Both pheno’s are doing incredibly well. Pheno #1 is almost ready and looks absolutely beautiful. Extremely frosty, with a beautiful dark purple-ish fade and chunky rock solid buds. She smells like sweet artificial cherry with cream and gas. Pheno #2 is taking a bit longer, but her bud structure is definitely worth the extra time. Rock solid nugs with insane frost levels, and the terps are very potent smelling like sweet red fruit yoghurt 🍒🍨⛽️

We immediately trim on-site and place the buds into vacuum bags for clothes for transportation. These bags with a pump are very convenient; it's best to use several bags: for example, fill a regular thick black bag with stuff, and then put this black bag into a vacuum bag to avoid punctures from branches. For working with the buds, we got "snippers" — as it turns out, these are very convenient scissors for our task. It's a real pleasure to work with them. The density of the buds is generally good, considering that this is wild outdoor cultivation in a fairly humid climate. P.S. After 4 hours of trimming, we were exhausted and just ended up removing the fan leaves and non-sugary leaves.

After some consideration I decided to move the DoSiDos back inside for her last stretch of blooming. The heat in the greenhouse caused her to foxtail and the buds became less compact. I have a tent I mostly use for drying, but with a 100W Led it can be transformed into a temporary home for the DoSiDos. I'm watching her closely the coming days to make sure she isn't too stressed and starts growing bananas. As I had hoped the buds are growing mode dense by the day. Instead of foxtailing outwards the buds are now just growing upwards and continue to swell. Not too many brown pistils just yet, so the buds will keep growing bigger for a while.

Day 49 after switch. very nice i would say :) everything is getting bigger and frosty. no complains so far. last week watering with PK 5-8, then just water until she´s finished.

Unfortunately, once again (last grow too) I had some bud rot in the last week before harvest in both plants with the biggest one largely affected. Because of that, I had to remove all infected parts and have an early harvest. I picked out all fucked buds, gave my plants another two days of (finally!) sunshine to dry out the cut-outs I did on the plants. Today I harvested the smaller one and was surprised it actually was quite alright in terms of yield. Tomorrow, I'll cut the big one and I hope there will still be some good bud structures left as this one grew so nice, especially for being a dwarf :-D Will update as soon as I've got more news! UPDATE: I cut the big one as well and am very pleased with the yield I have from this grow. Was not an easy grow since the weather was shit and I've had to throw away some decent buds because of bud rot, but all in all it looks promising :-) DRY WEIGHT: 48g of fresh buds (had to throw away at least what could have been 10-15 grams because of bud rot)

Day 29 - Things going along nicely .... i trimmed down some of the bigger bottom leaves, i didn't have enough soil to fill the pots, and the plants are short, bushy, weird little things, that filled out the inside of the pots..... they are only 15cm tall, but the leaves are 10+ cm .... really weird little plants.... haha.... i decided to trim the fk out of one of the ones in the double pot, and practiced topping on her.... i'll cut her down maybe trimmer her of the pot, and focus on just the 2........ they seem to be still growing upwards, so i'm not in a hurry to put em into flower mode......... on the main one i noticed some neut deficiencies ... so i upped the neuts.... should be ok, i put a good heavy neut and it stopped the spots etc..... i think some bug or something got in the double pot and is livin in there, but he doesn't eat much, haha....... the main stalks are as big as my thumb and under each canopy is all the branches..... it's really strange, to go in under all the growth and see it all .... they look kinda small, but the entire under canopy of leaves is all full .... i'm moving the huge sized leaves out and pulling each branch up over them as they grow..... this is 21 THC and 19 CBD, so it's all the good stuff for medicine ... the smell is getting abit noticable and i'm hoping the exhaust fan arrives from china soon.... just got positive ventilation into a carbon fil. ... and daily air out........ i think i had the led lights too low..... so i'll raise em abit more and see if i can get em to stretch .... Dia 95 de vida , hay dos fotos que son del dia 91 de vida antes de amarrar las plantas, las demás fotos son actuales. Hay una ola de calor esta haciendo mas de 35 grados celcius y hace mal tiempo de un momento a otro puede hacer alguna tormenta así que decidimos coger las plantas para ayudarlas a resistir en caso de temporal. Siguen creciendo y estan monstruosas aunque las indicas ya van marcando pistilo yo creo que aún tardarán en florecer por el momento todo va genial esperemos que no nos arruine el cultivo ninguna tempesta.

