The strain is awesome, very happy about Ak420, it's my first time growing this strain, I'm growing 3 plants of ak420 this is the pheno #1 as you guys can see and smells just like her 2 sisters, very sweet and floral aromas I cannot stop smelling those flowers, I'm super happy about this strain, would love to keep working with her💚❤️🧡 stay tuned to see how this lady performs at the end of the process! 👨‍🌾

Hello Growmies, As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield. Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase. In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving. Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest. And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup. Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

I advise everyone to try this!

Buenas noches familia como están, ya siento la tardanza pero más vale tarde que nunca. Aquí actualizamos la última semana de floración de esta variedad y es que la verdad me a encantado cultivarla han cogido unos tonos muy bonitos y están muy tricomadas así que a ver cuando estén secas como están de sabor y colocon. Ya os iré actualizando en la cosecha pero pronto cojo tijera y trabajo pa alabte. Esta semana estuvieron evidentemene solo agua y los 2 últimos días las dejé a oscuras , para que terminen del todo. Os dejo vídeos y fotos y para la cosecha os dejare muchas mas fotos. Hasta aquí todo buenos humos 💨💨

Not gonna chop them in the recommended flowering time There´s still too many clear trichomes, I´m waiting till more become amber Harvested on flowering day 68. Can´t really find clear trichomes anymore and don´t wanna risk any mold They are drieing in the tent with 61% humidity and 15°C . Trying to te raise themperature by 2/3 degree, but I don´t really bother because it should be fine like this

We just finished week 8 and things are looking great. The plant that was a little late flowering (plant in the back left corner) has stretched up and is now at the top of the canopy. I've noticed these plants are a little bit sensitive to nutrients and don't like being over fed. They have been a very low maintenance group of plants so far though. They stretched out nicely allowing plenty of airflow and light penetration so I haven't had to do very much leaf tucking or plant training, which is exactly what I wanted for this grow!

It was rough waiting and knowing that i did not defoliate and started seeing bud rot almost at the end. Ended up cleaning everything and throwing half a harvest away, BUT A GOOD WELL PAID LESSON.

Tag 21 war es zeit die Triple G umzutopfen und sie in ihr eigenes Grow Zelt umgezogen 😁 Schon an Tag 22 konnte ich die Pflanze bei Nodien toppen 😃

Added a little molasses to water. Some heat issues but nothing crazy.

Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

Started watering 2x a day a few days into week 6. Starting today I will be watering 3x a day as two just wasn't enough. Plants looked like they wanted more. Outgrowing my 2x2 tent for sure. Underestimated coco as in soil I was able to fit 4 autos in this tent. Lower branches aren't getting much light as the top half a of plant just shot up like crazy last week. No room to bend the lower branches down. Not sure what to cut off at this point lol
