Hi there, this is the start of week 7 of flower. The MXOP has turned a rich burgundy/wine red the colors are really something else. As for the aroma, man is it complex there is the Orange smells but then you have a vary sharp gas smell (my favorite) along with some vapo rub smells These plants are telling me they are getting ready for the end of the season as they are not taking up as much water as the past few weeks, I would say at max I have 3 weeks to go but could be as early as next week. I’m going to try to wait it out as long as she can go. Every time I open the tent I’m greeted with some of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen, I will do justice to these girls when the time is right I’ll give her a good photo shoot. This week was very good plants look great. Flews are gone🙏 ✌️✌️ Buds grow perfect. I am very surprised, that they go so good. Hope they will stay healthy till the end.

Got some cal mag. My ph has been off and honestly these pots are huge and I’m back to work full time. It been hot and times been short so I’ve just been hiding these girls down when they get too dry. My well water is about 7.5. With some heavy rains I noticed it jumped up a bit close to 8. And some of the deficiencies on the leaves pointed to Calcium def due to high ph. Soooo order the cal mag and gave the whole crop a feeding. With PH’d water at 6.5 and 1tsp per gal and a 2 gallon water feedbing for the big mamas like my special queen here. Let’s see what this does. As I’m very new and this is my official first season. It’s all an experiment to me. I super appreciate all the advice I get here. I’m so glad I found this site. Everyone helps and points me in the right direction for better knowledge and learning. Some of my friends/family really enjoy watching this part of my garden grow and I’ve cloned some of this plant and the white og and gifted them. And am hopefully passing on some good advise for their first grow! Looks like 9/25 is when my sunlight will convert to 12/12 so I still have some veg time. This girl keeps out growing her space. “Gunna need a bigga boat”

Our #Test3 from Zamnesia that we hope will soon be available to the whole world, have a wonderful genetic line and promise well from the beginning. It is one of those very elegant plants with small leaves I started to think about how I want to work on these two beauties, one will be worked with topping x 16 buds and various lst while the other will be left to grow freely with main cola. We are trying to answer the question that has no answer, we are ready to give up on main cola_ We in doubt do one and one. Banana purple punch finally showed the tricomb maturity we were waiting on! She’s a heavy tricomb producer and gives amazing terps. I can’t wait to see what flavonoids she holds. This grow was absolutely amazing,can’t wait to start the next!

She was thirsty and I think I'm going to have to feed almost daily to keep up as the pot isn't big enough for a full gallon watering...mistake made. Need to defoliate and prune out some small sucker bud sites. Las plantas siguen engordando que dan miedo, no han estirado mucho, pero las flores están gordas y duras como piedras. El aroma terroso se ha acentuado esta semana. Por parte de la planta mutante sigue con su curiosa historia, atrajo cochinilla algodonosa y un tipo de gusano verde (dejo video) Ese dia quite el gusano y pase de la planta, no tenia tiempo y me fui desanimado pensando como lidiar con las plagas ahora en engorde, siendo una pesadez el limpiar a mano hoja por hoja. Pues al dia siguiente se hizo la magia de la madre naturaleza, llegué preparado para limpiarla y la planta estaba perfecta, ni rastro del mas mínimo insecto. Me estaba dando unas caladas mientras miraba la planta intentando entender que había pasado y de repente aparece una avispa y empieza a pasar por la parte inferior de todas las hojas de la planta y el tallo, respetando las flores xD Queda explicado, apareció la señora avispa y se dio un festín con tanto insecto y huevos que habían en la planta, conseguí grabarla un poco con el teléfono. Siempre había odiado a las avispas y mira por donde me salio una amiga / aliada inesperada, puede venir cuando quiera, esta invitada a comer xD

Aquí empezó los problemas por el regulador...no podíamos bajar la potencia de 320w y los pelos se quemaron un poco, apesar de todo los colores empezaron a florecer! Buenos humos compañeros 🍁

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Plant has shown slow but healthy growth since its arrival, LST continues and I've managed to keep the plant at the same height it was last week but now at a horizontal angle. I did up the nutes for one feed to a slightly under recommended dose but in the days following I noticed the plant looking a little 'droopy' and since she has been with me she hasnt been drinking very well so I opted to flush her for a feed, since then she has seemed very happy :) whilst drinking much better (possible nute lock was imminent). Now back down to half doseages with the exception of CalMg (to help after flush) but will be increasing them in the following days. As of next week I will be transferring her and another plant my partner is nurturing into single bucket DWC set ups. Fingers crossed I will see some hearty results for making the crossover to hydro.

I tried wettrim and drytrim to understand what i prefer. The wettrim dried inside dryferm bags inside a drybox with ventilation that i build myself. The drytrim dried inside the tent and got a trim after 9 days. Havent tried the buds yet since they have to cure first but they smell very lemony so far. Curing happens in grovebags. Half of the bags also got a boveda to see the difference if its worth it for the future or not.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. First week cultivation of the 5 BlueDream seeds. I broke the dormancy of the seeds in a container with water for 30hrs. After that I used the napkin technique to germinate the seeds for another 16 hours. In this cycle I will use 4 3-gallon pots and 1 2-gallon pot which I hope will have enough light with my 1000W Greens Indoor LED panel. I prepared 2 liters of water with 0.4 ml of GHE rapid star and kept the water PH at 6.2 and 1.8 mS /cm EC. I left a plastic with some openings to try to increase the humidity of the air.

Ladies are on beast mode! Friday they got 4 cups of 4-4-4 Gaia green and 8gal of compost tea. I did some super cropping as there getting pretty tall and I don’t want them over the fence and at this rate there going to be! Hopefully if everything goes as planned I’ll have the boards or at least some to put up the next time I come home. We’re now into the 10 foot in diameter cages, a few branches started poking thru just the other day. These girls are going to be bigger then last year that’s for sure there already way bigger. We’ll see what next week looks like after some hst thanks for stoppin in.
