Flower day 42 - Mainline is doing great, has by far the biggest buds of all the Gorilla Zkittlez, can’t wait to see how she turns out👍🏼 Thanks for following friends will try to update more

Day 1 - Sprout came up from peat pellet and was put in chalice containing ocean forest. Chalice was placed in tent where temp/humidity is constant at 78F and 70% Day 7 - Everything going well. I have been sparingly watering every second day

Buds are really putting on weight! Frost is in abundance. Colas have really gained defined shape and structure. The aroma is getting intense. Full blown bloom is a wonderful thing. Just watching as the sexyness gets more defined. We have hit the major bulking phase. Do to the new phase of growth the feeding has once again changed. I added bud golem to the mix. To get every drip drop of flowering vigor this lady has to push. Really gives that extra umph for the bulking phase. Will eliminate that last bit of grow outta the mix next feed. Than ride that mix to the flush. Until next update . Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Welcome to my Slurircane Fem Diary sponsored by MSNL & Spider-Farmer. Veg Days 19-31 Days since sprouted 29-41 Week 5 & 6 Going well. Growth is slow. But I did top her a lot. And ended up removing a big chunk of her that she was pushing out. (removed her next set above the one on day 35) and topped all nodes then to compensate. So topped 8 times × the main top. Noticed a very light fade in-between the vains, showing a very light mag def. Sprayed with a Epsom Salt Foliar spray 200ppm and dosed her with a 250ppm feed 6.6ph for both. All in all. I'm very happy with how this wk went. Still a few days to go in this week. Growth has been rapid. Doesn't look like it. But, she was much further ahead. I've redid her whole process 3x now. And, each time. It's set her back. 2-3 weeks in this shape with solid LST and she'll be fine. She's going under my SE5000 now with co2. All my 3x3 will be covered. Just waiting on my lux Uni-T meter. (To make my own ppfd map as the lux meter comes with an app that converts your lights lux spectrum into ppfd. You can set your area size. And find which ppfd is in what area of your tent by doing grids tests, software is still in development phase, but looks very promising. Has a 97% match to the apogee brands, they're the ppfd meter you see on all major light markers, and growers that have 700e to spare) Back to this girl. She is a great grower, as I said. Look back at week 4. She could of easily been flipped and made for a mid sized indica. I'm going a different route. And having fun shaping and making an even canopy. She has thin fingered leaves. So, not a bad indica to do a scrog with. But, I think I'll settle for 2 more weeks of growth and good LST and I'll put her to the flip. Thanks for viewing these 2 weeks. D33 - 19/02 Haven’t changed the reservoir this week yet. A few burnt tips on Northern Lights #2, will probably go a little lighter on nutes next feed - she’s definitely more sensitive to them than the other ones. Overall great looking girls and nice growth. The #2’s are higher than the #1’s, nodes developing nicely and the scrog is definitely helping with lateral growth as well. — D35 Mixed a new reservoir with roughly 19L, at around 70% strength. pH 6.0 and EC 1.1 Humidity has risen a bit, so I installed the dehumidifier again. Apparently the tip burning has stopped, or at least slowed, which is good. #1’s are at around 25cm height, while #2’s are around 40cm height. — D36 Did another defoliation session as the girls really needed it. Cleaned a lot of the big fan leaves, airflow and light penetration is way better now. A few hours after and they’re super happy again.

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

The two beautiful Critical Kush plants came from another diary. They sprouted fast and came up strong. I was amazed. Because after soaking for 24 hrs I don't think they even cracked the shell. I do not know the breeder. Got these through a trade with Tonio, who I'm sorry to say had to stop growing. They were only labeled Critical Kush. With gold lettering on the sticker. No other marks. ?????

Still waiting on the replacement phone for my ph meter but I'm tired of waiting so I order one just to have as back up. Everything still looking good. I just wish I could have had my ph meter for the whole grow. Let me know what y'all think.

Going into week 9, seeing some frost on the leaves and the aroma is stronger and so nice. She looks great after the heavy defoliation last week, contrary to opinions from a few critics. Sometimes I like to find out for myself, I read many different viewpoints on defoliation and I decided to try. And it worked. Peace friends, happy growing! 🌱👍

Flower day 17 - All the ladies are looking great, starting to see a lot of bud sights & the smell is definitely getting stronger everyday I open the tent! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅
