These girls are exploding like the bomb seeds they are! Always a treat to grow any Bomb seeds in my experiences. I have grown Both Atomic and Widow bomb before and great seeds/genetics and amazing top shelf buds on massive plants. They are really blowing up now there roots are in the water and all 4 have been topped in prep for LST and there screens. I also installed my DIY reservoir cooler and wrapped my buckets in reflective insulation stuff to keep heat out and keep water cool. Will post some results when I test it more...

not much happened this week. there was a lot of sunshine. a few stormy days and some rain. she is still doing well and growing steadily. she gets some biobizz bio -bloom now.

Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. Im a pig in shit Thanks for looking, I dont want to hear your opinion on defo or schawazze, unless youre SBG

Totally forgot to change the status to flowering haha. 8 weeks in, i see some cloudy trichomes but hope that they will grow a few weeks more for a thicc harvest!

Flower Week 9 Day 69 to 71 - 5/20 to 5/22 After a few extra days of dryout I chopped. I decided to wet trim while still on the stems. Lots of rain lately, and the drying process was a challenge but I overcame with fans around the hangers and more dry time. I dried until I could snap a test branch. Then I trimmed off the buds and placed in humidity controlled bags with hydrometers.

11/3 - Today is technically the first day of Week 5 and also the first day I could see a visible drop in her water level since her last check-in (~12 hours apart). As a result, her ppms shot up to around 800. I diluted the solution with straight tap (7.5pH, 170ppm) since her pH was registering around 5.3. This brought her up to 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would have liked to adjust her pH more, but the water level ended up at the bottom of the basket. I'll adjust further as necessary. The other day while attempting to LST her top branches, they ended up snapping off, so I just topped her down one node and broadened her other LST to make her as squat as possible. Once I am able to find a suitable individual ScrOG screen, I will put it on her. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. The first of which is a visible difference between her foliage density in a span of 36 hours. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 645ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. 1/23/2023 - Day 21 Veg: Transplanted all 6 into 1 gallon pots. Still using BuildASoil Light soil and watered in with a compost tea. Gave them a foliar feed with the teas as well. They all look good so far, but we will have to see what they look like tomorrow. Dropped the intensity on the light to about 50%, and I plan to increase it again tomorrow if they are all looking healthy. 1/24/2023 - Day 22: First day after transplant and all the plants are looking good. 1/26/2023 - Day 24 veg: got the genetic test back today and ended up with 2 male and 2 female Grand Prix, which is perfect. Number 1 and 4 are males, and 2 and 3 are females. I was a little bummed #1 was male, because it was already getting some funk, but what can you do. Giving it to a friend who might use it for some breeding, so I'll still get to see how he turns out. 1/27/2023 - Day 25 veg: watered the 4 remaining plants with ThermX-70, FishShit, Fermented Comfrey Extract,Yah-Whey, and fresh aloe juice. Gave them a foliar feed with this as well. Also, lowered the light to about 26 in away from the plants to bring the ppfd to about 500. They are really starting to pick up speed now that they are in the new 1 gallon pots. 1/28/2023 - Day 26 veg: Topped all four today.

LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden.
