So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

2/17 have about one week before harvest. Then 4 more will move in to the 2/18 harvested 3 plantz. 1 strawberry cough and 2 runtz. 66 days of flower. I will post picture of when done drying and going to cure. I defoliated my week 4 of flower girls. Adjusting week 7 girls under the net so they stay upright under the weight of bud there. And moving 3 more girls in to flower 1 runtz, one washington apple, and 1 . Also water night one gal of water per stage of flower. So the 3 in weeks 7 get 1 gal split between them and so do the week 4 girls 1 gal split between them

Day 50 Flowering: Well here we are with only approx 13 days to go for these Expert Seeds ladies. They have behaved very well this week with nothing bad to report at all thankfully The gnat issue is dealt with now so no further worry on that score either. Mimosa Lemon continues to confuse me as to what fonexoect from the coming weeks. Normally I can begin to plan the end and dry/cure upcoming but these buds are so airy and loose that I cannot imagine how they will look dry !!. The normal swell weeks and ripen i would be seeing now are not happening at all so I wonder what she WILL do with the last few weeks. While i am becoming dissolute about their yield and bud production , I don't doubt the potent smell andnlook they are producing. A mention of" Dr Grinspoon looking" has made a valid point as she does remind me so much of that strains appearance. I do wonder if a long flowering is on the cards for this strain. The colas and flowers are very potent looking up close but the size and density are very unappealing as yet. Glueberry is a totally different kettle of fish with the dense and hard byds that I do understand and feel comfortable working with. lol She is really starting to smell LOUD now. My fingers are left with a diesel smell for a while after handling her. My mistake early on has kept her size smaller but her comeback is brilliant . She is a bushy lady though and her inner growth is hiding smaller but worthwhile buds. I can see how the density jas allowed some damage from moisture so need to keep them well aired down in the canopy now. Shebhas approx 8 decent sized colas that are swelling nicely. Both ladies are now on their 4ml/L Dragon force until the next update so lets see hownthat can bulk up these ladies in theor final 2 weeks. Both drinking very my well every 3 days now so all plain sailing hopefully . Be safe and well Growmies.

I think may some of the genetics are a Little old. Run them before my GG4 Isnt growing like the first one did. Just waiting. Any advice would be well appreciated.

На 8 день она показала свой пол, а сегодня уже можно сказать что она цветет. Я всегда первые две недели считаю предцвет, и только начиная с третей недели начинаю считать цвет и в этот раз не будет исключений. На 12 день заменил лампу 5000К на две 200вт лампы со спектром светимости 3000К и 3500К. Сейчас в сумме у меня выходит 600вт, по бокам стоят со спектром 3500К и посередине 3000К. Все три лампы стоят на мощности в 75%. Week 5 of flower and seed production for all these plants has started in earnest. We cleaned up the tent somewhat and took down all the males after having done their job. Alls left is to wait for finish now. The nute deficiency appears to have corrected itself now that we’ve balanced out the ratios a little more. The WPM is no match for the sodium bicarbonate but still gonna have to keep on top of that to the end of the grow. Full fumigation of the grow spaces will be required - multi-day process I am not looking forward to. Time cleaning is time not growing, sadly. We’re coasting to the finish now but should still have some decent updates on our super secret seed harvesting method once they’ve fully matured😉👍. Hope everyone’s well and grow’n that straight 🔥. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Week 25 - Frosty buds! Finally some time this weekend to defoliate! And look what I found: lots of frosty buds. The smell is delicious. Sweet lavender aromas, very warm. I like it a lot. Is this what she will taste like, too? Harvest is close.

Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)
