15 L Wasser   30 g 1 l Regenwurmhumus Eine handelsübliche Aquarienpumpe + Sprudelstein Melasse (fungiert als Nahrung und begünstigt die Vermehrung der Bakterien). Der Wurmhumus steuert die Mikrorganismen sowie Huminsäure bei, welche das Pflanzenwachstum unterstützen. Ich verwende ausschließlich Regenwasser, da es weder Chlorrückstände aufweist noch einen niedrigen EC‑Wert (ca. 0,05) hat. Wo liegen die benefits? Fördern den Gasaustausch der Pflanze, indem sie dafür sorgen, dass sich die Stomata schneller und weiter öffnen (wenn als Blattspray angewandt). – Beimpfen den Boden mit nützlichen Mikroorganismen (Pilze, Bakterien, Protozoen, Nematoden etc.) und sorgen dafür, dass ein Boden-Nahrungsnetzwerk aufgebaut wird, welches die organischen Stoffe im Boden zersetzt und diese für Pflanzen verfügbar macht. Morgen werden die Kleinen dann mit dem Tee gegossen. Alles, was übrig bleibt, benutze ich dann, um die bis dahin hoffentlich fertig gemischte Erde anzugießen, bevor sie eine Woche in den Endtöpfen fermentiert. Ein intensiver Run geht zu Ende – und bringt viele Erkenntnisse mit sich. Die Phenos hätten kaum unterschiedlicher sein können: Einige hätten vielleicht eine Woche früher runtergemusst, andere hätten draußen noch ein paar Sonnenstrahlen mehr gebraucht. Eine Pflanze haben wir leider teilweise an Budrot verloren, andere haben vermutlich nicht ihr volles Potenzial entfaltet. Trotzdem – oder gerade deswegen – war dieser Grow unglaublich lehrreich. Manche Buds glänzen wie kleine Kunstwerke, andere erzählen Geschichten von Herausforderungen. Jetzt heißt es: alles verarbeiten, vergleichen, verstehen. Die Energie, die jede einzelne Pflanze mitgebracht hat, war einzigartig – dieser Grow hat definitiv Spuren hinterlassen. An intense run comes to an end – packed with valuable lessons. The phenos were wildly different: some could’ve come down a week earlier, others might have wanted a little more sun to fully shine. We sadly lost part of one plant to bud rot, and a few may not have reached their true potential. But maybe that’s what made this grow so special – the variety, the surprises, the learning. Some buds look like divine artwork, others carry the marks of challenge and transformation. Now it’s time to process, reflect, and truly get to know them. Each plant brought its own frequency – and this grow definitely left its mark.

The auto flowering have started to flower...The feminized ones are growing very fast.

Um suprise how fat does this buds getting. Some of the buds are start getting some frost. Will be done great CBD/THC oil.