First time to ever do this method. My lessons learned here were: (1) Remove the wine bottle label! The heat from the water is minimized if paper label remains. (2) Dry your hash properly if you want a temple ball at the end. Small fine grains if needed... to ensure the last of the moisture escapes. And it smokes and melts away. (3) Hashmasters of GrowDiaries are telling me that BubbHash can't be bricked or temple balled in general. Hmmm... So it isn't my error then .. it's the hash! 🤣🤣 I’ll keep on trying the Frenchie method until I get it. 😅 Wish me luck!

Entering week 9 looking strong!

Yeah nutrients and ppm are not accurate. It’s close enough, but it’s a rough guess off the top of my head. I’ll try to take notes right away, that way I can remain accurate. No signs of mold or mildew. No pests or bugs. A few caught in the fly traps but never any visible “free” fliers. The cold from the two days really had her looking sad and definitely upset her momentum. But now that the heater is back, she’s not freezing with a low of 50F and high of 68F. Within an hour or so of raising the temp back to 70+ (I went straight to 78F) she was looking way better, leaves peeking back up. Lights are down at 30% for the night before going completely off for 4 hours. I’d say 30% for 4 Hours, then OFF for 4, then lights back on at 30% for another 2 and then back to 60% for the remaining time. Im doing this because my Golden Goat pheno is showing increased levels of magnesium deficiency when the intensity is higher. Does that make sense? Maybe the pheno doesn’t like the high UV LED lights? The Blueberry S1 and Mandarine XL as well as the little Critical Purple auto are all managing the light fine. Except I did notice a subtle magnesium deficiency in the MXL at one point, in a few leaves. Maybe the plants would benefit from a larger vascular system?? The Blueberry S1 is just jamming! But I’m upping the CalMag in everyone to help mitigate the delay in the magnesium. YES I could give more Epsom Salt. But a moderately heavy stack of Epsom Salts with a pH of 7, on top of a pH7 foliar feed of Epsom Salt, to immediately see continued signs develop towards a deficiency suggests another element at play. Maybe it’s still not enough Epsom salts?… Or: maybe something to do with the light is creating a high demand for magnesium and thus, the output outweighs the input. Either way, I’m going to be upping the Calcium input to build a bigger vascular system to hopefully solve this dilemma. It’s only noticeable in the GoldenGoat pheno. Barely visible in the MXL and only in one or two leaves total. Whereas the GoldenGoat has every leaf that hits 40-60% maturity develops a small indication of magnesium deficiency, yet it never progresses. Anyways, the Mandarine XL Auto is cruising along just fine. Also I like the anthocyanins coming out in some leaves. Although I attribute that to the high UVs.

Die letzte Woche vor der Ernte gibt's nur noch Wasser, CalMag und einen Tropfen SuperVit. Die Buds sind so schwer, dass die Pflanze schon schräg hängt, und der Duft ist einfach mega lecker!😋 The last week before harvest will only involve water, CalMag, and a drop of SuperVit. The buds are so heavy that the plant is already leaning to one side, and the scent is just incredibly delicious!👍

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Week 6 begins for LSD and Green Crack! These ladies were thirsty! They will get an extra 1/2 round of feeding later this week to satisfy their hunger. LSD smells so fruity and citrusy and is frosty. Hopefully they'll bulk up from here to the finish line. Green Crack is just starting to show frost, she's got lots of bud development, but still waiting for them to bulk up over the next 2-3 weeks. Transplanted 6 girls into the hydro, 3 Bubble Gum Kush and 3 Critical +2.0. The critical is a beast, can’t wait to see how it grows! Dealt with some hot water issues but think I’ve got it together.
