77 Days have passed. Heatwave in my country, so im just relaxing and enjoying life. - I hope you do too! Did a heavy defoliation, gonna be making some nutritious fruit smoothies with that. - 2 week ish before i switch to flower. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

The ladies are starting to stretch and flower. We also did a defoliation and lollipop session at the end of week 2 flower. Canopy and bud sites look good and are a plenty. Looking forward to next couple of weeks.

Finished trimming the GSC tonight after a 6 day dry. Buds are very sticky and the jars smell like chocolate chip cookies. Lots of 3.5G+ buds (dry). Dry weight is about 88g of buds and 17g of shake/popcorn. Granddaddy Purple #1 is still drying, GDP #2 came out to about 70 of buds and 20g of popcorn/shake. Planning to make concentrates with the shake and popcorn. Even after no cure, I have sampled both GDP and GSC. GDP is my favorite (but GDP has always been my all time favorite) but GSC smells, looks, and tastes better. Planning to let them cure 8 weeks in Amber Ball 32oz Mason Jars, hoping for good final product. Feel like I didn’t do too bad for a first grow! Learned a lot! Cherry Pie & Wedding Cake next!

Week 6 of flower, the buds are fattening up and triching out. The terps are super sweet and very potent smelling. I haven't seen very many nanners or balls lately, but I have seen them popping through the buds occasionally. I still inspect daily, but some days I don't find any, so I hope it won't give me too many seeds. I did notice that the bud that gets the most intense light has started having tips pointed upwards and flipping its leaves. I attributed this to heat stress, so I moved that light over bit. Day 38 update: this last week I was only watering with distilled water and the yellowing has progressed, so I assume I was right about the nitrogen deficiency noted a couple weeks back. Today I top-fed with a homemade fast acting high nitrogen organic fertilizer, we will see if this helps. Also nothing in my current flowering feeding regime has a lot of nitrogen, so I think this will likely solve the problems. I have also decided to give them an extra 15 minutes darkness for a total of 13.25 hours darkness, 7.5 minutes extra on each end, tell them its almost time to finish with ~4 weeks left. Day 40 update: still been pulling herm balls and nanners off the big one, the others seem to have stopped, but i still check them daily. Gonna be slightly seeded for sure, but I hope not too much. Also, the yellowing seems to have been managed after that nitrogen feed.

Oggi 8 febbraio ho messo a germinare le tre piccole di casa Barney's. i semi sono posizionati all'interno di un vassoio da germinazione sto usando un tubo riscaldante e una centralina InkBird per la temperatura così riesco a mantenere la temperatura sui 22/23°C con un RH %80 Sto usando il metodo del fazzoletto umido, spero che in 24/48 ore la radichetta spunterà dai semi! Oggi 09/2/2023 tutti e i tre semi hanno germinato! Successo del 100% Mi colpisce il vigore della Tropicanna Banana! Invece la gelato mi da l'aria che sarà una bella signorina capricciosa! Come si sul dire ogni riccio un capriccio🤣 Ora i semi sono stati inseriti nel soil per la precisione Ligthmix della BIOBIZZ con un aggiunta di micorizze per la precisione Mycos di Xtreme Gardin! Ho nebulizzato con acqua decantata e ph6.3. 11/02/2023 Ed eccoci con il nuovo aggiornamento del Ciclo TheBarney's! Le piccole sono tutte e tre spuntate neo tempi previsti sono davvero felice per la loro vigorosità! La Tropicanna è la Gelato presentano un piccolo problemino nel staccare l'embrione del seme dai cotilodoni, per darle una piccola mano ho nebulizzato a distanza un pò d'acqua. It's been 78 days since sprout, the plants are all still coming along nicely, getting heavier by the day even though it doesn't always seem like it. I always have difficulty realizing how much growth happens in a week. I felt like they hadn't bulked up much but then I looked back at my last update and clearly was wrong. I am trying to figure out how much time before harvest, but I am still leaning toward closer to 100 days. The plants are still being fed crop salt at the ratios posted a few weeks ago, currently I plan to do one more res change with full strength nutes and then after that two weeks of their Cake finishing nutrients (https://cropsalt.com/products/cake) which would put me a few days past 100 days with a harvest date of July 18th or 19th. This past week I also set up a Home Assistant dashboard to monitor the tent and added a camera as well. Kind of a bit late for this grow but it will be awesome for the next time around. Aside from the sensor in the tent, I have also purchased a wireless battery-powered temp and humidity sensor that will be going in the 5-gallon bucket I am going to use to cure. Day 36 - Starting week 6 and she’s coming along nicely. Pistils are just starting to show so hopefully she’s be going into full flower in a week or two. This one is definitely a late bloomer but looking like I’m not gonna need flip to 12-12 to get her started. Day 37 - She’s still doing some stretching right now and has a few more pistils showing so I’m happy about that. She’s definitely getting light on the water so will probably give her a good drink and feeding tomorrow. Tucked a few leaves and letting her go for the night. Day 38 - Decided to hold off on watering and feeding for another day or two. She still didn’t seem quite dry enough to don’t want to push it. Re-tucked some leaves and will check things out tomorrow. Day 39 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and she’s still stretching. Not much of buds forming yet but still tossing a few pistils out. I’m hoping she’s start throwing out some more or I might have to switch to 12-12. I thought I wasn’t going to have to but if she doesn’t start really preflowering by next week, I might have to. Day 40 - Went ahead and turned my second light on in the tent to try and get the temp up just a bit and it did the trick. I think this one is liking the other light cause I noticed quite a bit more pistils so again, I think I’m not gonna have to worry about flipping to 12-12. Tied a couple other branches down and out and opened her up a bit more. Day 41 - She’s looking great and really taking off now. Pistils are still showing and she’s stretching close to a half an inch every 24 hours. I did remove a few fan leaves and all the new branches I tied down are standing tall again. Will give her some water and nutes on Tuesday. Day 42 - The end of week 6 and she’s doing great. Nothing else new to report and just updating some pictures. She’ll get some water and nutes tomorrow.

Welcome to week 22 of my grow diary. It rained at the beginning of the week. On Monday and Tuesday I only left the plant outside for half a day and when it rained I put it in the garage so that the buds wouldn't get wet. Unfortunately, in this weather there is a high risk that the flowers will start to mould. Most of the trichomes are now milky. See you next week ✌️

Gorilla glue and grilla cookies are growing good and getting fat now. Gorilla punch is the smallest not sure what happen as it grow same way as other gorilla but the plant is miniature. Strawberry Grilla is looking nice but the plant did not grow large.

Hello. It's been hot this week. I'm about 4 days from flush and I'll try to flush for 2 weeks. I've seen some fungus gnats, but I try to run a very healthy greenhouse. I've seen 3 different types of spiders helping me out this year. 2 different types of jumping spiders, several harvesters (Daddy long legs) and a bunch of small web spiders. I think a nest of web spiders hatched near by, their webs are about the size of your palm. And of course Paper Wasps. I allow to live in the greenhouse. (check out week 5 for more on that). >I going to make my own seeds this year. I want my females to be about 3 weeks ahead of the male on flowering. The male is under lights and checked every couple of days for flower sacks, NO preflowers sacks too. As i have said before that's a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights. Going to be crossed with my Amnesia Lemon, Burmberry and Skunkberry. What I want is the Burmberry to have more solid buds. > Amnesia lemon has not had any powdery mildew this year nor has her sister had any. I've gotten some on the other 2 strains. I'm trying frequency changed water " White Wash" works great, knocks the pm right out. I'll see if I'll use it again I'll be able to tell on the smoke and taste test when it done. That's all for now.
