Hello growmies! Welcome to week 19 for Queen Citronella, this Super Lemon Haze by Green House Seeds. Planted as a Christmas gift to myself on 25th December 2022 it is now 1st May 2023 and we are on day 128. This it turns out was Citronella's last day living! The smell, oh god the smell, it's just the best. I will update the harvest when she has dried. I tend not to bother with wet weights as I don't really see what the point is, but I can tell you there is absolutely more than 500g here for sure. I am expecting 150-200g when dry. I accidentally dropped one of the smaller branches and it made an extremely satisfying "thud" when it landed.

Moin Leute, die Woche ist einiges passiert, habe aus Platzmangel #2 aus dem Zelt entfernt und nach draußen gestellt. Sie macht sich aber prächtig und hat sich sehr schnell an die Wetterbedingungen gewöhnt und wächst fleißig weiter. Hab außerdem ein wenig den Dünger umgestellt, allerdings einfach aus logistischen Gründen :D Die anderen beiden machen sich ebenfalls hervorragend und füllen den ganzen Platz im Zelt, habe die etwas höher wachsenden Triebe noch etwas angepasst - sieht man dann in den Bildern nächste Woche. I immediately poured 8 liters into the system, and within a week I topped up the leftovers and adjusting the PH from time to time. Additionally, on the sheet, I use stimulants Root Booster, Energy Spell, Fulvic. 💪Now about training: At the beginning of the week, I did super cropping, a technique that involves breaking the stem of a plant to inflict minor damage and stress on it. And as we know, the natural response to stress in our plant is the production of cannabinoids. Therefore, by properly sprinkling the branches of the plant, we will kill two birds with one stone: we will get an effective bush shape and increase the potential of the cones. I also did this so that the side branches grow back faster and the plant does not receive early stress from the cut off head. At the end of the week, I did the topping, as the plant continued to grow well and reached the 6 floors I needed. Topping (from the English verb to top - to cut; in Russian it is also used "to stomp") - a cut of the top of the plant between the nodes (internodes / pairs of leaves). Such training is carried out when the plant already has nodes. This breaks the classic herringbone shape of the plant, giving the nodes light and air. Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

Another Great Week Down! The ladies are looking great, these Orange Sherbets are a little ahead of the Six Shooters The stretch is REAL. Hahaha Everything going fairly smooth besides not being able to get this pH down a little. I have burned their tips a few time trying to flush with a high ppm low pH solution. Chopped on day 133 - trichomes look swollen and ready - leaves faded out. Cut this according to the biodynamic moon gardening calendar and the dates did seem to align with the plant aromatics being more noticeable. Very excited to do the smoke report on this one - focusing on 60% humidity @ 60 degrees for 21 days to retain terpenes and quality.
