9/29/2024 The plant is looking extremely healthy! There are tons of flower sights and they are starting to bulk up with nice frost development as well. Daytime air temps and humidity are slightly higher than I would prefer, but working to control it the best I can. Lights are currently at 90%, planning to increase to 95% in the next few days. Stretching looks to have stopped or slowed to a crawl at this point. I am continuing to defoliate large fan leaves and any areas of overgrowth/overlapping of leaves to open up the canopy and promote airflow. 10/1/2024 Raised light directly over the plant about an inch. Starting to put some thought into support as the branches are already putting on some weight and swaying from the fans. Have some 4-foot wooden dowels on standby and plenty of bunchers twine. Small issue with roots in the drain line causing the water level in the bucket to rise. Removed the roots and the issue was resolved. Working to maintain 800-900 PPM in the reservoir. 10/5/2025 Overall pretty stress-free week. Continued to add pH-adjusted water only to maintain 800-900 PPM when needed. Still defoliating a few leaves per day to continue to open things up throughout the canopy. Flowers are developing nicely and the frost is everywhere. The smell in the tent is wonderful and quite pungent! Arm hair is getting sticky from reaching in to grab leaves!

Fan controller set so max temp should be 26deg and max humidity 80% Day 1 did nothing Day 2 did nothing Day 3 did nothing Day 4 rigged up autofeed system and watered this weeks nutes. Day 5 autofeed this weeks nutes. Day 6 did nothing, 113ppfd 7.3 dli Day 7 increased mars ts1000 power. 161ppfd 10.4dli. Back in a week. Take it easy.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Well My friends gave me a bigger tent so I got a little more time to let them develop! I'm very ready to take them down just waiting a bit longer for a few more amber trichomes. I'm still feeding them ripen but i wish last week i'd given them a feed in addition too. They look nice in the new tent, there is loads more room, and while the lighting didn't go up as much as I'd like, They have a nice big fan oscillating on them now and room to stretch. ________________________________________________________________ I suppose I'm glad I waited. I wanted to take a few more pics and get one last video in! I'm def seeing a bit more amber in the trics and i think it will make em a bit better for these 2 extra waterings! Probably gonna chop them soon!!!!

Light distance start at 65cm from canopy finish week at 45-50cm , PPFD levels around 800-940 in center, trough whole week Temperature vary slightly from 23c at start off day to 26c max at some points. AC Infinity T6 extracting fan program in AUTO to kick in @ 26c Night temps around 21-23c, dehumidifier start to work at night time to bring down humidity, trying also to minimize Day/Night temperature differential for this week also Continue in next week at same environment settings and light strength..

Seems like she's taking longer, think this might be because I used my phone flashlight to check on her during dark in the first weeks flower. Not too bothered by this as it means she might get a little fatter :) Some slight purple discoloration beginning to show from the cold night temps

Chopped Wednesday the 11th. Trimmed and began curing the 21st. 4oz of super dense sticky bud. 1 pound of high grade trim and 2 oz of low grade trim. This plant was truly strange the places it chose to grow Trichomes. Stay tuned because I will be making hash with the high grade trim. In a beginner grower pickle... they may look good, and though it seems I may have done everything right through veg, I am almost near sure I messed something up between flower weeks 2-5. They're maturing, but not nearly as much as I thought they would. By now, I imagined they'd have thick bushy white pistils covering at least 6-8 inches of the top of each Cola. So many mysteries. Is it the node spacing? If so, should have flipped earlier. Is it due to nutrient issues (too many nutes? didn't feed as much base as H&G suggested? Too big of a swing while trying to lower medium EC and PH in medium? Too much pruning on the top? The only real variable is the Banana Kush. BK is in the far back left and obviously the most difficult to reach and maintain. Initially last week when I flushed, I wasn't able to flush as adequately as other plants nor have I been able to trim, maintain, or LST as much as other two plants. This is the only plant as of right now that does not give off a chemical/nutrient/ammonia smell when I touch the buds, but rather a nice sweet, Banana smell, and it's bushier than the Trainwrexk and G13 Is it because I didn't trim.as much and the buds are feeding off leaf and stem nutrients? Is it because there are fewer bud sites for the light to concentrate on, and thus yield bigger colas? Or is it because I continued to feed this plant has continued to have a high intake of nutrient despite my best efforts of flushing and maintaing? In any event, I could just be the most impatient person ever, and I hope to be pleasantly surprised in the next week or so, or it's puffy popcorn tops for me. Day 85 Update: G13 has a ton of fan leaves turning fast. Pretty sure it's a PH issue. Should I wait until they're dead to trim them off or get rid of every fan leaf that is affected more than 50 percent of the leaf? Something definitely is going on. Could be nutes, could be lights, could be the strains.. who the hell knows but I thought they'd be much bigger and gurthy by now. They still look good but man I wish they produced more...
