Bit more eventful of a week this one. Just going about my normal business when I was checking them over making sure all sex organs were female. Noticed that something seemed amiss. I took me a bit to figure out why one of my girls hermie’d, but a bit of thinking back brought something to the forefront. I had not had the 3rd and 4th pieces of shelving, and since I had the shelving upside down, I had to balance them on the edge with a piece of wood. I had rearranged my plants after watering, and did not make sure each one was steady, when I went to open my tent on probably day 27 or 28, i saw one of my babies had fallen off the shelf and was crushed up against the wall of the tent at a 45 degree angle! I was like NOOOO sunflower not you!!! So at least I know why the darn thing did what it did. I removed it from the others as soon as I noticed. Wanting to see the root structure I chopped it at the base of its stalk. The whole pot had very healthy roots so that was good to see. Was still having trouble with the plants seeming to reject the cal-mag and other nutes I was giving it. Only had pool ph strips. Yakno, the ones that only have a range down to 6.2….. More on that next week.

End of another week and dang are these girls going! The alfalfa Ferment is definitely doing work down in that rhizosphere. It's pretty amazing how well this Ferment does for veging cannabis. I seriously cut my veg time down by almost half when I use it! That's the main objective right there, to be able to continuously flip into flower right after harvesting, and we're basically their now that we have everything dialed in. These girls will be getting synthetics next week. We're going to start them on a light feed of Athena blended then go from there. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week.

She was strechy for the first 4 weeks of flower then tapered off. Good fast veg cycle. Not my favorite to grow due to how slow she matured and final weight granted I got 40.1 grams and 8.3 grams of trim that will become cookies soon.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

First sights of trichomes on leafs (sugar leafs)! No issues she’s growing good just a few yellow leaves on gc2. Looked like she needed cal mag, chopped the yellowed leaves and put cal mag 6 ml. Usually give cal mag every other watering but ima give them more often since I’m using dechlorinated tap water.

Last week ended with a little makeover for the girls—I defoliated about 30-40% of the leaves again. ✂️ The Gorilla decided to keep me on my toes by showing some nutrient deficiencies on her leaves—guess she didn’t get enough food after the flush. 🍌🌿 (Lesson learned: don’t keep a Gorilla hungry!) Now, let’s talk about Runtz! 😍 She’s an absolute queen—so photogenic that even my struggling phone can’t capture her real beauty. 📸✨ She’s forming into one giant, luscious bud, and her fragrance is something else entirely! 🕵️‍♂️ The carbon filter is fighting the good fight, but if the room isn’t aired out every 8-9 hours, a little aroma starts sneaking through. Day36, 37, 38: Seems to be growing a set of leaves per day now. Super growth! Stretching to the top. Day39: I had a hiccup with the camera. For some reason it stopped responding at 04:30 in the morning. I only realized it much later. I still don't really know why, but reseating the data ribbon fixed the issue. Day40: After fixing the camera, I decided to take this view again. The Lady is starting to show some nice growth and this view will show it best. If you look carefully, you'll see that her branches are not green, but rather reddish. Definitely related to genetics :) Everything else is within limits. Plus, the leaves look super healthy. Day41: Here you can see the stem colour better.

Well, beside the root rot from week 11 it was looking really good. Then I thought I lost the plant from the rot. I managed to semi salvage what you see in pictures. It smells great, looks nice and frosty. I imagine it will be a good smoke just I don't have a bunch of it. The Medic Grow mini Sun-2, and the Gen 1:11 nutrition both work excellent. This mess up was my fault and keeping proper maintaining of roots, temp, and solution mix. I will get it dried and processed. I am looking forward to the smoke report testing. So these girls are shorter than expected allthough the 2 girls are of decent height enough for me too flip along side my aptus fed girls. I have defoliate all areas that covers light getting too the lowers and also removed excess branching too focus energy towards the main tops also did this via a little lst 🌱 One of each plus an extra 412 so hopefully they stick through and make it too harvest which they look too be healthy so far. I will next defoliate on week 3 of flower and also remove excess plant matter taking up neccasary energy 🌱 Shogun is serving them well so fa! May 4th - Day 77 : Big day today. Decided to prepare for flowering stage.Reduced the light schedule to 16 hours and brought down the humidity down to 55% for 2-3 days to see if i'd get some flowers popping. I also defoliated quite heavily in order to bring down the humidity levels in the tent (pics taken before defo). I'm here all week so will update wednesday.
